Claims (21)
- Verriegelungseinrichtung für motorisch zwischen Schließ- und Öffnungsstellung bewegbare Flügel, mit einem verschwenkbaren Verriegelungsglied (7,15), das am Blendrahmen (1) so montierbar ist, daß es(a) in einer Freigabestellung den Flügel (2) freigibt; und(b) in einer Schließstellung am Überschlag (3) des Flügels (2), diesen verriegelnd, anliegt
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das kniehebelartige Betätigungssystem (8) ein hebelartiges erstes Krafteinleitungselement (13) aufweist, das drehfest auf einer insbesondere motorisch antreibbaren Betätigungswelle (12) angeordnet ist, und wobei das erste Hebelelement (13) in der Verriegelungsstellung am Verriegelungsglied (7) berührend anliegt (26).
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das
Krafteinleitungselement (13) über wenigstens ein Kniehebelstück (14) mit dem Verriegelungsglied (7) antriebsmäßig gekuppelt ist und in der Verriegelungsstellung ein Bereich des Krafteinleitungselementes (13), an dem das Kniehebelstück (14) angelenkt ist, an einer die Schwenkbewegung des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Verriegelungsrichtung begrenzenden Anschlagfläche (26) des Verriegelungsgliedes (7) anliegt, um auf den Flügel (2) im Öffnungssinne wirkende äußere Kräfte(a) auf das Krafteinleitungselement (13) über das Kniehebelstück (14) gegen die Anschlagfläche (26) zu übertragen und ein Schwenken des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Richtung zur Freigabestellung zu sperren;(b) in eine Schließkraft umzusetzen; oder(c) auf das Hebelelement (13) über die Berührstelle (26) zu übertragen und über das Kniehebelstück (14) in einen Verriegelungsdruck des Verriegelungsgliedes umzusetzen. - Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Verriegelungsglied (7) zwischen seiner Lagerstelle (17) und der Anlenkstelle (18) des Kniehebels (14) eine Ausnehmung (25) aufweist, in die ein an der Betätigungswelle angeordneter Endabschnitt des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) eintauchen kann, wobei eine Anschlagfläche (26) insbesondere im Bereich der Ausnehmung (25) angeordnet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagfläche (26) eine Schwenkbewegung des Verriegelungselementes (7) in Richtung der Verriegelungsstellung bei Erreichen einer Drehlage kurz hinter der Streck- bzw. Totpunktlage des kniehebelartigen Betätigungssystems (8) durch Anschlag zwangsläufig stoppt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (25) und das kniehebelartige Betätigungssystem (8) so ausgebildet sind, daß in der Freigabestellung die Betätigungswelle (12) in der Ausnehmung (25) liegt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verriegelungsglied (7) hammerkopf- oder hakenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die ausgeschwenkte Verriegelungsstellung in einem Winkel (α) größer 5°, insbesondere zwischen 5°, 10° oder 20°, hinter der Totpunkt- bzw. Strecklage liegt.
- Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Schwenkwinkel des Verriegelungsgliedes (7) durch eine mehr als 90° ausmachende Drehbewegung eines Hebels (13) des Systems (8) veranlaßbar ist.
- Einrichtung für eine Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei zur Kompensation einer veränderlichen Höhe bzw. Stärke eines Überschlags (3) am Flügel, ein u-förmiger Halter (10*;10f,10g) vorgesehen ist, in den eine Aufnahme (6a*) für die Verriegelungseinrichtung einspannbar ist, und die Einspannlage (γ) als vorgegebene und fixierbare Drehlage frei wählbar oder veränderbar ist, zur Anpassung einer ausgeschwenkten Endstellung eines Verriegelungsgliedes (7,15) der Verriegelungseinrichtung an die Höhe oder Stärke (z1,z2) des Überschlags (3).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Drehlage der Aufnahme (6a*) in der Einspannlage im wesentlichen stufenlos veränderbar ist, wobei ein mechanischer Druck in Längsrichtung eines Gehäuses (6a*) als Aufnahme des Motors durch Montageelemente (40) ausgeübt wird, insbesondere ein umfänglich orientierter Klemm- oder Rastbereich (50) auf zumindest einer von nach innen weisenden Seiten der Flansche (10f,10g) des U-Halters (10*) angeordnet ist, zum feinstufigen Verändern und ebensolchen Verrasten der Drehlage (γ) der Aufnahme (6a*) gegenüber dem Halter (10*).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei der umfänglich orientierte Klemm- oder Rastbereich (50) auf zumindest einem Umfangsabschnitt verläuft, insbesondere als zumindest ein Ringabschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung für eine Verriegelungseinrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, mit einer Widerlagerplatte (4) zur Anbringung am Flügelrahmen im Bereich eines Anschlags des Verriegelungsglieds (15), welche Platte (4) einen zur Verriegelungseinrichtung weisenden Endabschnitt (4a) aufweist, der von einer Montagefläche am Flügelrahmen weg gerichtet ist, insbesondere schräg abgekantet von der Widerlagerplatte (4) verläuft, um hinter und über einer Nase (16) des Verriegelungsgliedes (15) in einer Verriegelungsstellung der Verriegelungseinrichtung zu liegen zu kommen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei ein Gehäuse (6a*) den Motor (6a) umgibt, das im wesentlichen rund ausgestaltet ist, mit zwei Stirnflächen, die zur Einspannung im Halter (10*) geeignet sind.

- Verriegelungseinrichtung, wobei ein Krafteinleitungselement (13) über wenigstens ein Kniehebelstück (14) mit einem Verriegelungsglied (15) antriebsmäßig gekuppelt ist (18) und in einer Schließstellung ein Bereich des Krafteinleitungselementes (13), an dem das Kniehebelstück (14) angelenkt ist, an einer die Schwenkbewegung des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Verriegelungsrichtung begrenzenden Anschlagfläche (26) des Verriegelungsgliedes (15) anliegt, um auf den Flügel (2) im Öffnungssinne wirkende äußere Kräfte(a) auf das Krafteinleitungselement (13) über das Kniehebelstück (14) gegen die Anschlagfläche (26) zu übertragen und ein Schwenken des Krafteinleitungselementes (13) in Richtung zur Freigabestellung zu sperren;(b) in eine Schließkraft umzusetzen; oder(c) auf das Hebelelement (13) über die Berührstelle (26) zu übertragen und über das Kniehebelstück (14) in einen Verriegelungsdruck des Verriegelungsgliedes umzusetzen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 20, wobei die beiden Stellungen als Endstellungen durch eine besondere Formgebung des Verriegelungsgliedes (7,15) begrenzt bzw. festgelegt sind.
