Claims (10)
- Elektrowerkzeug mit einem Motor (40) zum Antrieb eines Werkzeuges (20), mit mindestens einem Schaltelement zur Betätigung des Motors (40), das mit einer Steuereinrichtung (42) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (42) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Einschalten des Motors (40) zum Antrieb des Werkzeugs (20) nur dann ermöglicht ist, wenn das mindestens eine Schaltelement in einer vorgegebenen Weise mehrfach aktiviert wird oder mindestens zwei Schaltelemente gleichzeitig oder in einer vorgegebenen Weise hintereinander aktiviert werden, wobei mindestens drei Betriebszustände vorgesehen sind, ein Ruhezustand, in dem der Motor (40) außer Betrieb ist, ein Arbeitszustand, in dem der Motor (40) zum Antrieb des Werkzeuges (20) angetrieben ist, und ein Zwischenzustand, in dem signalisiert wird, dass zur Überführung in den Arbeitszustand eine weitere Aktivierung eines Schaltelementes erforderlich ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, das ferner ein akustisches, optisches und/oder haptisches Signalmittel aufweist, um einem Benutzer zu signalisieren, wenn sich das Elektrowerkzeug (10) im Zwischenzustand befindet.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung (42) derart ausgebildet ist, dass dem Motor (40) im Zwischenzustand periodisch Spannungsimpulse von kurzer Dauer zugeführt werden, um einem Benutzer den Zwischenzustand durch kurze Bewegungsimpulse des Werkzeuges (20) zu signalisieren.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung (42) derart ausgebildet ist, dass zur Überführung in den Arbeitszustand mindestens ein oder mehrere Schaltelemente innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens mehrfach aktiviert werden müssen.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Steuerung (42) derart ausgebildet ist, dass vom Zwischenzustand ein Übergang in den Ruhezustand erfolgt, wenn nicht innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens eine Überführung in den Arbeitszustand durch Aktivierung eines Schaltelementes in einer vorgegebenen Weise erfolgt.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Schaltelemente als Taster ausgebildet sind.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Schaltelemente als optische Schalter oder als Mikroschalter ausgebildet sind, die über elastische Tastflächen (22, 24, 26, 28) aktivierbar sind.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, bei dem die Schaltelemente durch Umgreifen eines Gehäuses (12) oder eines Griffes aktivierbar sind.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Steuereinrichtung derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Motor (40) bei zeitnaher Aktivierung zweier Schaltelemente vom Ruhezustand unmittelbar in den Arbeitszustand übergeht.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Elektrowerkzeuges, das mindestens drei Betriebszustände aufweist, einen Ruhezustand, in dem ein Motor (40) außer Betrieb ist, einen Arbeitszustand, in dem der Motor (40) zum Antrieb eines Werkzeuges (20) angetrieben ist, und einen Zwischenzustand, wobei der Motor (40) derart gesteuert wird, dass zur Überführung aus dem Ruhezustand in den Arbeitszustand ein Schaltelement in einer vorgegebenen Weise mehrfach hintereinander aktiviert werden muss oder mehrere Schaltelemente gleichzeitig oder hintereinander in einer vorgegebenen Weise hintereinander aktiviert werden müssen, wobei das Elektrowerkzeug (10) bei der ersten Aktivierung eines Schaltelementes zunächst in den Zwischenzustand überführt wird und einem Benutzer der Zwischenzustand signalisiert wird, bevor durch eine weitere Aktivierung eines Schaltelementes in der vorgegebenen Weise eine Überführung in den Arbeitszustand erfolgt oder durch Deaktivierung des zuerst betätigten Schaltelementes eine Überführung in den Ruhezustand erfolgt.
