Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen der Oberfläche (M) von zylindrischen Körpern, wie Walzen (W) oder Rollen,mit mindestens einer Düse (7-10) zum Ausbringen von Reinigungsfluid auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (M),mit einem auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (M) aufsetzbaren Gehäuse (2), dessen Länge (LG) mindestens einem Teil der Länge (LW) des zylindrischen Körpers entspricht und das eine Austrittsöffnung (11) aufweist, durch die von der Düse (7-10) ausgebrachtes Reinigungsfluid auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (M) trifft, wobei das Gehäuse (2) im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung (11) derart an die Form des zylindrischen Körpers angepasst ist, dass das Gehäuse (2) im auf den zylindrischen Körper aufgesetzten Zustand mit diesem Bereich bündig und in radialer Richtung abhebbar auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche (M) sitzt, undmit mindestens einem Absaugelement (12,13) zum Absaugen von im Reinigungsbetrieb auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (M) treffendem Reinigungsfluid, wobei die Absaugöffnung (14,15) des Absaugelements (12,13) benachbart zur Austrittsöffnung (11) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absaugelement (12,13) als Rohr ausgebildet ist, das die Austrittsöffnung (11) seitlich mindestens abschnittsweise begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung (11) rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Absaugelement (12,13) im auf den zylindrischen Körper aufgesetzten Zustand achsparallel zu dessen Längsachse erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand der Austrittsöffnung (11) mindestens abschnittsweise durch zum Gehäuseinnern gebogene Strömungselemente (16,17) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungselemente (16,17) durch die Absaugelemente (12,13) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) in dem Bereich der Austrittsöffnung (11), der dem Umfang des zylindrischen Körpers folgt, eine Dichtung (21) trägt, die im auf den zylindrischen Körper aufgesetzten Zustand dicht an diesem anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von der Düse (7-10) abgegebene Strahl (F1,F2) bei auf den zylindrischen Körper aufgesetztem Gehäuse (2) unter einem flachen Winkel auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (M) des zylindrischen Körpers gerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Düsen (7-10) in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Gruppe der Düsen (7-9) einen in eine erste Richtung gerichteten Strahl (F1) und die andere Gruppe von Düsen (10) einen in eine andere Richtung gerichteten Strahl (F2) abgeben.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von den Düsen (7-9) der einen Gruppe abgegebenen Strahlen (F1) in Richtung eines auf der einen Seite der Austrittsöffnung (11) angeordneten Absaugelements (12) gerichtet sind und die von den Düsen (10) der anderen Gruppe abgegebenen Strahlen (F2) in Richtung eines auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Austrittsöffnung (11) angeordneten Absaugelements (13) gerichtet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) an einer Führung (23) verschiebbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Führung (23) mindestens gleich der Länge (LW) des zu reinigenden zylindrischen Körpers ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (23) eine Halterung (24,25) zum lösbaren Befestigen an einer Lagerung (30,31) für den zu reinigenden Körper aufweist.
