Claims (9)
- Schlagendes handgeführtes Elektrowerkzeug, insbesondere pneumatischer Bohrhammer, mit vibrationsgedämpftem Handgriff, wobei die Schenkel eines im Wesentlichen C-förmigen Handgriffs unter Zwischenordnung von Federelementen am Werkzeuggehäuse befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am einen, vorzugsweise dem unteren, Ende um eine Querachse drehbar am Werkzeug-Gehäuse (1) gelagerte Handgriff (2), am anderen Ende verrastend unter Zwischenordnung eines Dämpfungspuffers (11) aus Gummi oder Zellschaumstoff an das Werkzeug-Gehäuse (1) angesteckt ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerachse (3) mit Dämpfungsmaterial umhüllt ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit aufgesteckten Dämpfungsringen (4) versehene Lagerachse (3) des Handgriffs (2) in geteilten Lagerschalen (5a, 5b) des Gehäuses (1) und eines getrennt daran befestigbaren Gehäusebodenteils (1a) gelagert ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Werkzeug-Gehäuse (1) oben ein, vorzugsweise als Platte ausgebildeter, starrer Verrasthaken (8) befestigt ist, der den Dämpfungspuffer (11) durchsetzt und dessen Hakenenden (9) in die Öffnungen (7) einer Metallplatte (6) am oberen Schenkel (2b) des Handgriffs (2) eingreifen, die oben schmäler als die unteren Einsteckbereiche ausgebildet sind, wobei die Bemessung so getroffen ist, dass in der Montagestellung die Haken (9) in der verengten oberen Position federnd an der Rückseite der Metallplatte (6) anliegen.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite der Metallplatte (6) mit einer elastischen Dämpfungsschicht (12) belegt ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämpfungspuffer (11) in Längsrichtung geteilt aus mehreren Abschnitten (11a; 11b) aus gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Dämpfungsmaterialien zusammengesetzt ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dämpfungspuffer (11) zur Erzeugung einer Energie-vernichtenden Reibung mit enger Passung den Verrasthaken (8) umgreift.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handgriff (2) aus zwei im Bereich unter der Metallplatte (6) sowie in der hohlen Lagerachse (3) miteinander verschraubten Halbschalen zusammengesetzt ist.
- Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch einen die gedämpfte Verbindung des Gehäuses (1) und des oberen Handgriffschenkels (2b) überbrückenden Dichtungsbalg (13).
