Claims (16)
- Verriegelungseinrichtung für einen zwischen einer Schließ- und einer Öffnungsstellung bewegbaren Flügel (2), mit einem verschwenkbaren Verriegelungsglied (15), das am Blendrahmen (1) so montierbar ist, daß es(a) in einer Freigabestellung den Flügel (2) in einer ersten Richtung (x) freigibt; und(b) in einer Schließstellung an einem Überschlag (3) des Flügels (2), diesen verriegelnd, anliegt
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kniehebelartige Betätigungssystem (8;13,14) ein hebelartiges erstes Krafteinleitungselement (13) aufweist, das drehfest auf einer antreibbaren Betätigungswelle (12) angeordnet ist, wobei das Hebelelement (13) in der Schließstellung am Verriegelungsglied (15) berühend anliegt (26).
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Verriegelungsglied (15) um eine ortsfeste Achse (17) drehbar ist, und zwar beim Bewegen in die Verriegelungsstellung in einer ersten Richtung (A), zum Heranziehen des Flügels an und in die Schließstellung.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verriegelungsglied (15) beim Bewegen in die Schließstellung, oder vice versa, in dieselbe Drehrichtung dreht, wie die Elemente (13,14) des Kniehebelsystems (8).
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verriegelungsglied (15) aufliegend am Blendrahmen montierbar ist (30,10), ohne zum Betätigen erforderliche Durchbrüche am Blendrahmen (1).
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kniehebelsystem (8) motorisch antreibbar ist (6), insbesondere über einen zusammen mit dem verschwenkbaren Verriegelungsglied (15) an einer Basis (30,10) montierten Motor (6).
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein das Riegelglied (15) betätigender Antrieb (6) auf der selben Seite der Verriegelungseinrichtung angeordnet ist, auf der auch das Verriegelungsglied (15) angeordnet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Krafteinleitungselement (13) über wenigstens ein Kniehebelstück (14) mit dem Verriegelungsglied (15) antriebsmäßig gekuppelt ist (18) und in der Schließstellung ein Bereich des Krafteinleitungselementes (13), an dem das Kniehebelstück (14) angelenkt ist, an einer die Schwenkbewegung des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Verriegelungsrichtung begrenzenden Anschlagfläche (26) des Verriegelungsgliedes (15) anliegt, um auf den Flügel (2) im Öffnungssinne wirkende äußere Kräfte(a) auf das Krafteinleitungselement (13) über das Kniehebelstück (14) gegen die Anschlagfläche (26) zu übertragen und ein Schwenken des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Richtung zur Freigabestellung zu sperren;(b) in eine Schließkraft umzusetzen; oder(c) auf das Hebelelement (13) über die Berührstelle (26) zu übertragen und über das Kniehebelstück (14) in einen Verriegelungsdruck des Verriegelungsgliedes umzusetzen.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsglied (15) zwischen seiner Lagerstelle (17) und der Kuppelstelle (18) des Kniehebelstücks (14) eine Ausnehmung (25) aufweist, in die ein an der Welle angeordneter Endabschnitt des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) eintauchen kann.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Anlage- oder Anschlagfläche (26) im Bereich der Ausnehmung (25) angeordnet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei die beiden Stellungen als Endstellungen durch eine besondere Formgebung des Verriegelungsgliedes (15) begrenzt bzw. festgelegt sind.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagfläche (26) eine Schwenkbewegung des Verriegelungselementes (15) in Richtung der Schließstellung bei Erreichen einer Drehlage kurz hinter der Streck- bzw. Totpunktlage des kniehebelartigen Betätigungssystems (8) durch Anschlag zwangsläufig stoppt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (25) und das kniehebelartige Betätigungssystem (8) so ausgebildet sind, daß in der Freigabestellung die Betätigungswelle (12) in der Ausnehmung (25) liegt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei das Verriegelungsglied (15) hammerkopf- bzw. hakenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei die Verriegelungsstellung in einem Winkel (α) größer 5°, insbesondere zwischen 5°, 10° und 20°, hinter der Totpunkt- bzw. Strecklage liegt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei der Schwenkwinkel des Verriegelungsgliedes (15) durch eine mehr als 90° ausmachende Drehbewegung eines Hebels (13) des Systems (8) veranlaßbar ist.
