Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von im Wesentlichen festen Materialien mit mehreren um ihre Längsachsen rotierenden Spiralwalzen, die parallel zueinander wenigstens annähernd in einer Ebene angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dassdie Spiralwalzen (2) lediglich einseitig gelagert sind,eine Zuführvorrichtung (6) für das zu sortierende Material (5) derart an der Vorrichtung (1) angeordnet ist, dass die Zuführung quer zu Längsachsen (11) der Spiralwalzen (2) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführvorrichtung (6) für das zu sortierende Material (5) als eine das Material (5) in einem flachen Winkel (α) zu den Spiralwalzen (2) zuführende Zuführvorrichtung (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuführwinkel (α) zur Zuführung des Materials (5) bezogen auf eine Lagerebene (L) der Walzen (2) zwischen minus 30 Grad und plus 45 Grad liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführvorrichtung (6) das Material (5) an einer lagerfreien Seite der Vorrichtung (1) zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralwalzen (2) als ineinander greifende Spiralwalzen (2) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Förderschneckenwendel (20) einer Spiralwalze (2) bis an eine Nabe einer benachbarten Spiralwalze (2) reicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Förderschneckenwendel (20) zu einer benachbarten Welle (12) mindestens ein bis zwei Millimeter beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstand der Spiralwalzen (2) zueinander einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Förderrichtung (A) des zu sortierenden Materials (5) auf den Spiralwalzen (2) quer zur Achsenrichtung (11) der Spiralwalzen (2) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (6) für das zu sortierende Material (5) als Förderband, Rüttelrinne, Schurre oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abführen von getrennten Materialfraktionen (M1, M2, M3) wenigstens eine Fördereinrichtung (13, 14, 15; 19) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Spiralwalzen (2) als in eine Drehrichtung rotierende Spiralwalzen (2) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderschneckenwendeln (20) der Spiralwalzen (2) relativ zu den Wellen (12) der Spiralwalze (2) beweglich ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Spiralwalze (16, 17, 18) kürzer ausgebildet ist als die übrigen Spiralwalzen (2), und dass die wenigstens eine kürzer ausgebildete Spiralwalze (16, 17, 18) als eine am Rand der Vorrichtung (1) angeordnete Spiralwalze (16, 17, 18) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (6) das Material (5) in Höhe der Spiralwalzen (2) zuführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (6) in der Zuführhöhe (X) verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spiralwalzen (2) aus hochfestem Stahl und/oder hochfestem Kunststoff bestehen.
