Claims (16)
- Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine mit einem Gehäuse, mit einem schwingend darin aufgehängten, zylindrischen Laugenbehälter, in dem eine ebenfalls zylindrische Trommel drehbar angeordnet ist, wobei die vorderen Kappen (2, 3) der Trommel und des Laugenbehälters und die Gehäusefront (1) mit im wesentlichen kreisrunden, eine gemeinsame Achse (6) aufweisenden Beschickungsöffnungen ausgestattet sind, mit einem elastomeren Faltenbalg (7, 7a), welcher die Laugenbehälterkappe (2) und die Gehäusefront (1) im Randbereich der Beschickungsöffnungen flüssigkeitsdicht verbindet und welcher eine zur gemeinsamen Achse (6) gerichtete Falte (14) aufweist, und mit einem wenigstens teilweise elastomeren Fortsatz (15, 15a), welcher in den Zwischenraum zwischen der Falte (14) und dem Rand (4) der Beschickungsöffnung der Trommel ragt, wobei der Rand (4), das obere Ende (16) des Fortsatzes (15, 15a) und ein Teil der Falte (14) in axialer Richtung wenigstens annähernd fluchten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Laugenbehälterkappe (2) im Randbereich ihrer Beschickungsöffnung mindestens ein Haltesteg (5) angeordnet ist, welcher sich lediglich in Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse (6) erstreckt, und dass der Fortsatz (15, 15a) ein auf dem Haltesteg (5) in Richtung der gemeinsamen Achse (6) verschiebbares Befestigungselement aufweist. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltesteg (5) ringförmig ausgebildet ist. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement als schlitzförmige Aufnahme (26) ausgebildet ist. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement als Trägerring (17) ausgebildet ist, welcher im Einbauzustand wenigstens teilweise an dem(den) Haltesteg(en) (5) anliegt. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Haltesteg (5) und Befestigungselement (17, 26) ineinandergreifende Gewinde (21) besitzen. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerring (17) abgewinkelt ist und dass ein senkrecht zum Haltesteg (5) gerichteter Schenkel (19) ein im Querschnitt T-förmiges Teil (20) des Fortsatzes (15) trägt. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (15) aus einem abgewinkelten Kunststoffkern (27) und aus einem elastomeren Überzug (28) besteht. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastomere Teil des Fortsatzes (15) an den Faltenbalg (7) angeformt ist. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (15) als vom Faltenbalg (7) getrenntes Bauteil ausgebildet ist. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastomere Teil (20, 27) des Fortsatzes (15) eine größere Härte als der Faltenbalg (7) besitzt. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
der Fortsatz (15a) mit einem zum Laugenbehälter hin abgewinkelten Rand (9a) aus einem harten Kunststoff oder einer harten elastomeren Komponente besteht, an dem der aus einer weichen elastomeren Komponente bestehende Faltenbalg (7a) angeformt ist, wobei der Rand (9a) an den Haltesteg (5) des Laugenbehälters mittels eines Spannringes (10) geklemmt wird. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgewinkelte Rand (9a) des Fortsatzes (15a) und der Haltesteg (5) des Laugenbehälters eine ineinandergreifende Wellenform (21 a) besitzen. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgewinkelte Rand (9a) des Fortsatzes (15a) und der Haltesteg (5) des Laugenbehälters eine ineinandergreifende Zackenform (22a) besitzen. - Frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgewinkelte Rand (9a) des Fortsatzes (15a) und der Haltesteg (5) des Laugenbehälters eine ineinandergreifende Sägezahnform (22b) besitzen. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Aufsetzen des Befestigungselements (17, 26) auf den Haltesteg (5) ein Ausrichten des Fortsatzes (15, 15a) auf einen vorgegebenen Abstand (s) zum Rand (4) der Beschickungsöffnung der Trommel erfolgt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer frontbeschickbare Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Ausrichten des Fortsatzes (15, 15a) das Befestigungselement (17, 26) am Haltesteg (5) fixiert wird.
