Claims (6)
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine,mit einer Knopfloch-Schneidvorrichtung- - mit einem unteren Schneidwerkzeug (22),- - mit einem oberen Schneidwerkzeug (24),- - - das mittels einer lösbaren Spanneinrichtung (48) an einem Schneidwerkzeugträger (26) fest aber auswechselbar einspannbar ist und- - - das nach unten gegen das untere Schneidwerkzeug (22) bewegbar ist,- - wobei ein Schneidwerkzeug (22) ein Messer und das andere Schneidwerkzeug (24) ein Schneidblock ist,
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung einen in den Schneidwerkzeugträger (26) integrierten Magneten (72) umfasst.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet als Dauermagnet (72) ausgebildet ist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (74, 80) einen federnden Haltemechanismus umfasst.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanneinrichtung eine Spannpratze (48) umfasst, die mittels einer Schraube (68) gegen das Schneidwerkzeug (24) fest spannbar ist, und dass zwischen der Spannpratze (48) und der Schraube (68) eine Druckfeder (74) angeordnet ist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Schneidwerkzeugträger (26) eine Feder (80) befestigt ist, deren Form an die Kontur des Schneidwerkzeuges (24) angepasst ist und dieses elastisch gegen den Schneidwerkzeugträger (26) drückt.
