Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung, die eine Verpackung für zähflüssige Produkte mit vollständiger Entleerung durch manuelles Pumpen bildet, umfassend:- ein so genanntes Behälterteil (A), das mit einem Ende, das eine kegelstumpfförmige Schulter (a3) umfasst, die von einem Hals (a1) überragt wird, der einen Ausgabekanal (a2) umfasst, und an seinem anderen Ende (a5) mit einer Öffnung versehen ist,- ein so genanntes einziehbares biegsame Beutelteil (B), das ein geschlossenes Ende (b1) und ein anderes offenes Ende (b2) umfasst, wobei die Teile (A) und (B) an ihren jeweiligen offenen Enden (a5) und (b2) zusammengeschweißt sind, wobei die Gesamtheit aus Behälterteil (A) und Beutelteil (B) somit eine dichte Verpackung bildet, die dazu gedacht ist, das Produkt aufzunehmen, das über den Ausgabekanal (a2) des Behälters (A) eingefüllt wird,- ein so genanntes Rumpfteil (C), das mit einer seitlichen Lüftungsöffnung (c5) versehen ist, die manuell verschließbar ist, um bei Druck auf die Gesamtheit ein Pumpsystem zu bilden, dessen eines Ende (c3) versperrt ist und dessen anderes Ende eine kegelstumpfförmige Schulter (c4) umfasst, die eine Öffnung (c1) umfasst, wobei die Gesamtheit aus Behälterteil (A) und Beutelteil (B) abdichtend in den Rumpf (C) an der Verbindung der kegelstumpfförmigen Schulter (c4) anschlagend eingepasst wird,- ein so genanntes Deckelteil (D), das dazu gedacht ist, den Hals (a1) der Anordnung aus den Teilen Behälter A, Beutel B und Rumpf C zu verschließen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das geschlossene Ende (b1) des Beutels (B) kegelförmig ist, mit einem Winkel (αb) gleich dem Winkel (αa) der kegelstumpfförmigen Schulter (a3) des Behälters (A), um die vollständige Wiedergabe des Produkts sicherzustellen.
- Vorrichtung, die eine Verpackung für pastenförmige Produkte mit vollständiger Entleerung durch manuelles Pumpen bildet, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- das so genannte Behälterteil (A') an beiden Enden offen ist, und an dem Ende (a'5) der einziehbare biegsame Beutels (B) mit seinem Ende (b2) angeschweißt ist,- das so genannte Rumpfteil (C') aus einem röhrenförmigen Mantel (c'2) besteht, dessen eines Ende (c'3) durch Zerdrücken versperrt wird, und dessen anderes Ende eine kegelstumpfförmige Schulter (c'4) mit einem Hals umfasst, der mit einem Gewinde versehen ist und einen Ausgabekanal (c'6) umfasst, der von dem Deckel (D) versperrt wird, und dass, bevor das Ende (c'3) versperrt wird, die Gesamtheit aus den Teilen (A') und (B) durch Kleben abdichtend in den Rumpf (C') an der Verbindung der kegelstumpfförmigen Schulter (c'4) anschlagend eingepasst wird.
- Vorrichtung, die eine Verpackung für pastenförmige Produkte mit vollständiger Entleerung durch manuelles Pumpen bildet, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der einziehbare biegsame Beutel (B) ein offenes Ende (b2) aufweist, dass direkt über einige Millimeter (Las) in der Innenwand des Rumpfs (C') geschweißt ist, z.B. so dass: La = Lap < Lc'/2, dass die Lüftungsöffnung (c'5) sich auf dem Rumpf (C') befindet, z.B. so dass: Lo < Lc'/2, und dass der Deckel (D) den Hals (c'1) versperrt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (c5) (c'5) des Rumpfs (C), (C') durch ein Signalisierungsmittel hervorgehoben wird und in einem Abstand (Lo) vom Boden (c3) angeordnet ist, der höchstens einer Daumenlänge entspricht, so dass der Daumen natürlich auf diese Öffnung drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hälse (a1) und (c'1) der Teile (A) und (C') kegelförmige oder zylindrische Formen aufweisen und das Befestigungssystem des Deckels durch Verschrauben oder Einrasten umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusammenfügen des Behälters (A) mit dem Rumpf (C) durch Verschrauben durch Durchführen des Halses (a1) durch die mit einem Innengewinde versehene Öffnung (c1) sichergestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abdichtende Zusammenfügen der Teile (A) und (C) über ein System zum Einrasten des Halses (a1) des Behälters (A) durch die Öffnung (c1) des Rumpfs (C) hindurch erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusammenfügen des Behälters (A) mit dem Rumpf (C) erfolgen kann, indem nach dem Durchführen des Halses (a1) des Behälters (A) durch die Öffnung (c1) des Rumpfs (C) eine Mutter oder eine Unterlegscheibe jeweils an dem Hals (a1) angeschraubt oder eingerastet wird und somit die beiden Teile zusammenzieht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rumpf (C) aus mindestens zwei Teilen besteht, die somit den Rumpf der zusammendrückbaren Verpackung um die Anordnung des Behälters (A) und des Beutels (B) herum bilden, wie etwa zwei Schalen oder ein Behältnis mit einem angesetzten getrennten flachen Boden, oder aber wie etwa die getrennte und an dem Mantel (c'2) angebrachte Gesamtheit aus Kopf (c'1) und Schulter (c'4).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (D) mit einer Ausgießöffnung zum Ausfluss des Produkts versehen ist, und durch Einrasten oder Verschrauben an dem Hals (a1) befestigt ist, um die Teile (A) und (C) aneinander anzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (A) eine Form aufweist, die zylindrisch, kreisförmig, kegelförmig, würfelförmig oder eine beliebige Kombination dieser Formen ist, dass der biegsame Beutel (B) größenmäßig an die Form des Behälters (A) angepasst ist.
