Claims (12)

  1. Broyeur pour le broyage de matière organique, en particulier broyeur de jardin pour branchage, broussailles ou similaires, se composant d'une chambre à lames (3) avec un disque porte-lames (10) rotatif, sur lequel est fixée au moins une lame de hachage (12), dont le tranchant (15) s'étendant à peu près dans le sens radial coopère avec une butée (16) fixée au carter pour le broyage de la matière et avec un entonnoir de remplissage (8) pour amener la matière dans la chambre à lames (3), caractérisé en ce que la chambre à lames (3) présente un prolongement (20, 21, 22) extérieur en forme de doigt, qui empiète dans un logement (30, 31, 32) de la paroi de carter (39) de l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) et fixe l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) à la chambre à lames (3) transversalement au sens longitudinal du prolongement (20, 21, 22) par correspondance de forme, l'entonnoir de remplissage (8), dans sa position fermée, étant bloqué de manière fixe au carter avec un dispositif de fermeture (40) et est ainsi fixé dans le sens longitudinal du prolongement (20, 21, 22) et l'entonnoir de remplissage (8), après désolidarisation du dispositif de fermeture (40), pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (29) situé transversalement au prolongement (20, 21, 22) de la chambre à lames (3) de la position fermée à une position ouverte.
  2. Broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture (40) se trouve à une distance (v) de l'axe de pivotement (29).
  3. Broyeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (20, 21, 22) est prévu d'un côté de la chambre à lames (3) et le dispositif de fermeture (40) de l'autre côté, à peu près diamétralement opposé, de la chambre à lames (3).
  4. Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la chambre à lames (3) présente plusieurs prolongements (20, 21, 22) disposés les uns à côté des autres en ligne à une distance latérale (a).
  5. Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un prolongement (20, 21, 22) présente une face inférieure (24) essentiellement plane, qui est opposée à l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) et présente une face frontale (26) de préférence arrondie de manière partiellement cylindrique.
  6. Broyeur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe du cylindre de la face frontale (26) arrondie de manière partiellement cylindrique est à peu près parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (29).
  7. Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le logement (30, 31, 32) est réalisé dans la paroi de carter (39) sous forme d'ouverture de prise ouverte vers l'extérieur.
  8. Broyeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale (26) d'un prolongement (20, 21, 22) est présent comme partie de la surface extérieure (27) dans la paroi de carter (39) de l'entonnoir de remplissage (8).
  9. Broyeur selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le bord (34) de l'ouverture de prise (30, 31, 32) opposé à l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) présente un gradin d'appui (36) pour la face inférieure (24) plane du prolongement (20, 21, 22).
  10. Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) est réalisé au niveau de son extrémité (18) tournée vers la chambre à lames (3) sous forme de couvercle de carter (4), lequel ferme la chambre à lames (3) et forme de préférence une partie de carter (5) de l'éjection (6).
  11. Broyeur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de prise (30, 31, 32) traversantes dans la zone du couvercle de carter (4) sont prévues de préférence à proximité du bord inférieur (19) de l'entonnoir de remplissage (8).
  12. Broyeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'entonnoir de remplissage (8) avec le couvercle (4) se compose d'un premier matériau, de préférence de plastique, et en ce que la chambre à lames (3) se compose d'un deuxième matériau, de préférence de métal.
