Claims (32)
- Maschine zum Beschichten von Elementen aus natürlichen oder synthetischen Materialien mit Zuführeinrichtungen (2) zum Sprühen eines polymerisierbaren Fluidmateriales (3) auf mindestens ein zu beschichtendes Element (4), das von Translationsbandeinrichtungen (13) translatorisch bewegt wird und an Bandeinrichtungen (5) angepasst ist, die gleichzeitig mit dem Element (4) bewegt werden, wobei die Maschine (1) erste Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) für die Polymerisation des Fluidmateriales (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Translationsbandeinrichtungen (13) mit Hilfe von Durchgangslöchern (14) gasdurchlässig gemacht sind und dass ihre Unterseite mit einer Öffnung (9) eines Behälters (8) mit negativem Druck von Druckeinrichtungen (7) zusammenwirkt, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) von einem flexiblen und elastischen Typ sind und dass der negative Druck die Bandeinrichtungen (5) einer Druckdifferenz und somit einer Kraft in einer Richtung des von den Bandeinrichtungen (13) gelagerten zu beschichtenden Elementes (4) aussetzt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) aus einer Membran einer Membranpresse (30) bestehen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckeinrichtungen (7) mindestens einen Druckbehälter (10) aufweisen, der eine entsprechende Öffnung (11) besitzt, die mit der Seite der Bandenrichtungen (5), die dem Element (4) gegenüberliegt, zusammenwirkt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckbehälter (10) durch mobile Abschnitte der Presse (30) nahe an die Elemente (4) und von diesen weg bewegt wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) von entsprechenden Rollen (12) übereinstimmend mit dem von den Translationsbandeinrichtungen (13), die mit Durchgangslöchern (14) versehen sind, translatorisch bewegten Element (4) bewegt werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) kreisförmig sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) Enden besitzen, die auf entsprechende Rollen (12) zum Abwickeln und Aufwickeln gewickelt sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) auf einen Abschnitt der Translationsbandeinrichtungen (13) weisen und mit Hilfe von mindestens zwei Rollen (12) nahezu mit diesem zusammenwirken, welche Rollen in der Entfernungsrichtung vom Abschnitt der Bandeinrichtungen (13) elastisch beweglich sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (8) mit negativem Druck mit der Seite, die dem Element (4) gegenüberliegt, eines Abschnittes der Bandeinrichtungen (13) zusammenwirkt, welcher auf die Bandeinrichtungen (5) weist und sich aufstromseitig derselben erstreckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seite der Bandeinrichtungen (5), die mit dem polymerisierbaren Fluidmaterial (3) zusammenwirkt, glatt, rau, geprägt oder mit anderen Oberflächenstrukturen zum Einprägen in die Beschichtung (40) versehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtungen (2) einen Satz von Düsen für das FLuidmaterial (3) aufweisen.
- Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen der Zuführeinrichtungen (2) in Richtung auf die Elemente (4) orientiert und aufstromseitig der Bandeinrichtungen (5) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen der Zuführeinrichtungen (2) in Richtung auf die Seite der Bandeinrichtungen (5) zur Zusammenwirkung mit den Elementen (4) orientiert sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtungen (2) Reinigungseinrichtungen (15) aufweisen, die mit den Bandeinrichtungen (5) aufstromseitig der Düsen zusammenwirken.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtungen (15) mindestens eine zwischen einer motorisierten Bürste (16) und einer Ansaugeinrichtung (17) umfassen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) für die Polymerisation eine Gruppe von Quellen elektromagnetischer Strahlung umfassen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quellen der ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) in Richtung auf den Abschnitt der Bandeinrichtungen (5) zur Zusammenwirkung mit den Elementen (4) orientiert sind und dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) in Bezug auf die Strahlung dieser Quellen mindestens teilweise durchlässig sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quellen der ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) mit selektiven Filtern (18) versehen sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quellen der ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) Strahlungen von mindestens einer der folgenden Strahlungen emittieren: Infrarotstrahlung, sichtbare Strahlung, UV-Strahlung, Funkfrequenzstrahlung, Mikrowellenstrahlung und Röntgenstrahlung.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) zur Polymerisation eine Gruppe von Quellen von beschleunigten Elektronen aufweisen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) zur Polymerisation aus einer Gruppe von Heizeinrichtungen bestehen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zweite Aktivierungseinrichtungen (19) zur Polymerisation aufweist, die aufstromseitig oder vorzugsweise abstromseitig der ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Lager- und Translationseinrichtungen (20) aufweist, die aufstromseitig und abstromseitig des Abschnittes der Bandeinrichtungen (5) zur Zusammenwirkung mit Elementen (4) eines starren Typs angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Beschickungseinrichtungen (22) und Sammeleinrichtungen (23) für ein Element (4) eines kontinuierlichen Typs auf einer Haspel aufweist, die aufstromseitig und abstromseitig des Abschnittes der Bandeinrichtungen (5) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Koronabehandlungseinrichtungen (24) aufweist, die aufstromseitig des Abschnittes der Bandeinrichtungen (5) zur Zusammenwirkung mit dem Element (4) auf einer Haspel angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bandeinrichtungen (5) und die Translationsbandeinrichtungen (13) aus Siliconmaterial und aus Vetroteflon hergestellt sind und eine Breite besitzen, die größer ist als die Breite der Elemente (4).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (8) mit negativem Druck eine perforierte Oberfläche (31) an der entsprechenden Öffnung (9) besitzt.
- Verfahren zum Beschichten von Elementen aus natürlichen oder synthetischen Materialien mit Hilfe der Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- das Besprühen eines Abschnittes von mindestens einem Element (4) mit einem polymerisierbaren Fluidmaterial (3) durch die Zuführeinrichtungen (2) ;- das Anordnen des mit Material (3) besprühten Abschnittes des Elementes (4) gegen die Bandeinrichtungen (5) und das Aussetzen der Bandeinrichtungen (5) einer Druckdifferenz mit Hilfe eines negativen Drucks eines Behälters (8) mit negativem Druck und schließlich durch einen Druck eines Druckbehälters (10) der Druckeinrichtungen (7), um auf die Bandeinrichtungen (5) eine Kraft in einer Richtung der zu beschichtenden Elemente (4) zu übertragen;- das Aussetzen des auf das Element (4) gesprühten polymerisierbaren Fluidmateriales (3) der Wirkung der ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) zur Polymerisation;- das Wegbewegen des Elementes (4), das zumindest teilweise mit dem zumindest teilweise polymerisierten Material (3) beschichtet ist, von den Bandeinrichtungen (5).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Zuführeinrichtungen (2) direkt zum Element (4) oder zu dem Abschnitt der Bandeinrichtungen (5) zur Zusammenwirkung mit dem Element (4) richtet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es der Beschichtung (40) durch Bandeinrichtungen (5) mit einer hellen, opaken oder geprägten behandelten Oberfläche ein helles, opakes oder geprägtes Oberflächenfinish verleiht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das auf das Element (4) gesprühte Material (3) einer Infrarot-, sichtbaren, UV-, Funk-, Mikrowellen-, Röntgenstrahlung oder einem Elektronenbombardement oder einem Erhitzen mit Hilfe von entsprechenden Quellen oder Heizeinrichtungen von ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) aussetzt, um ein zumindest teilweises Aushärten des Materiales zu erzielen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das auf das Element (4) gesprühte Material (3) der Wirkung von zweiten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (19) nach den ersten Aktivierungseinrichtungen (6) aussetzt, um das Aushärten zu vervollständigen.
