Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kochfeld, insbesondere ein Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Derartige Kochfelder werden seit etlichen Jahren in riesigen Stückzahlen in den privaten Küchen der Industrieländer eingesetzt und haben sich ausgezeichnet bewährt. Gleichwohl sind gelegentlich Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten auch an technisch ausgereiften Kochstellen dieser Art unumgänglich. Da die zu einem solchen Kochfeld gehörende Kochfeldplatte üblicherweise in eine Küchenarbeitsplatte integriert ist, besteht hierbei die Anforderung, Wartungsarbeiten ohne ein Lösen der Kochfeldplatte aus ihrer Anbindung und mit möglichst geringem Arbeits- und Zeitaufwand für den Wartungstechniker zu ermöglichen.
  • Aus der DE 102 02 405 A1 ist eine Halterung für ein Kochfeld mit einer Kochfeldplatte und einem Schutzkasten für Einbauteile des Kochfelds beschrieben. Es sind Verbindungsmittel zur Verbindung von Kochfeldplatte und Schutzkasten vorgesehen. Bei der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig. 2 befinden sich an der Kochfeldplatte fest angebrachte Führungs- und Trägerelemente, die ein Arretierungselement zur lösbaren Arretierung des Schutzkastens an der Kochfeldplatte aufweisen. Das Arretierungselement dient auch als bewegliche Auflage für den Schutzkasten. Bei den Ausführungsformen gemäß Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 befinden sich an der Kochfeldplatte fest angebrachter Führungs- und Trägerelemente, die jeweils eine feststehende Auflage für den Schutzkasten bilden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe der Bereitstellung eines für Wartungszwecke leicht und schnell zu demontierenden Kochfeldes zugrunde.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Kochfeld mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Zweckmäßige Fortbildungen des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Die Erfindung schließt den wesentlichen Gedanken ein, bei der Halterung des Schutzkastens an der Kochfeldplatte, insbesondere der Glaskeramikplatte, feststehende mit lösbaren bzw. beweglichen Auflagen zu kombinieren. Sie schließt weiter den Gedanken ein, hierzu eine erste Gruppe von Führungs- und Trägerelementen an der Kochfeldplatte anzubringen, die jeweils eine feststehende Auflage für den Schutzkasten definieren, und diese durch eine zweite Gruppe von Führungs- und Trägerelementen zu ergänzen, die jeweils ein Arretierungselement zur lösbaren Fixierung des Schutzkastens an der Kochfeldplatte haben, welches gleichzeitig jeweils eine weitere Auflage für den Schutzkasten bildet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Mehrzahl erster, an der Kochfeldplatte randnah fest angebrachter Führungs- und Trägerelemente vorgesehen, die jeweils eine feststehende Auflage für den Schutzkasten definieren, wobei die Arretierungselemente der zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente als selbsthemmende Schwenkhebel mit einem eine Kante des Schutzkastens übergreifenden Andruckabschnitt ausgeführt sind.
  • Speziell ist dabei der Schwenkhebel als Blechteil ausgebildet, wobei der Andruckabschnitt durch eine Abkantung desselben gebildet ist.
  • Die Führungs- und Trägerelemente sind sämtlich randnah an der Kochfeldplatte angebracht, so dass einerseits ein Schutzkasten der üblichen Abmessungen zwischen ihnen aufgenommen wird und andererseits ein hinreichend breiter Randabschnitt zur Einfügung der Kochfeldplatte in eine Arbeitsplatte, ein Herdgehäuse o.ä. verfügbar ist. Im übrigen ermöglicht die erfindungsgemäße Lösung nicht nur einen flächenbündigen Einbau, sondern auch einen Einbau auf der Oberfläche einer Küchenarbeitsplatte, und die Funktion wird unabhängig von der Dicke der Arbeitsplatte erfüllt. Prinzipiell sind die vorgeschlagenen Trägermodule für alle Schutzkastengrößen geeignet und so kompakt gestaltet, dass sich die Gesamtanordnungen (Mulden) weder beim Verpacken noch in Bezug auf den Einbauraum von herkömmlichen Kochfeldern unterscheiden. In dem für die Reparatur oder Wartung nach unten von der Kochfeldplatte abgesenkten und entnommenen Schutzkasten können Komponenten in ergonomisch vorteilhafter Arbeitshaltung ausgetauscht oder repariert werden.
  • In einer technologisch besonders günstigen Ausführung sind die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehenen ersten und zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente als Blechteile (speziell z.B. aus Stahlblech) ausgeführt und durch Biegen bzw. Abkanten in ihre funktionsgerechte Form gebracht und insbesondere an die Unterseite der Kochfeldplatte angeklebt. Diese Ausführung ist auch in Anbetracht der relativ hohen Temperaturen im Bereich des Schutzkastens sinnvoll; grundsätzlich ist aber auch eine Ausführung mit Führungs- und Trägerelementen aus Kunststoff möglich.
  • Die ersten Führungs- und Trägerelemente, die eine feststehende Auflage für den Schutzkasten bilden, sind dabei insbesondere zweifach in entgegengesetzte Richtung abgekantete Blechstreifen, während ein Basisteil der zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente als einfach abgekantetes Teil ausgeführt sein wird.
  • Der Schwenkhebel ist an einem Basisteil derart angenietet, dass er sich mit mäßigem Kraftaufwand um den Verbindungsniet schwenken lässt.
  • Der Schwenkhebel hat eine sich selbsttätig einstellende Normalposition, in der der die Kante des Schutzkastens übergreifende Andruckabschnitt mit der Ebene der Kochfeldplatte einen spitzen Winkel einschließt derart, dass der Andruckabschnitt in dieser Position noch vollständig unter der Seitenkante des Schutzkastens liegt. Zweckmäßigerweise sind an einer ersten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte, bevorzugt nahe der Endpunkte derselben, zwei erste Führungs- und Trägerelemente und an einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte, bevorzugt nahe der Endpunkte derselben, zwei zweite Führungs- und Trägerelemente angeordnet. Bei der ersten Seitenkante handelt es sich bevorzugt um die in Einbaulage hintere Kante und bei der zweiten Seitenkante um die Vorderkante der Kochfeldplatte, so dass nach dem Lösen der Arretierung der Schutzkasten an der Vorderkante des Kochfeldes von der Kochfeldplatte wegklappt. Ein unkontrolliertes Wegklappen bzw. Herabfallen wird durch die oben bezeichnete spezielle Ausführung des Schwenkhebels (Arretierungselementes) verhindert. Zusätzlich kann auch eine verschraubung der ersten Führungs- und Trägerelemente mit dem Schutzkasten vorgesehen sein - speziell im Sinne einer zusätzlichen Transportsicherung.
  • In einer weiter bevorzugten Ausführung der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung haben die oben erwähnten Führungs- und Trägerelemente rechtwinklig abgekantete Abschnitte zur exakten Positionsfestlegung des Schutzkastens relativ zur Kochfeldplatte auch in der zweiten Achsenrichtung der Plattenebene vorgesehen. Diese sind insbesondere nahe der dritten und vierten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte angeordnet. Auch diese sind an die Unterseite der Kochfeldplatte angeklebt. In einer alternativen Ausführung können zur Positionierung in X-Achsen-Richtung auch separate Führungselemente vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Führungs- und Trägerelemente sind zweckmäßigerweise so gestaltet, dass sie sich den beengten Raumverhältnissen im Bereich von Schutzkasten und Arbeitsplattenausschnitt optimal anpassen, der Schutzkasten auch bei gelösten Halteschrauben nicht unabsichtlich herabfallen kann und im zusammengebauten Zustand keine überstehenden Teile die Verpackung, den Transport und die Montage behindern.
  • Das Kochfeld kann eine oder mehrere Kochzonen aufweisen, die insbesondere mit elektrischer Widerstandsbeheizung und/oder Strahlungsbeheizung und/oder Induktionsbeheizung und/oder Gas beheizt werden, wobei entsprechende Heizeinrichtungen im Allgemeinen unter der Kochfeldplatte oder in die Kochfeldplatte integriert angeordnet sind. Neben Glaskeramik kommen auch andere Materialien für die Kochfeldplatte in Betracht, beispielsweise Keramiken und Gläser.
  • Vorteile und Zweckmäßigkeiten der Erfindung ergeben sich im übrigen aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen sowie der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels anhand der Figuren. Von diesen zeigen:

  • FIG 1 zeigt in Untersicht ein Kochfeld 1, insbesondere ein Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, mit einer Kochfeldplatte 3, insbesondere einer Glaskeramikplatte, und einem darunter angebrachten Schutzkasten 5. Der Schutzkasten 5 wird an der Kochfeldplatte 3 durch zwei erste (hintere) Führungs- und Trägerelemente 7 und zwei zweite (vordere) Führungs- und Trägerelemente 9 gehalten.
  • Die ersten Führungs- und Trägerelemente 7 sind (was in der Figur nicht zu erkennen ist) als zweifach in gegensinniger Richtung abgekantete Blechteile ausgebildet, wobei ein Abkantungsbereich 7a jeweils eine hintere Auflage für den Schutzkasten 5 bildet. Die ersten (vorderen) Führungs- und Trägerelemente 9 haben jeweils als Basisteil 9.1 einen einfach abgekanteten Blechstreifen, und mittels eines Rohrnietes 9.2 ist hieran (unter Bereitstellung einer vorgegebenen Reibungskraft) drehbar ein Schwenkhebel 9.3 angelenkt.
  • Der Schwenkhebel 9.3 hat einen in seiner arretierten Stellung (gemäß FIG 1 und 2A) die Vorderkante des Schutzkastens 5 umgreifenden Auflageabschnitt 9a. In den Auflageabschnitten 7a der ersten Führungs- und Trägerelemente 7 ist jeweils eine Bohrung 13 für eine (nicht gezeigte) Befestigungsschraube zur Verschraubung des jeweiligen Elementes mit der Unterseite des Schutzkastens vorgesehen.
  • FIG 3 zeigt drei Stellungen des Schwenkhebels 9.3 des zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelementes 9 bezüglich der Oberfläche der Kochfeldplatte 3, von denen die mittlere Position als die Position im geöffneten Zustand definiert ist, auf die sich der Schwenkhebel bei einer Belastung durch den Schutzkasten selbsttätig einstellt. Wie sich aus der Figur ohne weiteres erkennen lässt, ist gewährleistet, dass der nach Innen abgekantete Auflageabschnitt 9a noch vollflächig unter der zugeordneten Seitenkante des Schutzkastens liegt und zuverlässig ein Herabfallen desselben verhindert.
  • Weitere rechtwinklige Abkantungs-Abschnitte 7b bzw. 9b der Führungs- und Trägerelemente 7, 9 dienen zur Positionsfestlegung des Schutzkastens 5 an der Kochfeldplatte 3 in seitlicher Richtung (X-Achsen-Richtung).
  • Die Ausführung der Erfindung ist nicht auf dieses Beispiel beschränkt, sondern ebenso in einer Vielzahl von Abwandlungen möglich, die im Rahmen fachgemäßen Handelns liegen. Insbesondere sind vielfältige Modifikationen der konkreten Gestalt der Führungs- und Trägerelemente sowie zusätzlichen Führungselementen ebenso möglich wie prinzipiell abweichende Ausführungen des Arretierungselementes.

Claims (11)

  1. Kochfeld (1), insbesondere Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, mit einer Kochfeldplatte (3), insbesondere einer Glaskeramik-Kochfeldplatte, einem Einbauteile des Kochfeldes aufnehmenden Schutzkasten (5) und Verbindungsmitteln (7, 9) zur Verbindung von Kochfeldplatte und Schutzkasten, und
    einer Mehrzahl zweiter, an der Kochfeldplatte randnah fest angebrachter Führungs- und Trägerelemente (9), die ein Arretierungselement (9.3) zur lösbaren Arretierung des Schutzkastens an der Kochfeldplatte aufweisen, welches zugleich eine bewegliche Auflage für den Schutzkasten definiert,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Mehrzahl erster, an der Kochfeldplatte randnah fest angebrachter Führungs- und Trägerelemente (7), die jeweils eine feststehende Auflage für den Schutzkasten definieren, wobei die Arretierungselemente (9.3) der zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente (9) als selbsthemmende Schwenkhebel mit einem eine Kante des Schutzkastens übergreifenden Andruckabschnitt (9a) ausgeführt sind.
  2. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die ersten und zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente (7, 9) an die Kochfeldplatte (3) angeklebt sind.
  3. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die ersten und zweiten Führungs- und Trägerelemente ein mindestens einfach rechtwinklig abgekantetes Blechteil (7, 9.1) aufweisen.
  4. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die ersten Führungs- und Trägerelemente (7) als zweifach in entgegengesetzter Richtung abgekantetes Blechteil oder entsprechend geformtes starres Kunststoffteil ausgebildet sind.
  5. Kochfeld nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Schwenkhebel (9.3) als Blechteil ausgebildet ist, wobei der Andruckabschnitt (9a) durch eine Abkantung desselben gebildet ist.
  6. Kochfeld nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Schwenkhebel (9.3) an einem Basisteil (9.1) derart angenietet ist, dass er sich mit mäßigem Kraftaufwand um den Verbindungsniet (9.2) schwenken lässt.
  7. Kochfeld nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Schwenkhebel (9.3) eine sich selbsttätig einstellende Normalposition hat, in der der die Kante des Schutzkastens (5) übergreifende Andruckabschnitt (9a) mit der Ebene der Kochfeldplatte (3) einen spitzen Winkel einschließt derart, dass der Andruckabschnitt in dieser Position noch vollständig unter der Seitenkante des Schutzkastens liegt.
  8. Kochfeld nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    an einer ersten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte, bevorzugt nahe der Endpunkte derselben, zwei erste Führungs- und Trägerelemente (7) und an einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte (3), bevorzugt nahe der Endpunkte derselben, zwei zweite Führungs- und Trägerelemente (9) angeordnet sind.
  9. Kochfeld nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Mehrzahl zusätzlicher Führungsabschnitte oder - elemente (7b, 9b) zur exakten Positionierung des Schutzkastens relativ zur Kochfeldplatte in der XY-Ebene.
  10. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jeweils mindestens zwei zusätzliche Führungsabschnitte oder -elemente (7b, 9b) an der dritten und vierten Seitenkante der Kochfeldplatte angeordnet sind.
  11. Kochfeld nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zusätzlichen Führungsabschnitte oder -elemente (7b, 9b) jeweils als rechtwinklige Abkantung der Führungs- und Trägerelemente (7, 9) ausgebildet sind.
