Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cable crane with two spaced apart Supports at least one from one prop to the other prop extending carrying rope.
- Cable cranes of the type mentioned are known from practice.
- the two on both sides of a rectangular Working surface has movable supports for a supporting cable extending from one support extends to the other support.
- the supports are A-shaped with one on the A arranged formed short vertical strut.
- the bracing takes place the supports on a likewise movable and behind the supports arranged Guying.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a cable crane, in which a given work surface with structurally simple and the Environmentally friendly means is operable.
- the above object is achieved by a cable crane with the features of the claim 1 solved. Thereafter, the cable crane is configured and trained, that at least one of the two supports as a supporting structure with an im Essentially horizontally arranged crossbar is formed and that the Supporting cable can be fixed to the crossbar.
- an operation of a work surface not necessarily a mobility of the supports of a cable crane requires.
- the training at least one of the two supports as a supporting structure with a substantially horizontally arranged crossbar also the operation of a work surface allows, for this purpose, the support cable is fixed to the crossbar.
- the support cable are set at different positions on the crossbar, whereby the respective work area can be changed and a total of one whole work surface is operable.
- Due to the unnecessary mobility the support or supports is also a corresponding bracing stationary arranged. Rail systems are outside the working surface to be operated This is not necessary, which ultimately leads to a protection of the environment in the Working area surrounding area leads.
- operated by the cable crane work surface could both supports as supporting structures, each with a substantially be arranged horizontally arranged crossbar, wherein the support cable to the crossbars can be fixed.
- the suspension cable could be at different Positions are fixed to the crossbars, which ultimately to Operation of a substantially rectangular work surface could result.
- the supporting structure could two each substantially vertically and parallel to each other Towers have.
- the crossbar could then preferably on the tower heads of the towers be arranged rigid.
- a support could be designed as a portal be.
- the prop could or could be the props stationary to a subsurface be arranged. This has the advantage that no costly measures must be taken for a mobility of the support or the supports.
- the supporting structure could or could the supporting structures and / or the crossbar or crossbars be constructed from individual modules. This makes it possible to adapt the support or portal height and width to local conditions and application requirements ultimately realized by a modular design.
- the supports with their broadside stand opposite.
- the work area to be operated is through the gap defined between the two supports.
- the supports could preferably over a common centerline extending through the posts be arranged.
- the struts be guyed over anchor points in through the columns formed light space are arranged.
- the light space here refers to the through the width of the column or columns described route or on the by the Width of the column or portal defined working area. It is still here essential, that no bracing or anchor points laterally of this formed light space are required. An impairment of the environment is so locked out.
- the bracing could be realized with adjustable tension elements. So all are longitudinal and transverse acting operating forces in a simple manner.
- suspension cable or could the suspension cables each on a relative to the crossbar or the crossbars movable Be stored trolley Such trolleys could along the entire width the supports or crossbar be moved freely. This is the definition of the supporting cable or the supporting cables on the crossbar or on the crossbars considerably simplified, because position change of the support cables to the cross bars easy to accomplish are.
- each trolley could at least one and preferably each trolley a preferably backlash-free and / or positive drive assigned. This is a special safe operation of the cable crane guaranteed.
- Such a drive could be formed by a rack and pinion system. The drive could be there be formed so that all resulting from the operation of the cable crane Forces can be driven and / or held at any time.
- the leadership could be realized multi-stranded.
- the trolley could span the full span of the suspension rope be movable.
- the hoist rope could by means of a preferably stationary one of the supports associated wind operable or windable be.
- the winch in the ground area of the Support or be arranged under the support on the ground.
- the mutual rope fixed point the hoisting rope on the opposite crossbar or on the trolley of the associated Tragseils be arranged on the opposite cross bar. This is a particularly stable storage and management of the hoist realized.
- the winch could be so in the bottom area of the prop or under the prop be arranged that from the adjustment of the support rope along the cross bar resulting skew angle of the hoist rope by means of a compensation device can be compensated.
- a compensation device There are differently designed compensation devices conceivable.
- the trolley could move the trolley along or on the carrying rope generated by two pulling on opposite ends of the trolley pulling ropes become.
- the traction cables pull on the front and rear Area of the trolley.
- a further comfortable manner could be of at least two - and preferably of each - the controls all the existing trolley and / or Trolleys and / or hoisting ropes and / or load hooks by appropriate selection controlled individually or in groups.
- a user can say after entering his desired operation Reserve one or more suspension ropes for yourself via the control unit.
- These load hooks or suspension ropes are then not available to operators at the same time Operation available. After the end of use by the reserving operator could this release the suspension ropes or hooks again, which is also about the operating device could be done.
- An exemplary cable harness of the cable crane could consist of a carrying rope, a hoist rope and one or two pull ropes for the Trolley be realized.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an embodiment a cable crane according to the invention.
- the cable crane has two from each other spaced supports 1 for four from one support 1 to the other support. 1 extending supporting cables 2.
- supporting cables 2 With regard to operability of a given Working surface with structurally simple and environmentally friendly means at least one of the two supports 1 - in the embodiment shown here both supports 1 - as a supporting structure 3 with a substantially horizontally arranged Cross bar 4 is formed.
- the support cables 2 are on the cross bars. 4 fixable.
- the support structure 3 each has two substantially vertical and parallel to each other arranged towers 5 on.
- the cross bar 4 on the tower heads the towers 5 arranged rigid.
- the supports 1 are stationary to the ground arranged.
- the supporting structures 3 and the transverse bars 4 are constructed from individual modules, so that an individual adaptability to given work surface sizes and Other application requirements is realized.
- the supports 1 which are designed as portals, with their broadside across from.
- the columns are 1 on a common center line, the passes through the supports 1 therethrough.

- the anchor points 6 are in formed by the supports 1 light space 7 and in the light space 7 through the width arranged the support 1 or portals described route.
- the guy 8 is realized with adjustable tension elements.
- the supporting cables 2 are each movable on a relative to the crossbars 4 Trolley 9 stored.
- the support cables 2 are more precisely at their ends to each a trolley 9 mounted, which is movable on the associated crossbar 4. In this case, all trolleys 9 are moved independently of each other.
- Each trolley 9 is assigned a play-free and positive drive.
- One such drive can be realized by a rack and pinion system.
- Each carrying cable 2 is associated with a trolley 10 movable on the carrying cable 2, over which a hoist rope 11 for lifting and lowering a load hook 12 is guided.
- the hoisting cable 11 is connected by means of a winch assigned to the bottom of one of the supports 1 13 operable or windable.
- the hoist rope 11 is further on a trolley 9 of the associated support cable 2 arranged deflection guided.
- Of the mutual or opposite rope fixed point of the hoist rope 11 is at the opposite Trolley 9 of the associated support cable 2 at the opposite Cross bar 4 arranged.
- the winch 13 is so in the bottom region of the support 1 arranged that from the adjustment of the support rope 2 along the cross bar 4 resulting slip angle of the hoist rope 11 by means of a compensation device can be compensated.
- the driving movement of the trolley 10 along the support cable 2 is by two opposite ends of the trolley 10 pulling traction cables 14 generates.
- Each Traction cable 14 is assigned a separate winch 15, the winches 15 each are arranged at the bottom of the supports 1.
- the drives of the winches 15 are in Mooring operation switched so that the wind-up and the unwinding winds 15 are always acted upon from the drive side with torque, that their traction cables 14 are permanently biased and the trolley 10 at any time in their driving position on the supporting cable 2 is held in both directions.
- each suspension rope 2 a substantially parallel hoist rope 11 and corresponding traction cables 14 are assigned.
