Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung mehrerer nebeneinander angeordneter Produktstapel (11) aus einem einlaufenden Produktstrom (12) aus Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen, umfassend einen Ablagebereich (14) zur Aufnahme der einlaufenden Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen und Bildung abtransportfähiger Produktstapel (11), mindestens ein Trennelement (15) für jeden Produktstapel (11) zur Bildung eines Spalts zwischen einem jeweils abtransportfähigen Produktstapel (11) und nachfolgend einlaufenden Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen sowie Mittel (16) zum Auspressen von Lufteinschlüssen aus den abtransportfähigen Produktstapeln (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (16) zum Auspressen von Lufteinschlüssen aus den abtransportfähigen Produktstapeln (11) aus mehreren Einzelelementen (20) besteht, wobei jedem Trennelement (15) ein Einzelelement (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Trennelement (15) ein gegenüber anderen Einzelelementen (20) unabhängiges Einzelelement (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Trennelement (15) oberhalb der Transportebene E des Produktstroms (12) angeordnet ist und im wesentlichen aus einem Stützelement (17), einem Trennhebel (18) sowie einem Trennfinger (19) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (17) schwenkbar um eine Drehachse (21) und in und entgegen der Antransportrichtung (Pfeil A) des Produktstroms (12) bewegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trennhebel (18) schwenkbar um eine Drehachse (24) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Trennhebel (18) federbelastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trennfinger (19) schwenkbar um eine Drehachse (28) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Trennfinger (19) federbelastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Einzelelement (20) zum Auspressen von Lufteinschlüssen mindestens eine Andrückrolle und/oder ein Bürstenelement umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Einzelelement (20) fest mit dem Trennfinger (19) verbunden ist, derart, daß jede Bewegung des Trennfingers (19) zwangsläufig von dem Einzelelement (20) synchron durchgeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Einzelelement (20) zum Auspressen von Lufteinschlüssen senkrecht zur Transportebene E in Richtung der Transportebene E über den Trennfinger (19) hinausragt.
- Verfahren zum Bilden mehrerer nebeneinander angeordneter Produktstapel (11) aus einem einlaufenden Produktstrom (12) aus Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen, umfassend die Schritte:Sammeln und Stapeln der einlaufenden Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen in einem Ablagebereich (14), wobei mehrere Produktstapel (11) zeitgleich nebeneinander gebildet werden,Trennen der abtransportfähigen Produktstapel (11) von einlaufenden Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen durch Bildung eines Spaltes zwischen einem jeweils abtransportfähigen Produktstapel (11) und nachfolgend einlaufenden Papierbögen (13) oder dergleichen mittels Trennelementen (15),Auspressen von Lufteinschlüssen aus den abtransportfähigen Produktstapeln (11) mittels geeigneter Mittel (16),
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeden Produktstapel (11) ein individueller Druck zum Auspressen der Lufteinschlüsse ausgeübt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Höhenunterschiede der Produktstapel (11) eines im Ablagebereich (14) befindlichen Riesstranges aus mehreren Produktstapeln (11) ausgeglichen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennelemente (15) während des Auspressens der Lufteinschlüsse angehoben werden, so daß zwischen dem obersten Bogen eines abtransportfähigen Produktstapels (11) und dem Trennelement (115) ein Spalt entsteht.
