Description
wobei ein Außenprofil und ein Innenprofil sowie zumindest zwei Außenprofil und Innenprofil verbindende Isolierstege vorgesehen sind und wobei Außenprofil, Innenprofil und Isolierstege einen Hohlraum begrenzende Hohlraumwandungen aufweisen bzw. bilden,
wobei in dem Hohlraum zumindest ein wärmedämmender Formkörper angeordnet ist,
wobei der Formkörper an zumindest einer Hohlraumwandung befestigt ist, wobei sich der Formkörper mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung an zumindest einer weiteren Hohlraumwandung oder an einem weiteren Formkörper vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt
und wobei der Hohlraum zumindest einen Freiraum aufweist, in den der Formkörper bei Erwärmung expandieren kann.

Claims (12)
- Verbundprofil (1), insbesondere für Fenster, Türen und Fassadenelemente,
wobei ein Außenprofil (2) und ein Innenprofil (3) sowie zumindest zwei Außenprofil (2) und Innenprofil (3) verbindende Isolierstege (4, 5) vorgesehen sind und wobei Außenprofil (2), Innenprofil (3) und Isolierstege (4, 5) einen Hohlraum (6) begrenzende Hohlraumwandungen aufweisen bzw. bilden,
wobei in dem Hohlraum (6) zumindest ein wärmedämmender Formkörper (11, 12) angeordnet ist,
wobei der Formkörper (11, 12) an zumindest einer Hohlraumwandung befestigt ist und wobei sich der Formkörper (11, 12) mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an zumindest einer weiteren Hohlraumwandung oder an einem weiteren Formkörper (11, 12) vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt
und wobei der Hohlraum (6) zumindest einen Freiraum (17, 18, 19) aufweist, in den der Formkörper (11, 12) bei Erwärmung expandieren kann. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der beiden Isolierstege (4, 5) an einem Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7,8) für die Befestigung an dem Außenprofil (2) und an dem gegenüberliegenden Ende einen Befestigungsfuß (7, 8) für die Befestigung an dem Innenprofil (2) aufweist, wobei die Befestigungsfüße (7, 8) dieser Isolierstege (4, 5) schubfest eingerollt sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei der zumindest eine Formkörper (11, 12) aus Schaumstoff besteht.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Formkörper (11, 12) an einer Hohlraumwandung eines Isoliersteges (4, 5) befestigt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Formkörper (11, 12) über eine formschlüssige Verbindung an der Hohlraumwandung befestigt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei zumindest zwei Formkörper (11, 12) in dem Hohlraum (6) angeordnet sind und wobei jeder der beiden Formkörper (11, 12) jeweils an einer Hohlraumwandung eines Isoliersteges (4, 5) befestigt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 6, wobei jeder der beiden Formkörper (11, 12) an der dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) zugewandten Oberfläche zumindest einen Abstützvorsprung (15) aufweist, mit dem er sich an dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) vorzugsweise spielfrei abstützt.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, wobei zumindest ein Abstützvorsprung (15) eines Formkörpers (11, 12) in eine zugeordnete Abstützausnehmung (16) des anderen Formkörpers (11, 12) einfasst und sich in dieser Abstützausnehmung (16) vorzugsweise spielfrei an dem anderen Formkörper (11, 12) abstützt.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei zwischen zumindest einem Formkörper (11, 12) und der Hohlraumwandung (9) des Außenprofils (2) und/oder der Hohlraumwandung (10) des Innenprofils (3) ein Freiraum (19) für die Expansion des Formkörpers (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei zwischen den beiden Formkörpern (11, 12) zumindest ein Freiraum (17) für die Expanison des Formkörpers (11, 12) angeordnet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei zwischen einem Abstützvorsprung (15) und einer Wandung der Abstützaufnehmung (16) zumindest ein Freiraum (18) für die Expansion des Formkörpers (11, 12) vorgesehen ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei ein Formkörper (11, 12) mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an der Hohlraumwandung (9) des Außenprofils (2) und/oder mit zumindest einem Abstützvorsprung (15) an der Hohlraumwandung (10) des Innenprofils (3) vorzugsweise spielfrei abgestützt ist.
