Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Abdichten des Ringspalts zwischen einer Behälterinnenwand eines für eine Flüssigkeit bestimmten vertikalen Rundbehälters und einer schwimmenden Abdeckung, mit einem umlaufenden, sich an die Behälterinnenwand anlegenden Dichtprofil, mit einer Anzahl in Behälterumfangsrichtung verteilten Andruckeinheiten, die das Dichtprofil gegen die Behälterinnenwand drücken, und mit mindestens einer umlaufenden, den Ringspalt zwischen Behälterinnenwand und einer Außenwand der Schwimmdecke überbrückenden Dichtungsschürze, wobei das Dichtprofil mindestens eine, das von dem sich oberhalb der schwimmenden Abdekkung befindlichen Bereich der Behälterinnenwand ablaufende Wasser, insbesondere Regenwasser, aufnehmende, saugfähige Matte aus synthetischen Fasern aufweist, die durch mindestens ein Tragelement gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Randbereiche der Matte von der Behälterwand (3) abgewandt sind und dass die Matte (9) flexibel ausgebildet ist und zumindest an ihren beiden von der Behälterinnenwand (3) abgewandten Randbereichen derart mittels des Tragelements (8) eingespannt und gehalten ist, dass die Matte (9), in einem senkrechten Schnitt gesehen, zumindest in dem sich an die Behälterinnenwand (3) anlegenden Bereich (10) konvex zur Behälterinnenwand (3) hin gekrümmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement als Stützplatte (8) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Matte (9) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern des Stützplatte (8) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützplatte (8) eine eben ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (8) an seinen Rändern, an denen die Matte (9) befestigt ist, von der Behälterinnenwand (3) wegweisend abgebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Matte (9) und Tragelement (8) ein elastischer Stützkörper (22) eingefügt ist, der die Matte (9) in ihrer konvexen Krümmung unterstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (8) die Matte (9) flächig hinterlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Randbereiche der Matte (9) auf der zur Behälterinnenwand (3) hinweisenden Seite des Tragelements (8) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untenliegende Randbereich der Matte (9) auf der zur Behälterinnenwand (3) hinweisenden Seite des Tragelements (8) befestigt ist, während der obenliegende Randbereich der Matte (9) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Tragelements (8), die von der Behälterinnenwand (3) abgewandt ist, befestigt ist, wobei der obere Randbereich der Matte (9), im Querschnitt gesehen, schlaufenförmig um den oberen Rand des Tragelements (8) herum verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matte (9) um einen Kernkörper (22) herumgelegt ist und mit den Randbereichen aufeinanderliegend an dem Tragelement (8) eingespannt und gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (8) mit der daran gehaltenen Matte (9) im unteren Bereich mittels der Andruckeinheiten (11) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckeinheiten (11) etwa mittig an dem Tragelement (8) angreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsschürze (15) an dem unteren Randbereich der Matte (9) auf deren Außenseite, zu der Behälterinnenwand (3) hinweisend, befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matte (9) aus synthetischen Fasern mit einer hoch saugfähigen Struktur gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matte (9) eine Dicke zwischen 5 und 20 mm aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matte (9) aus einem Nadelfilz gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matte (9) eine Dichte größer als 0,1 g/cm3 aufweist.
