Claims (9)
- Schließsystem für ein Fahrzeug, bei dem mindestens ein Fahrzeugzugang einen Außengriff mit mindestens einem kapazitiven Sensor aufweist, über den mit Hilfe einer Steuereinheit und einer fahrzeugseitigen Sende-/Emplangseinheit, in Wirkverbindung mit einem bedienerseitigen Datenträger, bei einer Aktivierung einer an dem Außengriff angeordneten ersten Schaltfläche des Sensors, eine Ver-/Entriegelungsfunktion des Fahrzeugs mittels einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung einleitbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (1) mindestens eine zweite, für Umwelteinflüsse zugänglich angeordnete und für einen Bediener nicht oder nur schwer zugänglich angeordnete Schaltfläche (3) aufweist, mittels derer eine Beaufschlagung des Sensors (1) durch Umwelteinflüsse von der Aktivierung des Sensors (1) durch den Bediener, über eine Erfassung von schaltflächenselektiven Signaländerungen an dem Sensor (1), unterscheidbar ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Sensor (1) als ein separater Verriegelt-Sensor zur Verriegelung einer oder mehrerer Fahraeugzugänge ausgebildet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltflächen (2, 3) als Elektrodenelemente des Sensors (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltflächen (2, 3) des Sensors (1) über eine Fahrzeuglogik (6) mit der Steuereinheit (5) verschaltet sind.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (1) an einem Türaußengriff (4) einer Fahrzeugtür angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schaltfläche (2) des Sensors (1) an einer Griffvorderseite des Türaußengriffs (4) angeordnet ist, und dass die zweite Schaltfläche (3) an einer für die Hand des Bedieners unzugänglichen Stelle des Türaußengriffs (4) angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenträger (6) als ein Identifikationsgeber ausgebildet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als ein Identifikationsgeber ausgebildete Datenträger (8) ein Transponder ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Schließsystems für ein Fahrzeug, bei dem eine Ver-/Entriegelung eines oder mehrerer Fahrzeugzugänge durch eine Aktivierung einer ersten Schaltfläche eines an einem Außengriff angeordneten kapazitiven Sensors, in Wirkverbindung mit einer Steuereinheit und einer mit einem bedienerseitigen Datenträger kommunizierenden fahrzeugseitigen Sende-/Empfangseinheit eingeleitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (5) mittels einer Fahrzeuglogik (6) eine Beaufschlagung der ersten Schaltfläche (2) des Sensors (1) und mindestens einer weiteren, für Umwelteinflüsse zugänglich angeordneten und für die Hand eines Bedieners nicht oder nur schwer zugänglich angeordneten Schaltfläche (3) überwacht, und dass das Fahrzeug ver-/entriegelt wird, wenn ein Ver-/Entriegelungswunsch durch eine Aktivierung der ersten Schaltfläche (2) durch die Hand des Bedieners erkannt wird und eine Berechtigung mittels des Datenträgers (8) festgestellt wird, und dass das Fahrzeug nicht ver-/entriegelt wird, wenn die Steuereinheit (5) eine umweltbedingte Aktivierung des Sensors (1) aufgrund einer Beaufschlagung beider Schaltflächen (2, 3) erkennt.
