Claims (4)
- Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung mit variabler, horizontaler Schlitzöffnung mit einem bekannten, in einem Oberkasten (1) auf einer oberen Roll-Laden-Trommel (9.1) aufgewickelten oberen Roll-Laden (9), der an seinen beiden Seiten in ersten Führungsschienen (6) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgende Merkmale aufweist:1.1 in einem Unterkasten, der unterhalb einer, mittels der Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung zu bedeckenden Glasfläche (3) eines Fensters, bzw. einer Terrassentür angebracht ist, ist ein unterer Roll-Laden (8) unter Federspannung auf einer unteren Roll-Laden-Trommel (8.3) aufgewickelt und beidseitig in den beiden ersten Führungsschienen (6), bzw. in zwei zweiten Führungsschienen (7) geführt ist, die jeweils eng neben den ersten Führungsschienen (6) angebracht sind,1.2 im Oberkasten (1) ist eng neben dem oberen Roll-Laden (9) eine Hubeinrichtung (10) vorgesehen, die eine Antriebswelle (10.1) aufweist, deren Längsachse (10.2) parallel zur oberen Roll-Laden-Trommel (9.1) ausgerichtet, beidseitig in je einem bekannten Lagergehäuse (10.8) drehbar gelagert und vorzugsweise als Hohlwelle ausgebildet ist,1.2.1 auf der Antriebswelle (10.1) sind zwei Wickeltrommeln (10.3), auf denen jeweils seilförmiges Zugmittel (11) aufwickelbar, bzw. zwei Bandrollen (10.10) angeordnet, auf denen flache, bandartige Zugmittel (11) aufwickelbar sind,1.2.1.1 beide Wickeltrommeln (10.3) sind jeweils auf einer Gleitbuchse (10.4) hin und her bewegbar, die jeweils mittels eines Mitnehmerelementes (10.5) auf der Antriebswelle (10.1) befestigt sind, wobei die beiden unteren Enden der Zugmittel (11) mittels bekannter Befestigungselemente (8.2) an beiden Seiten einer Zuglasche (8.1) befestigt sind, die am oberen Ende des unteren Roll-Ladens (8) angebracht ist,.1.2.1.2 im Bereich jeder beiden Wickeltrommeln (10.3) ist je ein Arm (10.12) an der Wand (5) befestigt, an dem eine erste Umlenkrolle (10.13) drehbar angebracht ist, die im wesentlichen in der Horizontalebene angeordnet ist, in der die untere Mantelfläche der betreffenden Wickeltrommel (10.3) ausgerichtet ist, wobei die Drehachsen der beiden ersten Umlenkrollen (10.13) senkrecht zur Längsachse (10.2) ausgerichtet sind,1.2.1.3 an jedem der beiden Arme (10.12) ist je eine zweite Umlenkrolle (10.14) drehbar angebracht, über die das seilförmige Zugmittel (11) eng neben den ersten Führungsschienen (6), bzw. den zweiten Führungsschienen (7) und parallel zu diesen führbar ist,1.2.2 entsprechend der Ausgestaltung der Hubeinrichtung (10) mit bandförmigen Zugmitteln (11) sind auf beiden Seiten der Antriebswelle (10.1) je eine Bandrolle (10.10) befestigt, auf der je ein flaches, bandförmiges Zugmittel (11) aufwickelbar ist, deren Enden mittels bekannter Befestigungselemente (8.2) an beiden Seiten der Zuglasche (8.1) des unteren Roll-Ladens (8) befestigt sind, wobei unterhalb der Bandrollen (10.10) jeweils paarweise Führungsrollen (13) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen das jeweilige bandförmige Zugmittel (11) eng neben den ersten Führungsschienen (6), bzw. den zweiten Führungsschienen (7), parallel zu diesen führbar ist und1.3 an der Antriebswelle (10.1) sind wahlweise eine übliche Gurtrolle (10.11), ein Motor (10.9), ein üblicher Rohrmotor oder eine übliche Schnurkurbel anbringbar.
- Roll-Laden Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Führung des unteren Roll-Ladens (8) in den beiden ersten Führungsschienen (6) auf jeder Seite an der Zuglasche (8.1) des unteren Roll-Ladens (8) ein Eckblech (10.15) befestigt ist, am dem das betreffende Zugmittel (11) befestigt ist, wobei das Zugmittel jeweils eng neben der betreffenden ersten Führungsschiene verläuft.
- Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Wickeltrommeln (10.3) mit Spiralrillen (10.3.1) versehen sind, deren Abstand der Dicke eines seilförmigen Zugmittels (11) entspricht.
- Roll-Laden-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder der beiden Wände (5) je eine Gewindebuchse (10.7) befestigt ist, deren Längsachse identisch ist mit der der Antriebswelle (10.1) und die ein Innengewinde aufweist, das mit dem, auf dem jeweiligen Außenflansch (10.3.2) angebrachten Gewindering (10.6) funktionsmäßig zusammenarbeitet.
