Claims (15)
- Schiebetür (1) für Gefrier-, Kühl- oder Betriebsräume, bei denen eine Abdichtung in Schließstellung notwendig oder wünschenswert ist, wobei die Schiebetür (1) einen gebäudeseitig festlegbaren Rahmen (2), ein Türblatt (4) und eine obere Laufschiene (3) umfasst und die Laufschiene (3) etwa im Bereich der vertikalen Holme (8) des Türrahmens (2) Führungsabschnitte zum Absenken und zum Anrücken des Türblattes an den Rahmen (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Querholm (7) des Rahmens (2) einen Teil der Laufschiene (3) bildet und zur Bildung einer vollständigen Laufschiene (3) über den Rahmen (2) hinaus verlängert ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Querholm (7) des Rahmens (2) mit einem Verlängerungsprofil (7 a) verbunden ist und gemeinsam mit diesem die komplette Laufschiene (3) bildet.
- Schiebetür (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Querholm (7) des Rahmens (2) mit dem Verlängerungsprofil (7 a) durch Passstifte (17) lagegenau gegeneinander fixiert und durch eine mechanische Verschraubung (18) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Laufschiene (3) ein Stopper (19) und am Türblatt (4) ein Anschlag (20) zur Begrenzung des maximalen Öffnungsweges des Türblattes (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Schiebetür (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Anschlages (20) eine mit dem Stopper (19) zusammenwirkende, einstellbare Bremseinrichtung (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türblatt (4) in seinem unteren, aber gegenüber dem Boden nach oben versetzten Bereich in einer gebäudeseitig festlegbaren unteren Führungsschienen (9) geführt ist, wobei in diese untere Führungsschiene (9) eine am Türblatt (4) befestigte Führungsrolle (10) eingreift.
- Schiebetür (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrolle (10) von einem am Türblatt (4) befestigten Lagerbock (11) getragen ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türblatt (4) oberseitig über die Laufschiene (3) hinaus vorsteht und an seiner Rückseite mit Laufrollen (14) ausgestattet ist, welche auf der entsprechend konturierten oberen Stirnkante der Laufschiene (3) aufliegen.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Laufrollen (14) zum Türblatt (4) einstellbar ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Querholm (7) des Rahmens (2) mit den vertikalen Holmen (8) lösbar verbunden ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Querholm (7) mit den vertikalen Holmen (8) des Rahmens (2) stumpf verbunden ist und auf den oberen Stirnseiten der vertikalen Holme (8) aufliegt.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der in Schließrichtung gesehen vorderen vertikalen Stimkante des Türblattes (4) ein Riegel (13) befestigt ist, der in Schließstellung des Türblattes (4) einen an einen zugeordneten vertikalen Rahmenholm (8) befestigten und gegenüber der Rahmenebene geneigt verlaufenden Halter (12) hintergreift.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenlage des Türblattes (4) durch eine Höhenverstelleinrichtung (22) justierbar ist.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite des Türblattes (4) justierbare Sicherungsstifte (15) vorgesehen sind, die in eine Längsnut (16) der Laufschiene (3) hineinragen, um das Herausspringen des Türblattes (4) aus der Führungsposition zu verhindern.
- Schiebetür (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (3) bzw. der obere Querholm (7) des Rahmens (2) und ein Verlängerungsprofil (7a), welche gemeinsam die komplette Laufschiene (3) bilden, aus massiven Kunststoffprofilen hergestellt sind.
