Claims (23)
- Schließsystem insbesondere für aus Profilrahmenelementen (24) gebildete Parallelschiebeanlagen (10) mit einem in eine Einbaukammer (30) einsetzbaren Gehäuse (12), einem darin angeordneten, vorzugsweise beidseitig abschließbaren Schließzylinder (14) und einem durch Schlüsseldrehung des Schließzylinders (14) angetrieben Zahnradgetriebe (16) zur Betätigung mindestens eines Schließelements (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnradgetriebe (16) über einen kurvengesteuerten Hubschieber (18) mit dem Schließelement (20) gekoppelt ist, wobei der linear bewegliche Hubschieber (18) eine Ausnehmung (78) als Steuerkurve (80) für den Eingriff eines getriebeseitigen Eingriffsglieds (60) aufweist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubschieber (18) in einer gegenüber der Mittelebene des Schließzylinders (14) parallel versetzten Schieberebene angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einbaukammer (30) durch mindestens einen Querdurchbruch eines Profilrahmenelements (32) gebildet ist, und dass der Hubschieber (18) im Bereich eines Profilkanals (34) des Profilrahmenelements (32) angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließzylinder (14) bezüglich der Profilmitte eines Profilrahmenelements (32) asymmetrisch angeordnet ist, wobei eine Stirnseite des Schließzylinders (14) für eine freie Verschiebbarkeit des Profilrahmenelements (32) bündig mit einer Rahmenbreitseite (36) abschließt.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnradgetriebe (16) eine zur Erhöhung des durch die Schlüsseldrehung aufgebrachten Drehmoments ausgebildete Getriebeübersetzung besitzt.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließzylinder (14) ein mit einem vorzugsweise kleineren Zahnrad (54) des Zahnradgetriebes (16) kämmendes Schließzylinder-Zahnrad (52) anstelle eines Schließbarts aufweist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnradgetriebe (16) mindestens eine Zahnradpaarung (56,58) für eine seitlich versetzte Bewegungsübertragung senkrecht zur Hubrichtung des Hubschiebers (18) aufweist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnradgetriebe (16) aus einer Mehrzahl, vorzugsweise vier Zahnrädern (52,54,56,58) mit einander parallelen Radachsen besteht.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubschieber durch eine in einer Linearführung des Gehäuses (12) gegen Querverschiebung gesicherte Schieberplatte (18) gebildet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubschieber (18) durch Wenden um eine Vertikalachse wahlweise in zwei Orientierungen, in denen das Eingriffsglied (60) von verschiedenen Seiten her in die Ausnehmung (78) eingreift, in das Gehäuse (12) einsetzbar ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (20) vorzugsweise über eine Schraubverbindung 62,68) wahlweise in beiden Richtungen einer senkrecht zur Hubrichtung des Hubschiebers (18) verlaufenden Schließachse ausrichtbar ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (20) in einer vorzugsweise feinverzahnten Aufnahme (66) des Hubschiebers (18) quer zur Hubrichtung verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement durch eine an dem Hubschieber (18) quer abstehende, zum Hintergreifen einer Schließkante (92) ausgebildete Schließzunge (20) gebildet ist.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schließzunge (20) zwei nach entgegengesetzten Richtungen weisende Schließhaken (94) zum Hintergreifen einer Schließkante (92) aufweist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hubschieber (18) gegebenenfalls über Adapter (102) mit einem Schließgestänge (104) für eine Mehrfachverriegelung in einem vertikalen und/oder horizontalen Schließbereich gekoppelt ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit ihrem umlaufenden Begrenzungsrand die Steuerkurve (80) bildende Ausnehmung (78) einen Vorsprung (88) als Anschlag für das Eingriffsglied (60) aufweist, wobei die Seitenflanken des Vorsprungs (88) jeweils eine mit einer Abziehstellung des Schlüssels korrespondierende Anschlagstellung des Eingriffsglieds (60) definieren.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerkurve (80) durch ein quer zur Hubrichtung des Hubschiebers (18) verlaufendes ovales Langloch (96) gebildet ist, welches an seinen Längsseiten mit jeweils einer muldenartigen Vertiefung (98,100) versehen.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingriffsglied (60) durch einen an einem Zahnrad (58) stirnseitig abstehenden Steuerzapfen gebildet ist, welcher mantelseitig den Begrenzungsrand (80) der Ausnehmung (78) bei der Schließbewegung abfährt.
- Schließsystem nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerzapfen (60) in einer Anschlagstellung in der Steuerkurve (80) in einer vertikalen Mittelebene des Zahnrads (58) angeordnet ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerkurve (80) ausgehend von einer Anschlagstellung des Eingriffsglieds (60) eine in Hubrichtung ansteigende Anlaufflanke (100) bildet.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von dem Eingriffsglied (60) bei einer Schlüsseldrehung um 360° durchlaufene Winkelbereich weniger als 250°, vorzugsweise etwa 200° beträgt.
- Schließsystem für aus Profilrahmenelementen (24) gebildete Parallelschiebeanlagen (10) mit einem in eine Einbaukammer (30) eines Profilrahmenelements (24) einsetzbaren Gehäuse (12), einem darin angeordneten, vorzugsweise beidseitig abschließbaren Schließzylinder (14) und einem durch Schlüsseldrehung des Schließzylinders (14) angetrieben Getriebe (16,18) zur Betätigung mindestens eines Schließelements (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (20) in einer geschlossenen und mindestens einer offenen Schiebestellung des Profilrahmenelements (24) in jeweils einer zugeordnete -Schließöffnung (106,108) einer oberen Laufschiene (26) der Parallelschiebeanlage (10) verriegelbar ist.
- Schließsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement durch das freie Ende einer in Richtung des Schließhubs des Hubschiebers (18) geführten Schließstange (104) gebildet ist.
