Claims (12)
- Schattenspendende Abdeckvorrichtung, mit mindestens einer zwischen einer Schliessstelung und einer Öffnungsstellung verstellbaren Abdeckfläche (21, 22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abdeckfläche (21, 22) durch eine Anzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten, langgestreckten, freischwebend auf einer gemeinsamen Drehsäule (11, 12) befestigten Rippenteilen (15, 15') gebildet ist, die jeweils unterschiedlich lang sind und in einem unterschiedlichen Anstellwinkel zur Drehsäule (11, 12) radial gerichtet sind, derart, dass die Abdeckfläche (21, 22) in den durch Verdrehen der Drehsäule (11, 12) veränderbaren Stellungen jeweils eine ästhetisch wirkende, dreidimensionale Regelfläche-Form aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei eine Art Flügel bildende, spiegelbildliche Abdeckflächen (21, 22) vorgesehen sind, deren Rippenteile (15, 15') zwei wenigstens annähernd zueinander parallelen Drehsäulen (11, 12) zugeordnet sind, wobei die Drehsäulen (11, 12) schräg zu einer Bodenfläche (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge und Winkelanstellung der Rippenteile (15, 15') entlang der jeweiligen Drehsäule (11, 12) kontinuierlich ändert, wobei der längste Rippenteil (15') einem freien Ende der Drehsäule (11, 12) zugeordnet ist und in der Öffnungsstellung horizontal bzw. parallel zur Bodenfläche (2) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in der Art von Flügeln zusammenwirkenden Abdeckflächen (21, 22) in der Öffnungsstellung jeweils eine semiparaboloide Form aufweisen und in der Schliessstellung zusammen eine konoidale Form bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenteile (15, 15') durch im Innern versteifte und miteinander verschweisste Hohlprofile (30, 30', 30") aus Stahl gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenteile (15, 15') jeweils mit einem zwei gabelförmige Seitenteile (26, 27) aufweisenden Kopf (25) ausgestattet und mit den Seitenteilen (26, 27) auf die Drehsäule (11, 12) zwischen zwei drehsäulefesten Flansche (28, 29) aufgesetzt sind, wobei die beiden Seitenteile (26, 27) mit den Flanschen (28, 29) unter dem gewünschten Anstellwinkel bzw. in der gewünschten radialen Umfangsstellung des Rippenteils (15, 15') gegenüber der Drehsäule (11, 12) verschraubbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippenteile (15, 15') von dem der Drehsäule (11, 12) zugeordneten Ende bis zum freien Ende hin kontinuierlich in ihrer Querschnittsgrösse verjüngen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Abdeckfläche (21, 22) bildenden Rippenteile (15, 15') über in mehreren, von der Drehsäule (11, 12) bis zu den freien Enden der Rippenteile (15, 15') hin regelmässig verteilten Reihen (a, b, c, d, e) angeordnete Rohrabschnitte (50, 50a, 50b, 50c, 50d, 50e) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder Rohrabschnitt zur Verbindung des jeweiligen Rippenteils (15, 15') mit dem benachbarten Rippenteil (15) bzw. mit den benachbarten Rippenteilen (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrabschnitte (50, 50a, 50b, 50c, 50d, 50e) an ihrem Umfang mit Verbindungselementen (53, 54, 55) ausgestattet sind, mit welchen sie zwischen zwei aneinander anschliessenden, den jeweiligen Rippenteil (15, 15') bildenden Hohlprofilen (30', 30") unter einem bestimmten Winkel (α) zur Rippenteil-Längsmittelebene gehalten und mit den beiden Hohlprofilen (30', 30") verschweisst sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrabschnitte (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d, 50e) einzelner Reihen (a, b, c, d, e) einen unterschiedlichen Durchmesser aufweisen und einen unterschiedlichen Winkel (αa, αb, αc, αd, αe) mit der Längsmittelebene des jeweiligen Rippenteils (15, 15') einschliessen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie im Exterieur angeordnet und zur Abdeckung einer Glashalle (1) vorgesehen ist, deren Helligkeit durch steuerbares Verstellen der Abdeckfläche bzw. der Abdeckflächen (21, 22) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine wetterabhängige Steuerung der Abdeckflächen-Verstellung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Abdeckfläche bzw. die Abdeckflächen (21, 22) bei einer bestimmten Windgeschwindigkeit automatisch in die Schliessstellung bringbar ist.
