Claims (17)

  1.     caractérisée en ce que
    - une déformation au niveau d'une portière (2) d' un véhicule à moteur fait l'objet d'un balayage par un système de balayage (18) mobile par rapport à une partie de boîtier (4) de la poignée extérieure de portière, en vue de détecter une collision latérale, et
    - active, en cas de détection d'une collision latérale, un système (16) destiné à la dissociation du couplage du système (10, 12, 14) destiné à actionner une serrure avec la serrure d'un système de fermeture.
  16.
