Claims (7)

  1. Moufle à câble à une seule poulie, ledit moufle comportant un dispositif de déviation (2) apte à tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (1), un moyen de traction et un dispositif de suspension (3) ainsi qu'un élément de liaison, le dispositif de déviation (2) étant fixé au dispositif de suspension (3) par deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) qui sont sensiblement disposés parallèlement l'un à l'autre, au moins un des moyens d'ancrage à traction (5A, 5b) formant un axe (18) destiné au dispositif de déviation (2), une saillie (18a, 18b) en forme de tourillon étant agencé au niveau de chacun des côtés adjacents des moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) et les saillies (18a, 18b) se complétant, lorsque les moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) sont assemblés, pour former un axe (18) destiné au dispositif de déviation (2) et étant dirigées l'une vers l'autre à travers le palier (17),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moufle à câble est un moufle inférieur d'un treuil de levage, l'élément de liaison est un crochet de charge (4) qui est suspendu et fixé dans le dispositif de suspension (3) et un perçage traversant (19a, 19b), dans lequel une liaison à vis (15) est insérée afin de relier les moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) au corps de moyens d'ancrage à traction (5), est ménagé centralement dans les saillies (18a, 18b) en s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de celles-ci.
  2. Moufle à câble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) sont reliés par des liaisons à vis (15, 16) afin de former un corps de moyens d'ancrage à traction (5) divisé longitudinalement.
  3. Moufle à câble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les saillies (18a, 18b) des deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) portent l'une contre l'autre au niveau de leur surface d'extrémité respective lorsque les moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) sont vissés l'un à l'autre.
  4. Moufle à câble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) sont disposés en symétrie de miroir par rapport au leur plan de liaison lorsqu'ils sont vissés l'un à l'autre.
  5. Moufle à câble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un logement (12) permettant de loger totalement le dispositif de suspension (3) destiné au crochet de charge (4) est conformé entre les deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) et les deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5) enserrent au moins partiellement le dispositif de suspension (3) monté dans le logement (12) et destiné au crochet de charge (4).
  6. Moufle à câble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres (5a) des deux moyens d'ancrage à traction (5) sont orientés en pointant l'un vers l'autre et en formant des contre-dépouilles (13) afin de former le logement (12).
  7. Moufle à câble selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ancrage à traction (5a, 5b) sont des pièces coulées en métal.
