Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundprofil, insbesondere für Fenster, Türen und Fassadenelemente, wobei ein Außenprofil und ein Innenprofil sowie zumindest zwei Außenprofil und Innenprofil verbindende Isolierstege vorgesehen sind und wobei Außenprofil, Innenprofil und Isolierstege einen Hohlraum begrenzende Hohlraumwandungen aufweisen bzw. bilden. - Solche Verbundprofile dienen zur Wärmedämmung insbesondere an Fenstern, Türen oder Fassadenelementen. Das Außenprofil und das Innenprofil bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus einem Metall, vorzugsweise aus einem Leichtmetall und sehr bevorzugt aus Aluminium. Die Isolierstege die das Außenprofil mit dem Innenprofil verbinden bestehen aus einem Kunststoff. Diese Isolierstege sollen die thermische Trennung von Außenprofil und Innenprofil herstellen. Normalerweise wird ein Außenprofil aus Aluminium von einem Innenprofil aus Aluminium durch diese Isolierstege aus Kunststoff thermisch getrennt.
- Bei diesen Verbundprofilen muss aber neben einer effektiven thermischen Isolierung auch eine ausreichende Schubfestigkeit des Verbundes sowie eine hohe Querzugfestigkeit und Federsteifigkeit gewährleistet sein. Mit anderen Worten muss das Verbundprofil ausreichend resistent gegenüber mechanischen Beanspruchungen sein bzw. es muss entsprechende Lasten möglichst verformungsfrei aufnehmen. Das ist bei vielen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verbundprofilen leider nicht gewährleistet. So kann es beispielsweise bei der Lackierung dieser Profile zu einem unerwünschten Schalenversatz kommen. Die Folge sind optische Mängel und/oder Dichtungsmängel. Aufgrund der resultierenden Toleranzprobleme können Dichtungspaarungen außer Eingriff geraten, so dass die Dichtigkeit nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
- Bei einem aus
EP 0 978 619 A2 bekannten Verbundprofil, von dem die Erfindung ausgeht, ist ein Hohlraum in dem Verbundprofil vollständig mit einem wärmedämmenden Material, vorzugsweise mit einem schaumartigen Material ausgefüllt. Durch dieses vollständige Ausfüllen mit dem Schaumstoff soll zum einen eine einfache und effektive Verringerung der Wärmeleitung erzielt werden. Zum anderen soll die vollständige Ausschäumung der Hohlkammer eine Erhöhung der mechanischen Festigkeit der Konstruktion bewirken. Mit anderen Worten soll das Füllmaterial einen Teil der mechanischen Belastungen aufnehmen. Diese aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verbundprofile haben aber einen beachtlichen Nachteil. Bei höheren Temperaturen expandiert der in der Hohlkammer aufgenommene Schaumstoff und dadurch kommt es zu Deformationen der Hohlkammerwandungen, insbesondere zu Deformationen der Isolierstege. Eine solche Temperaturerhöhung mit resultierender Schaumexpansion findet beispielsweise beim Behandeln des Verbundprofils durch Einbrennlackieren statt. Aus den Deformationen resultieren unerwünschte Maßfehler des Verbundprofils. Ähnliche Verbundprofile sind ausEP 1 318 262 A1 und ausDE 100 39 980 A1 bekannt. Weiterhin ist ausDE 94 13 790 U1 ein Hohlprofil-Fensterrahmen bekannt, bei dem ein Außenprofil über Kunststoffstege mit einem Innenhohlprofil verbunden ist. In einem zwischen dem Außenprofil, dem Innenhohlprofil und den Kunststoffstegen ausgebildeten Hohlraum ist eine an den Kunststoffstegen anliegende Wärmedämmleiste angeordnet. Durch Temperaturveränderungen hervorgerufene Volumenänderungen der Wärmedämmleiste besteht auch bei dem Profil gemäßDE 94 13 790 U1 die Möglichkeit einer Deformation des Hohlprofil-Fensterrahmens. - Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung das technische Problem zugrunde, ein Verbundprofil der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, das eine optimale thermische Isolierung gewährleistet sowie eine hohe Resistenz gegenüber mechanischen Beanspruchungen aufweist und das auch bei höheren Temperaturen formstabil bleibt.
- Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems lehrt die Erfindung ein Verbundprofil insbesondere für Fenster, Türen und Fassadenelemente, wobei ein Außenprofil und ein Innenprofil sowie zumindest zwei Außenprofil und Innenprofil verbindende Isolierstege vorgesehen sind und wobei Außenprofil, Innenprofil und Isolierstege einen Hohlraum begrenzende Hohlraumwandungen aufweisen bzw. bilden,
wobei in dem Hohlraum zumindest ein wärmedämmender Formkörper angeordnet ist,
wobei der Formkörper an einem Isoliersteg über eine formschlüssige Verbindung befestigt ist, wobei am Isoliersteg und/oder Formkörper Formschlusselemente vorgesehen sind, die in komplementäre Formschlussöffnungen am Isoliersteg und/oder Formkörper eingreifen,
und wobei sich der Formkörper mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung an der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils und/oder an der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils oder an einem weiteren Formkörper vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt, wobei der Abstützvorsprung aus der zugeordneten Oberfläche des Formkörper herausragt
und wobei der Hohlraum zumindest einen Freiraum aufweist, in den der Formkörper bei Erwärmung expandieren kann. - Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass es sich bei dem Hohlraum um einen geschlossenen Hohlraum handelt. Der Hohlraum wird also allseitig von den
- Hohlraumwandungen begrenzt bzw. abgeschlossen. Die Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils ist vorzugsweise parallel oder zumindest im
- Wesentlichen parallel zur Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils orientiert. Bevorzugt verlaufen die beiden Isolierstege parallel zueinander oder zumindest im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander.
- Der von den Hohlraumwandungen gebildete Hohlraum wird von dem Formkörper teilweise ausgefüllt. Dabei füllt der Formkörper bzw. füllen die Formkörper zumindest 50 %, vorzugsweise zumindest 60 %, bevorzugt zumindest 70 % und sehr bevorzugt zumindest 75 % des Volumens des Hohlraumes aus. Entsprechend beträgt das Volumen des Freiraumes zweckmäßigerweise zumindest 50 %, vorzugsweise zumindest 40 %, bevorzugt zumindest 30 % und sehr bevorzugt zumindest 25 % des Volumens des Hohlraumes. Die vorgenannten Prozentangaben beziehen sich auf den jungfräulichen Zustand des Verbundprofils, in dem also noch keine Expansion des Formkörpers aufgrund von Erwärmungen stattgefunden hat. Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Formkörper handelt es sich zweckmäßigerweise um einen festen Körper mit definierten Oberflächen.
- Erfindungsgemäß ragt ein Abstützvorsprung aus der zugeordneten Oberfläche des Formkörpers heraus. Spielfreie Abstützung des Abstützvorsprunges meint im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der Abstützvorsprung unmittelbar, das heißt ohne Zwischenraum an der zugeordneten Hohlraumwandung oder an dem weiteren Formkörper aufliegt.
- Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist jeder der beiden Isolierstege an einem Ende einen Befestigungsfuß für die Befestigung an dem Außenprofil und an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Befestigungsfuß für die Befestigung an dem Innenprofil auf, wobei die Befestigungsfüße dieser Isolierstege schubfest eingerollt sind. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Befestigungsfüße der Isolierstege schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet.
- Ein in dem Hohlraum des Verbundprofils aufgenommener Formkörper dehnt sich bei Erwärmung aus. Erwärmung meint dabei insbesondere höhere Temperaturen, die beispielsweise beim Einbrennlackieren auftreten. Es liegt weiterhin im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der zumindest eine Formkörper aus Schaumstoff besteht. Bei dem Formkörper handelt es sich dann also um einen Schaumkörper, der beispielsweise aus Polyurethanschaum oder Polystyrolschaum besteht. Bei einer Erwärmung bzw. Erhitzung erfolgt ein Ausdehnen dieses Schaumstoffes und zwar aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung des Verbundprofils in den zumindest einen Freiraum hinein.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist der Formkörper an einem Isoliersteg befestigt. Die an dem Isoliersteg anliegende Befestigungsfläche des Formkörpers erstreckt sich dabei zweckmäßigerweise über zumindest 60 %, vorzugsweise über zumindest 70 % der Breite des Isoliersteges. Breite des Isoliersteges bezieht sich dabei auf die Erstreckung des Isoliersteges vom Außenprofil zum Innenprofil. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Formkörper über eine formschlüssige Verbindung an einer Hohlraumwandung, vorzugsweise an dem Isoliersteg befestigt. Dafür sind erfindungsgemäß Formschlusselemente am Isoliersteg und/oder am Formkörper vorgesehen, die in komplementäre Formschlussöffnungen am Isoliersteg und/oder am Formkörper eingreifen. Grundsätzlich liegt es aber auch im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass der Formkörper beispielsweise durch eine Klebverbindung, eine Schweißverbindung oder eine Klemmverbindung an der Hohlraumwandung, vorzugsweise an dem Isoliersteg fixiert ist.
- Nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind zumindest zwei Formkörper in dem Hohlraum angeordnet und jeder der beiden Formkörper ist jeweils an einem Isoliersteg befestigt. Diese Befestigung erfolgt zweckmäßigerweise über formschlüssige Verbindungen. Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass beide Formkörper gleiche Volumina oder in etwa gleiche Volumina aufweisen können. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist jeder der beiden Formkörper an der dem anderen Formkörper zugewandten Oberfläche zumindest einen Abstützvorsprung auf, mit dem er sich an dem anderen Formkörper spielfrei abstützt. Vorzugsweise fasst zumindest ein Abstützvorsprung eines Formkörpers in eine zugeordnete Abstützausnehmung des anderen Formkörpers ein und stützt sich in dieser Abstützausnehmung spielfrei an dem anderen Formkörper ab. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erfolgt diese Abstützung in Richtung der Breitenerstreckung des Verbundprofils bzw. in Richtung der Breitenerstreckung der Isolierstege.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist zwischen zumindest einem Formkörper und der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils und/oder der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils ein Freiraum für die Expansion des Formkörpers bei Erwärmung vorgesehen. Vorzugsweise ist zwischen jedem der beiden Formkörper und der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils und/oder der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils ein solcher Freiraum eingerichtet. Nach sehr bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist zwischen jedem der beiden Formkörper und der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils ein solcher Freiraum ausgebildet und ist zwischen jedem der beiden Formkörper und der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils ein Freiraum für die Expansion vorgesehen. Der Abstand des Formkörpers zur Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils und/oder zur Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils beträgt zweckmäßigerweise 1,5 bis 5 mm, vorzugsweise 2 bis 4 mm und bevorzugt 2,5 bis 3,5 mm. Die Freiräume dienen im Übrigen auch der Entwässerung für den Fall, dass in dem Verbundprofil beispielsweise als Folge von Reinigungsbädern oder Eloxalbädern Flüssigkeit bzw. Wasser enthalten ist.
- Es liegt im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass zwischen den beiden in dem Hohlraum aufgenommenen Formkörpern zumindest ein Freiraum für die Expansion der Formkörper bei Erwärmung angeordnet ist. Zur Verwirklichung dieses Freiraumes ist zweckmäßigerweise ein entsprechender Abstand zwischen den beiden Formkörpern eingerichtet, der vorzugsweise 1,5 bis 5 mm, bevorzugt 2 bis 4 mm und sehr bevorzugt 2,5 bis 3,5 mm beträgt.
- Es liegt weiterhin im Rahmen der Erfindung, dass zwischen einem Abstützvorsprung und einer Wandung der zugeordneten Abstützausnehmung in dem anderen Formkörper zumindest ein Freiraum für die Expansion des Formkörpers vorgesehen ist.
- Dieser Freiraum ist zweckmäßigerweise zwischen dem Abstützvorsprung und dem Grund der Abstützausnehmung angeordnet.
- Nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein in dem Hohlraum aufgenommener Formkörper mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung an der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils und mit zumindest einem weiteren Abstützvorsprung an der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils spielfrei abgestützt. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich dabei lediglich um einen einzigen Formkörper, der an einem Isoliersteg befestigt ist und der mit Abstand zu dem gegenüberliegenden Isoliersteg angeordnet ist, so dass zwischen Formkörper und gegenüberliegendem Isoliersteg ein Freiraum für die Expansion des Formkörpers verbleibt. Im Übrigen verbleiben Freiräume zwischen dem Formkörper und der Hohlraumwandung des Außenprofils bzw. der Hohlraumwandung des Innenprofils und zwar in den Bereichen, in denen der Abstützvorsprung nicht an der zugeordneten Hohlraumwandung abgestützt ist. - Nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein an einem Isoliersteg befestigter Formkörper mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung an dem gegenüberliegenden Isoliersteg abgestützt.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, dass mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verbundprofil bei nur teilweiser Ausfüllung des Hohlraumes mit dem Formkörper eine hervorragende thermische Isolierung bzw. thermische Trennung von Außenprofil und Innenprofil möglich ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Abstützung des Formkörpers bzw. der Formkörper ermöglicht weiterhin eine optimale Lasteinkopplung, so dass das Verbundprofil eine überraschend hohe Resistenz gegenüber mechanischen Beanspruchungen aufweist. Im Vergleich zu vielen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verbundprofilen kann ein Schalenversatz bei mechanischen Beanspruchungen, beispielsweise bei der Lackierung vollständig vermieden werden oder auf ein nicht störendes Minimum reduziert werden. Aufgrund der nur teilweise Ausfüllung des Hohlraums durch den Formkörper kann bei nichtsdestoweniger optimaler Lasteinkopplung zugleich erreicht werden, dass das Verbundprofil auch bei höheren Temperaturen formstabil bleibt. Bei Temperaturbelastungen, die beispielsweise beim Einbrennlackieren auftreten, führen Expansionen des Formkörpers nicht mehr zu unerwünschten Deformationen des Verbundprofils bzw. der Isolierstege. Der Formkörper kann in die in dem Hohlraum eingerichteten Freiräume expandieren und auch nach dieser Expansion ist nach wie vor eine hohe Resistenz gegenüber mechanischen Beanspruchungen gewährleistet. Auch die thermische Isolierung wird nach Erhitzungen bzw. Erwärmungen und resultierender Expansion des Formkörpers nicht nachteilhaft beeinträchtigt. Hervorzuheben ist weiterhin, dass ein erfindungsgemäßes Verbundprofil mit relativ geringem Aufwand gefertigt werden kann.
- Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung:

Fig. 2 in einer anderen Ausführungsform. - Die
Fig. 1 zeigt ein aus dem Stand der Technik bekanntes Verbundprofil 1, das ein Außenprofil 2 und ein Innenprofil 3 aufweist, die zweckmäßigerweise aus Aluminium bestehen. Außenprofil 2 und Innenprofil 3 werden durch zueinander parallele Isolierstege 4, 5 miteinander verbunden. Die Hohlraumwandung 9 des Außenprofils 2, die Hohlraumwandung 10 des Innenprofils 3 und die Isolierstege 4, 5 schließen einen Hohlraum 6 ein, der im Ausführungsbeispiel als geschlossener Hohlraum 6 ausgebildet ist. Die beiden Isolierstege 4, 5 weisen an jedem ihrer Enden jeweils einen Befestigungsfuß 7, 8 auf, mit dem sie in jeweils komplementären Auskammerungen des Außenprofils 2 bzw. des Innenprofils 3 einfassen. Die inFig. 1 mit ausgezogenen Linien gezeichneten Isolierstege 4, 5 stellen den Zustand des Verbundprofils 1 nach dem Einrollen dar. Dagegen zeigen die strichpunktierten Linien die Isolierstege 4, 5 nach einem unerwünschten Schalenversatz, der beispielsweise nach der Lackierung zu beobachten ist. Der Erfindung liegt unter anderem das technische Problem zugrunde solche Verformungen bzw. einen solchen Schalenversatz zu vermeiden. - Die
Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Verbundprofils 1. In dem Hohlraum 6 sind hier zwei wärmedämmende Formkörper 11, 12 vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel als Schaumstoffkörper ausgebildet sind und beispielsweise aus Polyurethanschaum bestehen können.Fig. 2 zeigt, dass jeder Formkörper 11, 12 jeweils an einem Isoliersteg 4, 5 befestigt ist und zwar über formschlüssige Verbindungen. Jeder Isoliersteg 4, 5 weist Formschlusselemente 13 auf, die in komplementäre Formschlussöffnungen 14 des Formkörpers 11, 12 einfassen. - Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach
Fig. 2 hat jeder der beiden Formkörper 11, 12 an der dem anderen Formkörper 11, 12 zugewandten Oberfläche einen Abstützvorsprung 15, mit dem er sich an dem anderen Formkörper 11, 12 abstützt. Der Abstützvorsprung 15 eines Formkörpers 11, 12 fasst dabei in eine zugeordnete Abstützaufnehmung 16 ein und stützt sich in dieser Abstützausnehmung 16 spielfrei an dem anderen Formkörper 11, 12 ab. Die Abstützung erfolgt im Ausführungsbeispiel nachFig. 2 jeweils an den Seitenwänden der Abstützausnehmung 16, das heißt in Breitenerstreckung des Verbundprofils 1 bzw. in Richtung der Breitenerstreckung der Isolierstege 4, 5. - Zwischen den beiden Formkörpern 11, 12 ist ein Freiraum 17 vorgesehen, in den die Formkörper 11, 12 bei einer Erwärmung expandieren können. Auch zwischen jedem Abstützvorsprung 15 und dem Grund der zugeordneten Abstützausnehmung 16 ist ein kleinerer Freiraum 18 angeordnet, in den jeweils eine Expansion bei Erwärmung stattfinden kann. Außerdem ist zwischen den beiden Formkörpern 11, 12 und der Hohlraumwandung 9 des Außenprofils 2 ein Freiraum 19 vorgesehen. Ebenso ist zwischen der Hohlraumwandung 10 des Innenprofils 3 und den beiden Formkörpern 11, 12 ein solcher Freiraum 19 für eine Expansion der Formkörper 11, 12 angeordnet.
- Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach
Fig. 3 ist in dem Hohlraum lediglich ein Formkörper 11 untergebracht. Dieser Formkörper 11 stützt sich mit einem ersten Abstützvorsprung 15 an der Hohlraumwandung 9 des Außenprofils 2 ab und stützt sich weiterhin mit einem zweiten Abstützvorsprung 15 an der Hohlraumwandung 10 des Innenprofils 3 ab. Freiräume 19 für die Expansion des Formkörpers 11 bei einer Erwärmung sind sowohl zwischen Hohlraumwandung 9 und Formkörper 11 als auch zwischen Hohlraumwandung 10 und Formkörper 11 sowie zwischen dem Isoliersteg 5 und dem Formkörper 11 vorgesehen. Der Formkörper 11 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel nachFig. 3 an dem Isoliersteg 4 fixiert und zwar mit Hilfe von an dem Isoliersteg 4 vorgesehenen Formschlusselementen 13, die in entsprechende Formschlussöffnungen 14 des Formkörpers 11 einfassen.
Claims (10)
- Verbundprofil (1) insbesondere für Fenster, Türen und Fassadenelemente, wobei ein Außenprofil (2) und ein Innenprofil (3) sowie zumindest zwei Außenprofil (2) und Innenprofil (3) verbindende Isolierstege (4, 5) vorgesehen sind und wobei Außenprofil (2), Innenprofil (3) und Isolierstege (4, 5) einen Hohlraum (6) begrenzende Hohlraumwandungen aufweisen bzw. bilden,
wobei in dem Hohlraum (6) zumindest ein wärmedämmender Formkörper (11, 12) angeordnet ist,
wobei der Formkörper (11, 12) an einem Isoliersteg über eine formschlüssige Verbindung befestigt ist, wobei am Isoliersteg (4, 5) und/oder Formkörper (11, 12) Formschlusselemente (13) vorgesehen sind, die in komplementäre Formschlussöffnungen (14) am Isoliersteg (4, 5) und/oder Formkörper (11, 12) eingreifen,
und wobei sich der Formkörper (11, 12) mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an der Hohlraumwandung (9) des Außenprofils (2) und/oder an der Hohlraumwandung (10) des Innenprofils (3) oder an einem weiteren Formkörper (11, 12) vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt, wobei der Abstützvorsprung (15) aus der zugeordneten Oberfläche des Formkörper (11, 12) herausragt
und wobei der Hohlraum (6) zumindest einen Freiraum (17, 18, 19) aufweist, in den der Formkörper (11, 12) bei Erwärmung expandieren kann. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der beiden Isolierstege (4, 5) an einem Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7,8) für die Befestigung an dem Außenprofil (2) und an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7, 8) für die Befestigung an dem Innenprofil (2) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsfüße (7, 8) dieser Isolierstege (4, 5) schubfest eingerollt sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der zumindest eine Formkörper (11, 12) aus Schaumstoff besteht.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei zumindest zwei Formkörper (11, 12) in dem Hohlraum (6) angeordnet sind und wobei jeder der beiden Formkörper (11, 12) jeweils an einer Hohlraumwandung eines Isoliersteges (4, 5) befestigt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 4, wobei jeder der beiden Formkörper (11, 12) an der dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) zugewandten Oberfläche zumindest einen Abstützvorsprung (15) aufweist, mit dem er sich an dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, wobei zumindest ein Abstützvorsprung (15) eines Formkörpers (11, 12) in eine zugeordnete Abstützausnehmung (16) des anderen Formkörpers (11, 12) einfasst und sich in dieser Abstützausnehmung (16) vorzugsweise spielfrei an dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) abstützt.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei zwischen zumindest einem Formkörper (11, 12) und der Hohlraumwandung (9) des Außenprofils (2) und/oder der Hohlraumwandung (10) des Innenprofils (3) ein Freiraum (19) für die Expansion des Formkörpers (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei zwischen den beiden Formkörpern (11, 12) zumindest ein Freiraum (17) für die Expanison des Formkörpers (11, 12) angeordnet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei zwischen einem Abstützvorsprung (15) und einer Wandung der Abstützaufnehmung (16) zumindest ein Freiraum (18) für die Expansion des Formkörpers (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei ein Formkörper (11, 12) mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an der Hohlraumwandung (9) des Außenprofils (2) und/oder mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an der Hohlraumwandung (10) des Innenprofils (3) vorzugsweise spielfrei abgestützt ist.
