Maßgeblich hierfür ist, dass die Platten 3 aus einem keramischen Material mit der Tragleiste 1 unmittelbar und formschlüssig verbunden sind.
Ergänzend hiezu wird darauf verwiesen, dass auch bei dieser Ausführungsform die Platten mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut ausgebildet sein können, in welche eine an der zweiteiligen Tragleiste vorgesehene, der Nut gegengleich ausgebildete zweiteilige Halteleiste einragt, wobei die Halteleiste in ihrer in der Nut eingesetzten und verklemmten Lage mittels eines in den zwischen den beiden Schenkeln der Tragleiste eingebrachten Kunststoffmaterials verriegelt wird.
Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform erfolgt somit eine unmittelbare Verklemmung der Tragleiste 1c mit den Platten 3c aus einem keramischen Material. Da auch diese Befestigung lösbar ist, sind einzelne Platten 3c auswechselbar.
Durch die Stellschraube 74 wird der im Druckschlauch herrschende Druck eingestellt. Durch die Druckfeder 72 erfolgt eine Regulierung des Druckes bei aufgrund von Änderungen in der Betriebstemperatur bedingten Druckschwankungen sowie eine Regulierung bei Absinken des Druckes infolge von Leckagen. Durch einen vom Verschluss 73 seitlich abragenden Stift 75 erfolgt weiters auch eine Anzeige des im Druckschlauch 71 herrschenden Druckes.
Ergänzend hiezu wird darauf verwiesen, dass diese Ausführungsform auch dahingehend geändert werden kann, dass die Platten 3h mit einer Nut und die Schenkel 11h und 12h der Tragleiste 1h mit einer in diese Nut einragenden Halteleiste ausgebildet sind, wobei das Riegelelement 7 bezogen auf das Gelenk 10h zwischen den beiden Schenkeln 11h und 12h auf der den Platten 3h zugewandten Seite vorgesehen sein müsste.
Die Tragleiste und die Platten aus einem keramischen Material sind jeweils entweder mit einer hinterschnittenen Nut oder mit einer der hinterschnittenen Nut im Querschnitt angenähert gegengleichen Halteleiste ausgebildet, wobei die Halteleiste in die Nut eingesetzt ist und in dieser formschlüssig verriegelt ist, wodurch die Tragleiste und die Platten aus einem keramischen Material aneinander unmittelbar befestigbar sind. Die Tragleiste kann dabei auch mehrteilig ausgebildet sein.
Diese Verriegelung kann für den Austausch von einzelnen Platten lösbar sein. Da sich die Nuten bzw. die Halteleisten über die gesamte Länge der Siebleiste erstrecken, sind sämtliche Platten gegenüber der Tragleiste genau ausgerichtet und weiters in der gleichen Höhenlage befestigt.
Claims (16)
- Siebleiste, bestehend aus einer Tragleiste (1), welche mit Platten (3) aus einem keramischen Material versehen ist, für Papiererzeugungsanlagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder die Tragleiste (1) oder jede auf dieser befestigte keramische Platte (3) an den einander zugewandten Seiten mit mindestens einer sich in Richtung der Tragleiste (1) über die Länge der Platte (3) erstreckenden, hinterschnittenen Nut (4) und der jeweils andere Teil mit mindestens einer der hinterschnittenen Nut (4) angenähert gegengleich ausgebildeten, sich in Richtung der Tragleiste (1) erstreckenden Halteleiste (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei die mindestens eine Halteleiste (2) in der mindestens einen Nut (4) verklemmbar ist.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragleiste (1) mit mindestens zwei gegeneinander verstellbaren Teilen (11, 12) ausgebildet ist, durch deren Verstellung sie mit den Platten (3) aus einem keramischen Material verklemmbar ist.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Teile der Tragleiste (1) durch zwei gegeneinander elastisch verstellbare Schenkel (11, 12) gebildet sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Teile (11a, 12a) der Tragleiste (1a) miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Teile (1c, 12c) der Tragleiste (1c) mit einander gegengleichen Profilierungen ausgebildet sind, mittels welcher sie aneinander zur Anlage bringbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den mindestens zwei gegeneinander verstellbaren Teilen (11, 12) der Tragleiste (1) mindestens eine Stelleinrichtung (6) zugeordnet ist, durch welche sie in der mit den Platten (3) aus einem keramischen Material verklemmten Lage fixierbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stelleinrichtung durch eine Druckschraube (6), eine Zugschraube (6a) oder einen Druckschlauch (7) gebildet ist.
- Siebleiste nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede keramische Platte (3) mit mindestens einer Nut (4) ausgebildet ist und dass die Tragleiste (1) mit mindestens einer in diese Nut (4) einsetzbaren Halteleiste (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Tragleiste (1) mit zwei gegeneinander verstellbaren Teilen (11, 12) versehen ist, die mit Teilen (21, 22) der Halteleiste (2) ausgebildet sind und welche in derjenigen Lage, in welcher die mindestens eine Halteleiste (2) in die Nuten (4) eingesetzt ist, gegeneinander verspreizbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei gegeneinander verstellbaren, jeweils mit Teilen (21, 22) der Halteleiste (2) ausgebildeten Teile (11, 12) der Tragleiste (1) mittels einer Stellschraube (6) auseinander verstellbar sind, wodurch die in die Nuten (4) einragenden Teile (21, 22) der Haltleiste (2) in diesen verklemmbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede keramische Platte (3a) mit mindestens einer abragenden Halteleiste (2a) und die Tragleiste (1a) mit mindestens einer den Halteleisten (2a) gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut (4a) ausgebildet ist und dass die Tragleiste (1a) mit mindestens zwei in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand einstellbaren Teilen (11a, 12a) ausgebildet ist, wobei diese beiden Teile (11a, 12a) zueinander verstellbar und in ihrer mit den Halteleisten (2a) verklemmten Lage fixierbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach einem der Patentansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Teile (11a, 12a) der Tragleiste (1a) mittels einer Stelleinrichtung, insbesondere mittels einer Stellschraube (6a), gegeneinander verstellbar und in ihrer mit den keramischen Platten (3a) verklemmten Lage fixierbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragleiste (1b) an ihrer den keramischen Platten (3b) zugewandten Seite mit einem Schlitz (13b) ausgebildet ist, wodurch die mindestens zwei hierdurch gebildeten Teile (11b, 12b) zueinander verstellbar sind und in ihrer mit den keramischen Platten (3b) verklemmten Lage fixierbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede keramische Platte (3b) mit mindestens einer Haltleiste (2b) sowie die Tragleiste (1b) mit mindestens einer der mindestens einen Halteleiste (3b) gegengleich ausgebildeten Nut (4b) ausgebildet ist und dass die Tragleiste (1b) mit mindestens zwei in ihrem gegenseitigen Abstand einstellbaren Teilen (11b, 12b) ausgebildet ist, welche in derjenigen Lage, in welcher diese Teile (11b, 12b) der Tragleiste (1b) mit der mindestens einen Halteleiste (2b) verklemmt sind, mittels eines in die zwischen diese mindestens zwei Teile (11b, 12b) der Tragleiste (1b) bestehenden Fuge (13b) einbringbaren Füllmaterials fixierbar sind.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die zwischen der Wandung der mindestens einen Nut (4d) und der mindestens einen Halteleiste (2d) bestehende Fuge mindestens ein jede keramische Platte (3d) und die Tragleiste (1d) in ihrer gegenseitigen Lage fixierbares Riegelelement (7) eingesetzt ist.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelelement (7) durch einen Schlauch (71) gebildet ist, welcher mit einem Druckmedium, insbesondere einem hydraulischen Medium, beaufschlagbar ist.
- Siebleiste nach Patentanspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelelement (7) durch einen in sich geschlossenen, ein Druckmedium enthaltenden Schlauch gebildet ist, wobei das Volumen des Druckmediums unter der Betriebstemperatur ansteigt.
