Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de connexion électrique pour produire une bobine d'allumage, ce système étant destiné à remplacer les procédés classiques d'établissement de contact entre des fils laqués fins dans des bobines d'allumage, tels que les procédés thermiques. Selon l'invention, une lame de contact (8) placée du côté de la sortie basse tension (N) est, lors du montage, guidée sans contact au-dessus d'enroulements secondaires correspondants et se bloque par encliquetage du fait de son caractère élastique ou de sa disposition. Des éléments situés sur la lame de contact (8) percent une couche isolante entourant l'enroulement secondaire, ce qui permet d'obtenir une connexion électrique sans avoir recours à des procédés thermiques.
