caractérisé en ce que sont prévues plus d'ouvertures d'application de colle (71) que de vannes (32) à la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80). - Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un perçage ou chambre (52, 53) s'étend sensiblement transversalement à la direction de transport (x) des parties constituantes de sac (1, 2).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le transfert de colle entre au moins une ouverture de sortie de colle (71) ou d'autres parties de guidage de colle du dispositif de pose de fond et les petits papiers (2) et/ou les fonds pliés (1) peut être exécuté sans contact.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80) présente une pluralité d'ouvertures de sortie de colle (71).

- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des ouvertures d'application de colle (71), dans la direction spatiale (y) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport, ont un écart (A) entre elles qui est plus petit que la largeur (B) des vannes (32).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures d'application de colle (71) qui sont prévues dans la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80), se situent dans une ligne qui s'étend sensiblement transversalement à la direction de transport (y) des parties constituantes de sac à encoller.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des vannes (32) est disposée sur la tête d'application (31) d'une manière décalée dans la direction s'étendant à la direction de convoyage (x) des parties constituantes de sac (1, 2).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les vannes (32) sont disposées en des rangées différentes (VR1, VRn) qui s'étendent transversalement (y) à la direction de convoyage (x) des parties constituantes de sac (1, 2).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80) est déplaçable transversalement à la direction de transport (y) des parties constituantes de sac à encoller (1, 2).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80) peut être amenée à pivoter hors de la position d'application de colle.
- Dispositif de pose de fonds selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application pivotante (31, 41, 50, 60, 80) peut occuper différentes positions d'arrêt associées à des fonctions déterminées.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux positions d'arrêt de la tête d'application (31, 41, 50, 60, 80) sont prévues, qui sont associées à au moins deux des fonctions suivantes:- application de colle aux parties constituantes de sac (1, 2) à encoller- l'étanchéification des ouvertures de sortie de colle (71)- raclage de la colle salissant la tête d'application (31)- rinçage de la tête d'application (31).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'écart d'au moins une ouverture de sortie (71), lors de l'application de la colle aux parties constituantes de sac (1, 2) à encoller, peut être sélectionné librement.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une conduite de colle (33, 52, 53, 55, 72, 73) ou au moins un réservoir de colle (21) dispose d'un raccordement d'eau.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le raccordement d'eau dispose d'un clapet de retenue.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une conduite de colle (33, 52, 53, 55, 72, 73) ou au moins un réservoir de colle (21) présente d'au moins l'une des caractéristiques suivantes:- une vanne de détente de pression,- un capteur de pression,- un régulateur de pression.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que- la tête d'application (31), au côté (76) orienté vers les parties constituantes de sac (1, 2) à encoller, dispose d'une saillie,- qui lors de l'encollage des parties constituantes de sac (1, 2) à encoller est plus proche que les ouvertures de sortie (71).
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'application (31) est alimentée par des conduites flexibles en colle et/ou eau.
- Dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que- au moins une vanne (32), qui alimente au moins une ouverture de sortie de colle (71) en colle, peut être commandée indépendamment des autres vannes (32),- de sorte que l'application de la trace de colle (3) produite par au moins une ouverture d'application de colle (71) peut être démarrée et arrêtée sélectivement.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une contre-couche dure - de préférence un cylindre métallique - sur laquelle se trouvent les parties constituantes de sac (1, 2) à encoller pendant l'encollage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont prévues dans la direction de transport de la colle en aval des vannes d'autres fermetures par lesquels les canaux de colle (72, 73, 77, 115) et/ou les ouvertures de sortie de colle (71, 113) peuvent être fermés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la possibilité de fermeture des canaux de colle (72, 73, 77, 115) et/ou des ouvertures de sortie de colle (71, 113) est assurée par des chevilles (120) et/ou des vis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture des canaux (115) et/ou des ouvertures de sortie de colle a lieu par des chevilles (120) qui sont retenues d'une manière tournante dans un système de plaques de formatage (119),
qui (120) disposent d'un passage de colle
qui, lors d'une rotation des chevilles (120) ferment les canaux (115) et/ou les ouvertures de sortie (113). - Dispositif selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que les chevilles (120) ou vis sont insérées au moins dans une partie des ouvertures de sortie (113),
où les axes d'inertie principaux des chevilles (120) ou vis coïncident avec l'axe de l'ouverture de sortie (113). - Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif de pose de fond selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce- qu'au moins une vanne (32),- qui est active lors de la formation d'un format de colle déterminé (4),- pendant l'encollage d'une partie constituante de sac (1, 2), est ouverte ou fermée à d'autres instants que les autres vannes (32).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le laps de temps entre l'ouverture et la fermeture de la vanne (32) est inférieur à 5ms.
