Claims (9)

  1. Machine pour l'enduction d'un côté ou des deux côtés d'un milieu d'enduction fluide ou pâteux au moyen d'au moins un appareil d'enduction (10) à la surface d'une bande de matériau en mouvement (12), notamment d'une bande de papier ou de carton,
    dans laquelle l'appareil d'enduction distribue le milieu d'enduction depuis un agencement à ouverture de distribution, notamment une buse à fente (22), directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une surface de guidage, sous forme d'un rideau ou d'un voile (24) se déplaçant sous l'influence de la force de pesanteur et/ou sous l'influence d'autres forces vers un subjectile en mouvement, le subjectile en mouvement, dans le cas d'une enduction directe, étant la surface de la bande de matériau (12), et dans le cas d'une enduction indirecte, le subjectile en mouvement étant la surface d'un élément de transfert, de préférence d'un rouleau de transfert, qui transfère alors le milieu d'enduction à la surface de la bande de matériau ;
    la machine présentant, en association avec l'appareil d'enduction ou une partie de distribution (18) de l'appareil d'enduction présentant l'agencement à ouverture de distribution, un collecteur de milieu (26), éventuellement une cuve de collecte ou un canal de collecte, pour recevoir le milieu d'enduction distribué depuis l'agencement à ouverture de distribution (22) en corrélation avec le début et/ou la fin de l'enduction et/ou dans des phases d'interruption du fonctionnement ;
    le collecteur de milieu (26-1"' ; 26 ; 26a ; 26b) étant muni d'au moins une partie de réception et de libération (41-1"' ; 120) associée à celui-ci, qui, au début de l'enduction, libère le rideau ou le voile par déplacement relatif conjointement avec le collecteur de milieu ou un composant partiel de celui-ci, par rapport au rideau ou au voile, depuis un bord s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement, ou depuis une arête s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement pour le déplacement jusqu'au subjectile en mouvement, et/ou qui, lors de l'interruption ou de la fin de l'enduction, par déplacement relatif conjointement avec le collecteur de milieu ou un/le composant partiel de celui-ci par rapport au rideau ou au voile, entre avec un/le bord s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement ou avec une/l'arête s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement, dans le rideau ou le voile et le reçoit au moins au début, et l'empêche d'atteindre le subjectile en mouvement,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie de réception et de libération (41-1"' ; 120) est accrochée à un bord du collecteur de milieu (26-1"' ; 26 ; 26a ; 26b), de telle sorte qu'elle soit montée ou qu'elle puisse être montée de manière détachable sur le collecteur de milieu (26-1"' ; 26 ; 26a ; 26b) à des fins de nettoyage ou pour un remplacement en fonction des besoins par une partie de réception et de libération (41-1"' ; 120) non encrassée.
  2. Procédé pour faire fonctionner une machine pour l'enduction d'un côté ou des deux côtés d'un milieu d'enduction fluide ou pâteux au moyen d'au moins un appareil d'enduction (10) à la surface d'une bande de matériau en mouvement (12), notamment d'une bande de papier ou de carton ; dans lequel l'appareil d'enduction distribue le milieu d'enduction depuis un agencement à ouverture de distribution, notamment une buse à fente (22), directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une surface de guidage, sous forme d'un rideau ou d'un voile (24) se déplaçant sous l'influence de la force de pesanteur et/ou sous l'influence d'autres forces vers un subjectile en mouvement, le subjectile en mouvement, dans le cas d'une enduction directe, étant la surface de la bande de matériau (12), et dans le cas d'une enduction indirecte, le subjectile en mouvement étant la surface d'un élément de transfert, de préférence d'un rouleau de transfert, qui transfère alors le milieu d'enduction à la surface de la bande de matériau ;
    la machine présentant, en association avec l'appareil d'enduction ou une partie de distribution (18) de l'appareil d'enduction présentant l'agencement à ouverture de distribution, un collecteur de milieu (26), éventuellement une cuve de collecte ou un canal de collecte, pour recevoir le milieu d'enduction distribué depuis l'agencement à ouverture de distribution (22) en corrélation avec le début et/ou la fin de l'enduction et/ou dans des phases d'interruption du fonctionnement ;
    le collecteur de milieu (26-1"' ; 26 ; 26a ; 26b) étant muni d'au moins une partie de réception et de libération (41-1"' ; 120) associée à celui-ci, qui, au début de l'enduction, libère le rideau ou le voile par déplacement relatif conjointement avec le collecteur de milieu ou un composant partiel de celui-ci, par rapport au rideau ou au voile, depuis un bord s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement, ou depuis une arête s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement pour le déplacement jusqu'au subjectile en mouvement, et/ou qui, lors de l'interruption ou de la fin de l'enduction, par déplacement relatif conjointement avec le collecteur de milieu ou un/le composant partiel de celui-ci par rapport au rideau ou au voile, entre avec un/le bord s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement ou avec une/l'arête s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement, dans le rideau ou le voile et le reçoit au moins au début, et l'empêche d'atteindre le subjectile en mouvement,
    la partie de réception et de libération (41-1"' ; 120) étant montée ou pouvant être montée de manière détachable sur le collecteur de milieu (26-1"' ; 26 ; 26a ; 26b),
    caractérisé en ce que
    avant le début de l'enduction ou après le début de l'enduction dans un mode d'enduction en continu, avant la fin ou l'interruption de l'enduction, une partie de réception et de libération (120) contenant un milieu d'enduction ou présentant un milieu d'enduction y adhérant, est enlevée du collecteur de milieu et au moins une autre partie de réception et de libération notamment nettoyée ou débarrassée du milieu d'enduction, est à nouveau montée sur le collecteur de milieu.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le collecteur de milieu (26-1 ; 26-2 ; 26-1' ; 26-1"') ou la partie de réception et de libération associée à celui-ci, présente un bord plat (132) s'étendant au-dessus du subjectile en mouvement, notamment en forme de lame de coupe, qui s'étend dans la direction d'avance du subjectile ou dans la direction opposée à la direction d'avance en montant vers une arête (134) de préférence à bords acérés, s'étendant sur le subjectile en mouvement, laquelle arête, au début de l'enduction, sert à libérer le rideau ou le voile par un déplacement relatif par rapport au rideau ou au voile en vue du déplacement vers le subjectile en mouvement et/ou sert à entrer dans le rideau ou le voile lors de l'interruption ou de la fin de l'enduction par déplacement relatif par rapport au rideau ou au voile.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le bord (132) s'étend suivant un angle (β) de 20° à 60°, de préférence suivant un angle (β) de 30° à 50°, par rapport à l'horizontale dans la direction d'avance ou dans le sens inverse à la direction d'avance.
  5. Machine selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que le bord (132) s'étend dans la direction horizontale (x) sur 5 à 50 mm, de préférence sur 10 à 30 mm.
  6. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le bord part d'une portion de paroi (136) s'étendant essentiellement verticalement, du collecteur de milieu, ou d'un composant partiel de celui-ci, ou de la partie de réception et de libération.
  7. Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la portion de paroi (136) s'étend dans la direction verticale (y) sur 0 à 50 mm, de préférence sur 0 à 30 mm, particulièrement préférablement sur 10 à 20 mm.
  8. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la portion de paroi (136) ou le bord part d'une portion de fond (138) s'étendant horizontalement ou de manière inclinée du collecteur de milieu ou d'un composant partiel de celui-ci ou de la partie de réception et de libération.
  9. Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la portion de fond (138) est inclinée suivant un angle (α) de 0° à 50°, de préférence suivant un angle (α) de 0° à 30°, particulièrement préférablement suivant un angle (α) de 5° à 15° par rapport à l'horizontale.
