Claims (7)
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß, insbesondere für einen Kofferdeckel oder eine Hecktür eines Kraftfahrzeugs,
mit einer insbesondere als Drehfalle ausgeführten Schloßfalle (6) und einer die Schloßfalle (6) in einer Hauptschließstellung und ggf. in einer Vorschließstellung haltenden Sperrklinke (10),
wobei an der Sperrklinke (10) oder an einem mit der Sperrklinke (10) gekuppelten Sperrhebel im Abstand von einem Eingriffspunkt zur Schloßfalle (6) eine Betätigungsfläche (13) vorgesehen ist,
mit einem elektromotorischen Antrieb (14) mit einem in einer Richtung umlaufenden, vorzugsweise als Antriebsscheibe ausgeführten Antriebselement (15) mit einem daran exzentrisch angeordneten Mitnehmerzapfen (16),
wobei der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) durch Drehung des Antriebselementes (15) an der Betätigungsfläche (13) anläuft, die Sperrklinke (10) in eine jenseits einer Aushebestellung liegende Überhubstellung bewegt und danach an der Betätigungsfläche (13) vorbeiläuft,
wobei an der Sperrklinke (10) oder dem mit der Sperrklinke (10) gekuppelten Sperrhebel oder einem separaten Blockierhebel in Drehrichtung des Antriebselementes (15) gesehen mit Abstand hinter der Betätigungsfläche (13) eine Mitnehmer-Stopfläche (17) angeordnet ist, die bei in Aushebestellung befindlicher Sperrklinke (10) in der Bewegungsbahn des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) liegt, bei in Eingriffstellung befindlicher Sperrklinke (10) jedoch außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) liegt,
wobei die in Öffnungsstellung befindliche Schloßfalle (6) die Sperrklinke (10) in der Aushebestellung hält und
wobei der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) nach dem Vorbeilaufen an der Betätigungsfläche (13) bei in Aushebestellung befindlicher Sperrklinke (10) an der Stopfläche (17) anläuft und der elektromotorische Antrieb (14) durch dieses Anlaufen abgeschaltet wird (Blockbetrieb),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) das eigentliche Ausheben der Sperrklinke (10) aus der Eingriffstellung an der Schloßfalle (6) nicht leistet,
daß am Antriebselement (15) ein zweiter exzentrisch angeordneter Mitnehmerzapfen (18) und an der Sperrklinke (10) bzw. dem Sperrhebel eine mit dem zweiten Mitnehmerzapfen (18) zusammenwirkende Öffnungssteuerfläche (19) vorgesehen ist,
daß beim Anlaufen des Antriebs (14) zum Ausheben der Sperrklinke (10) aus der Hauptschließstellung zunächst der zweite Mitnehmerzapfen (18) mit der Öffnungssteuerfläche (19) in Eingriff kommt und erst danach der erste Mitnehmerzapfen (16) mit der Betätigungsfläche (13) in Eingriff kommt und
daß das wirksame Untersetzungsverhältnis bezüglich des zweiten Mitnehmerzapfens (18) größer ist als bezüglich des ersten Mitnehmerzapfens (16). - Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (10) bzw. der Sperrhebel in räumlicher Überdeckung mit dem Antriebselement (15) angeordnet ist und daß der erste Mitnehmerzapfen (16) radial weiter außen am Antriebselement (15) angeordnet ist als der zweite Mitnehmerzapfen (18).
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungssteuerfläche (19) weiter entfernt von dem Eingriffspunkt zur Schloßfalle (6) liegt als die Stopfläche (17), insbesondere die Stopfläche (17) nahe einem unteren Umkehrpunkt des ersten Mitnehmerzapfens (16) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Mitnehmerzapfen (18) von einem Punkt nahe dem Mittelpunkt des Antriebselements (15) ausgeht.
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Mitnehmerzapfen (18) als schneckenkurvenförmige Steuerkulisse ausgeführt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Mitnehmerzapfen (16; 18) auf einer Seite des Antriebselements (15), insbesondere in einer Ebene bezüglich der Sperrklinke (10) bzw. des Sperrhebels bzw. des Blockierhebels liegen.
- Kraftfahrzeugschloß nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Mitnehmerzapfen (16) mit der Betätigungsfläche (13) erst in Eingriff kommt, nachdem das Ausheben der Sperrklinke (10) durch den zweiten Mitnehmerzapfen (18) abgeschlossen ist.
