Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung von Verschmutzungen in Wärmetauschern, Abhitzekesseln oder Brennkammern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschmutzungen durch eine lineare Sprengung gelockert und/oder abgelöst werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprengung während des Betriebs des zu reinigenden Aggregats durchgeführt wird oder nach Abstellung des zu reinigenden Aggregats durchgeführt wird, wenn die Temperatur im Innenraum des Aggregats noch über 300° C, bevorzugt über 700° C beträgt. - Vorrichtung zum Reinigen von Verschmutzungen in Wärmetauschern, Abhitzekesseln oder Brennkammern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung aus einem Rohr besteht, welches über ein große Länge bei gleichzeitig relativ geringem Durchmesser verfügt, wobei innerhalb des Rohrs ein entzündbares Gasgemisch und/oder ein Sprengkörper ausgebildet ist und das Rohr nach der Sprengung zerstört ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr aus einem ersten Rohr und einem daran angelenktem zweiten Rohr besteht, wobei innerhalb des zweiten Rohres ein Zünder ausgebildet ist, welcher die Sprengung bei Auslösung initiiert und das zweite Rohr so ausgerichtet ist, dass die größte Sprengwirkung erzielt wird, und der Zünder über eine Zündleitung mit einem Zündauslösermechanismus verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Rohrs ein Kanal ausgebildet ist, welcher die Sprengschnur und/oder das Explosionsgas umfasst und der Kanal ein Kühlmedium aufnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlmedium ein Luft/Wassergemisch ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Zünder ein Temperatursensor ausgebildet ist und abhängig von der am Zünder gemessenen Temperatur die Menge des Kühlmediums durch automatisierte Steuerung so eingestellt wird, dass eine unvorhergesehene Sprengung nicht erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Rohre zu einem Rohrbündel zusammengefasst sind.
