Claims (10)
- Kippriegelverschluss für Fenster und/oder Türen, mit einem Kippriegel (20), der um eine senkrecht zu einer Flügelrahmenebene gelegene Kippriegel-Drehachse (22), die gegenüber einer Stulpschiene (12) ortsfest angeordnet ist, drehbar gelagert ist, und mit an dem Kippriegel (20) angeordneten Antriebsmitteln (24), die in Gegenantriebsmittel (26), die mit einer Schubstange (14) synchron bewegbar sind, eingreifbar sind, wobei der Kippriegel (20) einen ersten Kippriegelbereich (42) mit einem Kippriegelschaft (44) sowie Schließmitteln (46) und einen zweiten Kippriegelbereich (48) mit den Antriebsmitteln (24) aufweist, wobei die Schließmittel (46) als Hinterkrallungsvorsprung ausgeführt sind, und mit einem an einem Blendrahmen anzuordnenden Schließblech (50) zur Aufnahme des Hinterkrallungsvorsprungs, wobei der Hinterkrallungsvorsprung eine Wandung (56) des Schließblechs (50) formschlüssig hintergreifen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenantriebsmittel (26) einstückig mit der Schubstange (14) verbunden sind und dass der Hinterkrallungsvorsprung als parallel zur Kippriegel-Drehachse (22) ausragender Fixierungsarm (52) ausgeführt ist, wobei der Kippriegelschaft (44) die Basis einer T-förmigen Gestalt und der Fixierungsarm (52) die beiden Schenkel des T bildet.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (24) und Gegenantriebsmittel (26) als Verzahnungsmittel und Gegenverzahnungsmittel ausgeführt sind.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnungsmittel einen Antriebszahn (28) sowie zwei diesen einschließenden zahnartige Anschlagkanten (30, 32) aufweisen.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenverzahnungsmittel gegenüber der reinen Abrollkontur der Verzahnungsmittel einen zusätzlichen Aussparungsbereich (40) aufweisen, der zur Gewährleistung eines Leerhubes bei einem Fenster mit Dreh-Kipp-Funktion für Zustände zwischen einer Dreh- und einer Kippbereitschaftsstellung dient.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser mit einem weiteren Verriegelungselement (58) korrespondierend ausgeführt ist, wobei die Schließbewegungen gegenläufig orientiert sind.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Verriegelungselement (58) als Schließbolzen (60) ausgeführt ist.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließbolzen (60) eine pilzkopfartige Kontur mit einem tellerartigen Kopfbereich aufweist.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stulpschiene (12) einen Kippriegel-Aussparungs-bereich (62) zur Aufnahme des Kippriegels (20) in einer geschlossenen Funktionsstellung aufweist, dessen Kontur T-förmig ist und mit der Kontur des Kippriegels (20) korrespondierend ausgeführt ist.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Kippriegel (20) zwei Funktionsstellungen als Ruhestellung und als Verschlussstellung vorgesehen sind, wobei der Kippriegel (20) in Ruhestellung im wesentlichen innerhalb des Kippriegel-Aussparungsbereichs (62) der Stulpschiene (12) bündig zu deren Sichtfläche (64) gelegen ist, und wobei der Kippriegel (20) in Funktionsstellung mit einer Kippriegelschaft-Längsachse im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Stulpschienen-Längsachse orientiert ist.
- Kippriegelverschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließblech (50) einen ersten Aufnahmebereich (66) für den Kippriegel (20) und einen zweiten Aufnahmebereich (68) für den Schließbolzen (60) aufweist.
