- Kreuzbruchmodul für eine Falzmaschine, miteiner Bogenauflageeinrichtung (12), auf der ein in Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) einlaufender Bogen (30, 32) in einer Transportebene (TE) zu Aufliegen kommt,einer in Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) verstellbaren Endanschlageinrichtung (24), an der ein einlaufender Bogen (30, 32) mit seiner voreilenden Kante zum Anliegen kommt,einem oberhalb der Bogenauflageeinrichtung (12) angeordneten und sich in Bogeneinlaufrichtung (KB) erstreckenden auf- und abbewegbaren Kreuzbruch-Falzschwert (26), undeinem unterhalb der Bogenauflageeinrichtung (12) dem Kreuzbruch-Falzschwert (26) gegenüberliegend angeordneten Falzwalzwalzenpaar, das einen Falzwalzenspalt bildet, in den ein Bogen zur Falzung durch das Kreuzbruch-Falzschwert (26) eingeschlagen wird,das Kreuzbruch-Falzschwert (26) in Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) verstellbar ist.
- Falzmaschine mit einem Kreuzbruchmodul nach Anspruch 1 und einem dem Kreuzbruchmodul (10) nachgeschalteten Dreibruchmodul, in das ein in dem Kreuzbruchmodul (10) gefalzter Bogen (30, 32) senkrecht zur Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) in Dreibrucheinlaufrichtung (DB) einläuft, wobei das Dreibruchmodul ein sich in Dreibrucheinlaufrichtung (DB) erstreckendes Dreibruch-Falzschwert (28) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endanschlageinrichtung (24) und das Kreuzbruch-Falzschwert (26) abhängig von der Länge eines in Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) in das Kreuzbruchmodul (10) einlaufenden Bogens (30, 32) so verstellbar sind, das die Mittellinie oder eine andere Falzlinie eines mit seiner voreilenden Kante an der Endanschlageinrichtung (24) anliegenden Bogens (30, 32) im wesentlichen in der Falzschwertebene (FE) des Dreibruch-Falzschwertes (28) liegt, und das in Kreuzbrucheinlaufrichtung (KB) gesehen stromaufwärtige Ende des Kreuzbruch-Falzschwerts (26) im wesentlichen oberhalb der nacheilenden Kante des an der Endanschlageinrichtung (24) anliegenden Bogens liegt.
