Claims (13)

  1. Récipient, en particulier récipient en matière plastique, se présentant de préférence sous la forme d'un seau, comprenant un couvercle (2) servant à fermer le récipient (1) et pourvu d'une zone de réception (4) dans laquelle est engagé et maintenu le bord (3) du récipient qui délimite l'ouverture de récipient à l'état fermé, des éléments d'encliquetage (10-14) et des surfaces d'étanchéité (16-19), qui agissent de manière opposée, étant prévus au niveau de la zone de réception (4) du couvercle (2) et sur le bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient, les éléments d'encliquetage (10 à 14) étant conçus de telle sorte que, lorsque le récipient est à l'état fermé, les surfaces d'étanchéité (16-19) pressant l'une contre l'autre et réalisant l'étanchéité de façon fiable, la zone de réception (4) du couvercle (2) possédant un rétrécissement qui forme une charnière à film (15) qui forme un segment inférieur (33), au moins deux paires d'éléments d'encliquetage (21, 14 ; 13, 11) superposées, qui agissent de façons différentes, étant prévues au niveau du segment inférieur (33) et du bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient, dont au moins une paire d'éléments d'encliquetage est formé de telle sorte que la libération de l'encliquetage devrait être effectuée avec un mouvement différent de celui des autres paires d'éléments d'encliquetage, notamment opposé à celui-ci, de sorte que, pour libérer l'encliquetage des paires d'éléments d'encliquetage qui agissent de façons différentes, même un mouvement d'au moins une partie de la zone de réception (4) du couvercle (2) ou du bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient devrait être effectué dans des directions différentes, notamment opposées,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins deux paires d'éléments d'encliquetage (12, 10 ; 13, 11 ; 14, 21) sont prévues au niveau de la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception (4) en forme de U du couvercle (2) et, en forme de contre-dépouilles, au niveau de la zone de bord de l'ouverture du récipient et la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception (4) du couvercle présente le rétrécissement, un élément d'encliquetage (14) d'une première paire d'éléments d'encliquetage (14, 21) étant disposé à une extrémité extérieure inférieure du segment inférieur (33) et un élément d'encliquetage (13) d'une seconde paire d'éléments d'encliquetage (11, 13) étant disposé à une extrémité intérieure supérieure du segment inférieur (33), à proximité immédiate d'une gorge (20) qui est formée du côté intérieur de la branche extérieure (5) et dans laquelle peut s'engager en plus l'élément d'encliquetage (11) de la seconde paire d'éléments d'encliquetage (11, 13) qui est prévu au niveau du bord (3).
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réception (4) du couvercle et le bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient sont formés de telle sorte que la fermeture du récipient avec le couvercle se fait sensiblement par un mouvement de translation, en particulier le couvercle est attaché ou encliqueté par le haut sur le récipient.
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient à l'état fermé ne peut être ouvert que par destruction du couvercle (2) et/ou du bord (3).
  4. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'étanchéité (16-19) sont prévues séparément des éléments d'encliquetage et/ou au niveau des éléments d'encliquetage.
  5. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen d'étanchéité supplémentaire, de préférence une pluralité de ceux-ci, sont prévus de préférence sous la forme de bagues d'étanchéité notamment insérées ou injectées, dans la zone de réception (4) et/ou au niveau du bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient.
  6. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la charnière à film (15) présente un point de rupture (15) au niveau de la zone de réception (4) du couvercle pour séparer la partie (33) de la zone de réception de façon à ne laisser plus que des paires d'éléments d'encliquetage à action équivalente afin de permettre une ouverture du récipient fermé avec le couvercle.
  7. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réception (4) en forme de U est ouverte vers le bas, le bord de l'ouverture de récipient étant rectiligne en coupe transversale au moins partiellement dans une première partie et étant reçu entre les branches (5, 6) de la zone de réception en forme de U et des crochets d'encliquetage, des ergots d'encliquetage et/ou des gorges d'encliquetage (20), qui s'engagent les uns dans les autres lors de la fermeture, étant prévus en particulier au niveau d'un côté intérieur de la branche extérieure (5) et du côté correspondant de la première partie du bord tandis que des surfaces d'étanchéité (16, 17) sont prévues du côté intérieur de l'autre branche (6) et du côté correspondant de la première partie du bord de l'ouverture de récipient.
  8. Récipient selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que au moins deux crochets d'encliquetage (12, 13) sont prévus du côté intérieur de la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception (4) et au moins un crochet d'encliquetage (14) est prévu du côté extérieur de la branche extérieure.
  9. Récipient selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient est réalisé au moins partiellement à double paroi, en particulier dans une seconde partie qui s'étend sur une zone partielle du bord insérable dans la zone de réception, la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception (4) s'engageant au moins partiellement dans l'espace intermédiaire du bord à double paroi.
  10. Récipient selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la nervure extérieure (8), dans la seconde partie du bord (3) à double paroi, présente une contre-dépouille (21) ou un élément d'encliquetage qui coopère avec le crochet d'encliquetage (14) du côté extérieur de la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception et qui forme en particulier la première paire d'éléments d'encliquetage (14, 21) qui présente un mouvement d'ouverture différent, notamment opposé, par rapport aux éléments d'encliquetage (12, 13) du côté intérieur de la branche extérieure de la zone de réception ou aux éléments d'encliquetage (10, 11) du côté extérieur de la nervure (9) de la première partie du bord à double paroi de l'ouverture de récipient, afin de libérer l'encliquetage.
  11. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception (4) du couvercle (2) présente un point de rupture (15) en forme de charnière à film servant au sectionnement au moyen d'un outil de coupe, en particulier d'un couteau, qui est de préférence disposé de telle sorte que le segment inférieur (33) de la branche extérieure (5) de la zone de réception est séparé, et reste en particulier dans la partie à double paroi du bord (3) de l'ouverture de récipient.
  12. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au niveau de la liaison (7) des branches (5, 6) de la zone de réception (4) une bague d'étanchéité, en particulier un joint torique, qui est pressée à l'état fermé dans la zone de réception avec l'extrémité supérieure du bord de l'ouverture de récipient.
  13. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'encliquetage, se présentant sous la forme de crochets ou d'ergots périphériques (10-13), sont disposés au niveau du bord de l'ouverture de récipient et/ou au niveau de la zone de réception.
