Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de commande du flux de matière lors de l'emboutissage de tôles, de préférence en aciers de haute résistance et/ou en aciers polyphasiques ou en aluminium, dans lequel :
    - la tôle (1) est façonnée dans une presse entre un poinçon d'emboutissage (4) disposé sur une plaque de base (3) et une matrice (5) disposée sur une plaque de tête (2),
    - le poinçon d'emboutissage (4) et la matrice (5) possèdent des profils adaptés (12, 14) pour la formation de moulures d'emboutissage sur les bords de la tôle (1) et
    - les bords de la tôle (1) sont comprimés entre au moins un support de tôle supérieur (13) et au moins un support de tôle inférieur (6, 7) pendant l'opération d'emboutissage avec une force de ressort commandable (8, 9),
    caractérisé en ce que
    a) d'abord un gradin de blocage (11) en forme de Z est imprimé dans le bord de la tôle (1a) par la fermeture du support de tôle supérieur et du support de tôle inférieur (13, 6, 7),
    b) puis, en conservant Le gradin de blocage (11), et un blocage complet entre les supports de tôle, la forme de base est emboutie définitivement, la tôle (1) étant étirée de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur et
    c) finalement le gradin de blocage (11) est réduit en hauteur et de ce fait la poursuite de la tôle est facilitée depuis l'extérieur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour finir, la poursuite de la tôle est effectuée exclusivement de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur par élimination complète du gradin de blocage (11).
  3. Procédé de commande du flux de matière lors de l'emboutissage de tôles, de préférence en aciers de haute résistance et/ou en aciers polyphasiques ou en aluminium, dans lequel :
    - la tôle (1) est façonnée dans une presse entre un poinçon d'emboutissage (4) disposé sur une plaque de base (3) et une matrice (5) disposée sur une plaque de tête (2),
    - le poinçon d'emboutissage (4) et la matrice (5) possèdent des profils adaptés (12, 14) pour la formation de moulures d'emboutissage sur les bords de la tôle (1) et
    - les bords de la tôle (1) sont comprimés entre au moins un support de tôle supérieur (13) et au moins un support de tôle inférieur (6, 7) pendant l'opération d'emboutissage profond avec une force de ressort commandable (8, 9),
    caractérisé en ce que
    a) d'abord la forme de base est emboutie essentiellement sans effet de moulure, tandis que les supports de tôle supérieur et inférieur (13, 6, 7) sont superposés essentiellement à plat et
    b) ensuite un gradin de blocage est imprimé dans le bord de la tôle afin d'inhiber la poursuite de la tôle de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur.
  4. Outil d'emboutissage profond pour l'emboutissage profond de tôles, de préférence pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications précédentes avec
    - un poinçon d'emboutissage (4) disposé dans une presse sur une plaque de base (3) et une matrice (5) disposée en face sur une plaque de tête (2),
    - des profilés (12, 14) prévus sur le poinçon d'emboutissage (4) et la matrice (5) pour former des moulures d'emboutissage sur les bords de la tôle à façonner (1) et
    - au moins un support de tôle supérieur (13) et au moins un support de tôle inférieur (6, 7),
    caractérisé en ce que le support de tôle inférieur se compose d'un support de tôle intérieur (6) et d'un support de tôle extérieur (7), qui sont disposés de manière annulaire sur le bord de la tôle (1) et qui peuvent être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de support.
  5. Outil d'emboutissage profond selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le support de tôle intérieur inférieur (6) possède une surface d'appui (15) sur laquelle le support de tôle extérieur (7) vient reposer dans la position relative inférieure par rapport au support de tôle intérieur (6).
  6. Outil d'emboutissage profond selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports de tôle inférieurs (6, 7) forment avec leurs côtés supérieurs un gradin de blocage ajustable (11) pour le bord de la tôle (1).
  7. Outil d'emboutissage profond selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on dispose sur le côté inférieur du support de tôle supérieur (13) un gradin (20) correspondant à la hauteur de gradin maximale (11.1) du gradin de blocage (11).
