Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a composite profile, in particular for Windows, doors and facade elements, with an outside profile and an inner profile and at least two outer profile and Inner profile connecting insulating webs are provided and wherein outer profile, inner profile and insulating webs a cavity have or form limiting cavity walls. - Such composite profiles are used for thermal insulation in particular on windows, doors or façade elements. The outer profile and the inner profile expediently consist of a Metal, preferably of a light metal and very preferred made of aluminium. The insulating bars the the outer profile connect with the inner profile consist of a plastic. These insulating bars are intended for thermal separation of outer profile and inner profile. But in these composite profiles must be next to an effective thermal insulation also has sufficient shear resistance of the composite and a high transverse tensile strength and Be ensured spring stiffness. In other words the composite profile must be sufficiently resistant to be mechanical stresses or it must be appropriate Take loads as free of deformation as possible. The is in many known from the prior art composite profiles unfortunately not guaranteed. For example, it can when painting these profiles to an undesirable Cup offset come. The result is optical Defects and / or lack of seal. Due to the resulting Tolerance problems can except seal pairings Intervention, so that the tightness is no longer guaranteed is.

Conveniently, between at least one shaped body and the cavity wall of the outer profile and / or the Cavity wall of the inner profile a free space for the Expansion of the molding provided when heated. Preferably, between each of the two moldings and the cavity wall of the outer profile and / or the cavity wall the inner profile of such a space set up. After a very preferred embodiment of Invention is between each of the two moldings and the Cavity wall of the outer profile such a space is formed and is between each of the two shaped bodies and the cavity wall of the inner profile a space for the expansion is planned. The distance of the shaped body to Cavity wall of the outer profile and / or the cavity wall the inner profile is suitably 1.5 to 5 mm, preferably 2 to 4 mm and preferably 2.5 to 3.5 mm. The open spaces are also used for drainage the case that in the composite profile, for example, as Sequence of cleaning baths or eloxal baths liquid or water is included.
It is within the scope of the invention that between the two at least one moldings received in the cavity Free space for the expansion of the moldings when heated is arranged. To realize this space is expediently a corresponding distance between the set up two moldings, preferably 1.5 to 5 mm, preferably 2 to 4 mm and very preferably 2.5 to 3.5 mm.
It is still within the scope of the invention that between a support projection and a wall of the associated Abstützausnehmung in the other molded body at least one Free space for the expansion of the molding is provided.
This space is expediently between the support projection and the bottom of the support recess.
According to one embodiment of the invention is in the Cavity recorded molded body with at least one Abstützvorsprung on the cavity wall of the outer profile and with at least one further support projection on the Cavity wall of the inner profile supported without play. Preferably, this is only one single molded body which is attached to an insulating bar and the distance to the opposite insulating web is arranged so that between moldings and opposite Isoliersteg a space for the expansion of the Shaped body remains. Otherwise, there will be free space between the molded body and the cavity wall of the External profile or the cavity wall of the inner profile and while in the areas where the support projection is not is supported on the associated cavity wall. - To an embodiment of the invention is a on a Insulating bridge attached molded body with at least one support projection supported on the opposite insulating web.
The invention is based on the finding that with the composite profile according to the invention with only partial filling the cavity with the molding an excellent thermal insulation or thermal separation of External profile and inner profile is possible. The inventive Supporting the molding or the molding furthermore allows optimal load coupling, so that the composite profile a surprisingly high resistance having mechanical stresses. Compared to many known in the art Composite profiles can be a shell offset in mechanical Stresses, for example during painting be completely avoided or on a non-interfering Minimum be reduced. Because of only partial Filling of the cavity through the molding can at nonetheless optimal load coupling at the same time be achieved that the composite profile even at higher Temperatures remain dimensionally stable. At temperature loads, which occur for example during baking, lead Expansions of the molding no longer undesirable Deformations of the composite profile or the insulating webs. The Shaped body can be placed in the in the cavity Free space is expanding and even after this expansion is still a high resistance to mechanical Stresses guaranteed. Also the thermal insulation is after heating or warming and resulting expansion of the molding is not disadvantageous impaired. It should be emphasized that a inventive composite profile with relatively little effort can be made.
