Description

Wäschetrockner
Gebiet der Erfindung: Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Wäschetrockner, bei dem eine an einer Decke befestigbare, schrittweise betätigbare Hubvorrichtung einen die Wäscheleine tragenden Trocknerrahmen trägt.
Stand der Technik Aus der AT 3 328 UI ist ein Wäschetrockner mit einer an der Decke befestigten, schrittweise betätigbaren Hubvorrichtung bekannt. Bei diesem Wäschetrockner ist ein steifer, rechteckiger Rahmen, in dem die Wäscheleine parallel zu seinen Längsseiten verläuft, an seinen vier Ecken auf vier Schnüren aufgehängt. Die vier Schnüre hängen von zwei jeweils einer Schmalsei- ten des Rahmens zugeordneten Wickelspule herunter, die auf einer über einen Endlosschnurzug in Drehung versetzbaren Welle der Hubvorrichtung sitzen. In den steifen Rahmen kann ein separates, scherenartig zusammenklappbares Traggestell eingehängt werden, um diesen losgelöst von der Hubvorrichtung auch im Freien zum Trocknen der Wäsche verwenden zu können. Es sind Wäschetrockner bekannt, die einen zu einem mittigen Längsträger hin in sich zusammenklappbaren Trocknerrahmen besitzen, der aus zwei zu beiden Seiten des mittigen Längsträgers angeordneten, rechteckigen Teilrahmen besteht, die die Wäscheleine tragen und zum mittigen Längsträger hin zu einem schmalen Stab zusammengeklappt werden können, wobei die Wäsche- leine in dem zusammengeklappten Teilrahmen eingeschlossen wird. Der zu einem schmalen Stab sich zusammenklappbare Trocknerrahmen wird von einem höhenverstellbaren Bodenständer getragen. Die Tragvorrichtung für den zu einem schmalen Stab sich zusammenklappbare Trocknerrahmen kann auch von vier an den Enden des mittigen Längsträgers des Trocknerrahmens angelenkten, nach unten ausklappbaren Beinen gebildet werden. Es ist weiters ein Wäschetrockner bekannt, bei dem der die Wäscheleine tragende, aus einem mittleren Längsträgers und zwei endständigen Querträgern bestehende Trocknerrahmen über einem Seilzug und zwei Gelenkarme an zwei oberhalb der Längsträgerenden angeordneten, an der Zimmerdecke im Abstand von einander befestigten Deckenkonsolen aufgehängt ist. Das Hochziehen und Herunterlassen des Trocknerrahmens erfolgt über die beiden, an den Enden des Längsträgers angreifenden, an den Deckenkonsolen jeweils umgelenkten Zugseile des Seilzuges, die im Bereich der Deckenkonsolen durch an diesen befestigte Klemmvorrichtungen laufen, die durch Ziehen an den Seilen festgezogen bzw. gelöst werden. Jeder Gelenkarme ist an einem Ende des Längsträgers und der darüberliegenden Deckenkonsole jeweils schwenkbar befestigt. Beim Hochziehen des Trocknerrahmens muss an beiden Seilen möglichst gleichmäßig gezogen werden, um eine annähernd waagrechte Lage des Trocknerrahmens während des Hochziehens sicher zu stellen. Beim Erreichen der Deckenkonsolen muss darauf geachtet werden, dass beide Seile festgeklemmt werden, um den Trocknerrahmen an der Zimmerdecke festzuhalten und ein einseitiges oder beidseitiges Abstürzen des Trocknerrahmens zu verhindern.
Zusammenfassung der Erfindung Die Erfindung schlägt einen Wäschetrockner vor, bei dem eine an einer Decke befestigbare, schrittweise betätigbare Hubvorrichtung einen die Wäscheleine tragenden Trocknerrahmen trägt. Die Hubvorrichtung ist in einem an der Decke befestigbaren, nach unten offenen Profilkasten aufgenommen. Sie greift an dem mittigen Längsträger des zu einem langen Stab in sich zu- sammenklappbaren und im zusammengeklappten Zustand in den Profilkasten aufnehmbaren Trocknerrahmen an. Dieser besitzt zu beiden Seiten des Längsträgers angeordnete, zum Längsträger hin zusammenklappbare und dabei die Wäscheleine einschließende Teilrahmen.
Bei Nichtgebrauch des Wäschetrockners ist dessen Trocknerrahmen zu einem langen Stab zusammengeklappt und in dem an der Decke befestigten, nach unten offenen Profilkasten aufgenommen. Vor dem Aufhängen der Wäsche wird der stabförmig zusammengeklappte Trocknerrahmen mit Hilfe der Hubvorrichtung aus dem Profilkasten heraus bis in die gewünschte Gebrauchshöhe abgesenkt und dann durch Auseinanderklappen seiner Teilrahmen zu einem rechteckigen Trocknerrahmen aufgeklappt. Dann wird die zu trocknende Wäsche auf der Wäscheleine des Trocknerrahmens aufgehängt und der mit feuchter Wäsche beladene Trocknerrahmen mit Hilfe der Hubvorrichtung in die gewünschte Trocknungshöhe hochgezogen. Dabei kann der auseinandergeklappte, mit feuchter Wäsche beladene Trocknerrahmen bis zu dem nach unten offenen Profilkasten hochgezogen und an diesem festgezo- gen werden. Zum Abnehmen der getrockneten Wäsche während wird der auseinandergeklappte, mit der Wäsche beladene Trocknerrahmen mit Hilfe der Hubvorrichtung bis in die gewünschte Gebrauchshöhe abgesenkt. Nach dem Abnehmen der Wäsche wird der Trocknerrahmen wieder zu einem langen Stab zusammengeklappt und im zusammengeklappten Zustand mit Hilfe der Hubvorrichtung zur Decke hochgezogen und in den nach unten offenen Profilkasten hinein eingezogen.
Ein weiterer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Wäschetrockners liegt in dem nach unten offenen Profilkasten, der über seitliche Flansche eine vereinfachte Montage an der Zimmerdecke erlaubt. Die Hubvorrichtung kann eine in Längsrichtung des Profilkastens verlaufende drehbare Wickelwelle umfassen, die mit einem Sperrmechanismus für ihre Drehbewegung und einem bei aktiver Betätigung den Sperrmechanismus ausschaltenden bzw. überwindenden Drehantrieb gekoppelt ist, der zum Aufbzw. Abwickeln von am Längsträger des Trocknerrahmens befestigten Hubseilen über einen Endlosschnurzug betätigbar ist. Diese Ausbildung erlaubt es, den Trocknerrahmen schrittweise abzusenken bzw. hochzuziehen, ohne dass die den Wäschetrockner betätigende Person das gesamte Gewicht des Trocknerrahmens samt der aufgehängten, schweren nassen Wäsche zu halten oder hochzuziehen braucht.
Die Wickelwelle kann ein über den Profilkasten seitlich vorstehendes, den Endlosschnurzug tragendes Betätigungsende besitzen.
Ein weiteres Merkmal der Erfindung sieht vor, dass zwei aus dem Profilkasten ausklappbare und in ihn wieder zurück einklappbare, den Profilkasten mit dem Längsträger des Trocknerrahmens verbindende, jeweils ein Kniegelenk bildende und mit ihren Kniegelenken einander zugewandte Gelenkarme im Inneren des Profilkastens und am Längsträger angelenkt sind und dass die beiden Gelenkarme beim Hochziehen des Trocknerrahmens unter gegenseitiger Annäherung ihrer Kniegelenke in den Profilkasten zurück einklappbar sind. Diese Ausbildung sieht zusätzlich zur Hubvorrichtung einen Halte- und Führungsmechanismus für den Trocknerrahmen vor, wobei die beiden Gelenkarme die Lage des auseinandergeklappten Trocknerrahmens in jeder Höhenlage stabilisieren. Beim versehentlichen Anstoßen an dem von der Zimmerdecke herabhängenden, auseinandergeklappten Trocknerrahmen verhindern die Gelenkarme größere Pendelbewegungen des Trocknerrahmens. Bei im auseinandergeklappten Zustand bis zum Profilkasten hochgezogenem Trocknerrahmen werden die mit dessen mittlerem Längsträger verbundenen, unteren Enden der beiden Gelenkarme in den nach unten offenen Profilkasten eingezogen. Die in den Profilkasten eingezogenen, zusammengeklappten Gelenkarme ergeben eine Lagestabilisierung des auseinandergeklappten, bis zum Profilkasten hochgezogenen Trocknerrahmens. Zu Erhöhung der Lagestabilisierung können an der Innenseite der beiden Längsseitenwände des Profilkastens, die zu beiden Seiten der Gelenkarme jeweils knapp neben diesen angeordnet sind, jeweils den unteren Enden der Gelenkarme zugeordnete Einführschrägen vorgesehen sein. Der zu einem langen Stab zusammengeklappte, in den Profilkasten einge- zogene Trocknerrahmen kann als untere Abdeckung des Profilkastens ausgebildet sein.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
In den Zeichnungen zeigen: Fig. 1 schematisch eine Ausführungsform des Wäschetrockners mit an der Zimmerdecke montiertem Profilkasten und aus diesem nach unten ausgefahrenem, auseinandergeklapptem Trocknerrahmen und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der Betätigungsseite der Hubvorrichtung mit dem Endlosschnurzug, sowie Fig. 3 den zusammengeklappten und Fig. 4 den auseinandergeklappten Trocknerrahmen des Wäschetrockners.
Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen
An der Zimmerdecke oder an der Unterseite eines Balkons ist ein langgestreckter, nach unten offener Profilkasten 1 montiert, der eine Hubvorrichtung 2 für den auseinanderklappbaren Trocknerrahmen 3 enthält. Die Hub- Vorrichtung 2 sieht eine horizontale, im Profilkasten 1 drehbar gelagerte Wickelwelle 4 vor, auf der zwei im Abstand von einander angeordnete, mit dem mittigen Längsträger 5 des Trocknerrahmens 3 verbundene Seile 6, 7 auf bzw. abgewickelt werden, die den Trocknerrahmen 3 tragen. Die Wickelwelle 4 ist mit einem Sperrmechanismus 8 für ihre Drehbewegung und einem bei seiner aktiver Betätigung den Sperrmechanismus 8 ausschaltenden bzw. ü- berwindenden Drehantrieb 9 gekoppelt, der über einen Endlosschnurzug 10 zum Drehen der Wickelwelle 4 beim Auf- bzw. Abwickeln der am Längsträger 5 des Trocknerrahmens 3 befestigten Hubseile 6, 7 betätigt wird. An der Zimmerdecke 11 sind zwei Befestigungsflansche 12 befestigt, mit denen der Profilkasten 1 bei seiner Montage starr verbunden wird. Am Profilkasten 1 sind in seinem Inneren zwei jeweils ein Kniegelenk bildende Gelenkarme 13, 14 angelenkt. Diese sind mit ihren oberen Armteilen 13a, 14a am Profilkasten 1 und mit ihren unteren Armteilen 13b 14b am Längsträger 5 angelenkt. Die Kniegelenke der beiden Gelenkarme 13, 14 sind einander zu- gewandt. Der Trocknerrahmen 3 besitzt zwei an seinem Längsträger 5 seitlich angeordnete, zu diesem hin zusammenklappbare und von diesem weg aufklappbare Teilrahmen 15, 16, die beim Auseinanderklappen die jeweilige Wäscheleine 17, 18 parallel zum mittigen Längsträger 3 aufspannen und beim Zusammenklappen ihren Rahmenprofilteilen einschließen. Zum Herablassen des Trocknerrahmens 3 von der Zimmerdecke 11 wird über den Endlosschnurzug 10 der Drehantrieb 9 der Wickelwelle 4 der Hubvorrichtung 2 im Senksinn betätigt und dabei die Drehsperre des Sperrmechanismus 8 aufgehoben. Wenn der Trocknerrahmen 3 weit genug herabgelassen worden ist, wird der Endlosschnurzug 10 losgelassen und im selbsttä- tigen Sperrmechanismus 8 rastet die Drehsperre der Wickelwelle 4 selbsttätig ein.
Zum Hochziehen des Trocknerrahmens 3 zur Zimmerdecke 11 wird der Drehantrieb 9 der Wickelwelle 4 über den Endlosschnurzug 10 im Hubsinne betätigt. Dabei wird die Drehsperre des Sperrmechanismus 8 solange aufge- hoben, bis der Endlosschnurzug 10 wieder losgelassen wird. Dann rastet die Drehsperre der Wickelwelle 4 im selbsttätigen Sperrmechanismus 8 wieder ein und der Trocknerrahmen 3 wird über den eingerasteten Sperrmechanismus 8 von der Hubvorrichtung 2 in der jeweiligen Position gehalten. Der Drehantrieb 9 der Wickelwelle 4 kann als ein über den Endlosschnur- zug 10 zu betätigendes, selbstsperrendes und mit der Wickelwelle 4 gekoppeltes Getriebe ausgebildet sein.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Wäschetrockner, bei dem eine an einer Decke befestigbare, schrittweise betätigbare Hubvorrichtung (2) einen die Wäscheleine tragenden Trocknerrahmen (3) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubvorrichtung (2) in einem an der Decke befestigbaren, nach unten offenen Profilkasten (1) aufgenommen ist und an dem mittigen Längsträger (5) des zu einem langen Stab zusammenklappbaren und im zusammengeklappten Zustand in den Profilkasten (1) aufnehmbaren Trocknerrahmens (3) angreift, der zu beiden Seiten seines Längsträgers (5) angeordnete, zum Längsträger (5) hin zusammenklappbare und dabei jeweils die von diesen getragene Wä- scheleine (17, 18) einschließende Teilrahmen (15, 16) besitzt.

Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hub Vorrichtung (2) eine in Längsrichtung des Profϊlkastens (1) verlaufende drehbare Wickelwelle (4) umfasst, die mit einem Sperrmechanismus (8) für ihre Drehbewegung und einem bei aktiver Betätigung den Sperrmechanismus (8) ausschaltenden bzw. überwindenden Drehantrieb
(9) gekoppelt ist, der zum Auf- bzw. Abwickeln von am Längsträger (5) des Trocknerrahmens (3) befestigten Hubseilen (6, 7) über einen Endlosschnurzug (10) betätigbar ist.
3. Wäschetrockner nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wi- ckelwelle (4) ein über den Profilkasten (1) seitlich vorstehendes, den
Endlosschnurzug (10) tragendes Betätigungsende besitzt.

Wäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei aus dem Profilkasten (1) ausklappbare und in ihn wieder zurück einklappbare, den Profilkasten (1) mit dem Längsträger (5) des Trocknerrahmens (3) verbindende, jeweils ein Kniegelenk bildende und mit ihren Kniegelenken einander zugewandte Gelenkarme (13, 14) im Inneren des Profilkastens (1) und am Längsträger (5) angelenkt und beim Hochziehen des Trocknerrahmens (3) unter gegenseitiger Annäherung ihrer Kniegelenke in den Profilkasten (1) zurück einklappbar sind.
5. Wäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass der zu einem langen Stab zusammengeklappte, in den Profilkasten (1) eingezogene Trocknerrahmen (3) als untere Abdeckung des Profilkastens (1) ausgebildet ist.
