Claims (33)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Konditionierung und zum Applizieren eines Produktes (P), wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    - einen Behälter (3), um ein Produkt (P) zu enthalten,
    - ein Applikationselement (6), das elastisch komprimierbar ist, welches aufweist, eine Schürze bzw. Zylinderfläche (22) zur Befestigung auf dem Behälter, wobei diese Schürze bzw. Zylinderfläche sich um eine Achse (X) erstreckt und eine radiale, innere Fläche (41) darstellt, wobei der Behälter eine Stütze bzw. einen Träger (5) aufweist, der sich im Kontakt zu der radialen inneren Fläche (41) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. - zylinderfläche erstreckt, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Stütze bzw. der Träger (5) über einen Abschnitt von zumindest seiner Höhe bezüglich der Achse (X) in Kontakt zu der radialen inneren Fläche (41) der Schürze bzw. Zylinderfläche zur Befestigung (22) auf weniger als einer vollständigen Drehung um die Achse (X) kommt, und dadurch, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze (5) einen Schacht (19) zum Zuführen von Produkt aufweist, dessen transversaler Querschnitt nicht kreisförmig ist, der in Abstützung gegen die radiale innere Fläche (41) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. - zylinderfläche zu liegen kommt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radiale innere Fläche (41) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) rotationssymmetrisch um die Achse (X) ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der transversale Querschnitt des Schachtes (19) polygonal, insbesondere dreieckig, rechteckig oder hexagonal ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (19) in Kontakt zu der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche über Ecken bzw. Kanten kommt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze bzw. der Träger einen zweiten Schacht (73) im Inneren des ersten aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze bzw. der Träger (5) Ständer bzw. Tragabschnitte (52) aufweist, die sich erstrecken, um in Kontakt zu der radialen inneren Fläche (140) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. - zylinderfläche (22) zu kommen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ständer (52) durch Seitenwände (53) verwirklicht sind, die sich radial zu einem Schacht (50) zur Beförderung vom Produkt erstrecken.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ständer (52) durch Abschnitte eines Zylinders ausgebildet sind, insbesondere durch Abschnitte von koaxialen Zylindern.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze radiale Flügel bzw. Schaufeln (65) aufweist, die durch einen radialen äußeren Rand in Abstützung gegen die radiale innere Fläche (41) der Festlegungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) kommen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel bzw. Schaufeln (65) an einen Schacht (50) zur Förderung des Produktes anschließen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze zumindest zwei Schächte zur Förderung des Produktes, insbesondere mindestens drei Schächte (80) zur Förderung des Produktes aufweist, wobei die Schächte (80) in Abstützung über zumindest eine Mantellinie gegen die innere radiale Fläche (41) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) zu liegen kommen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze eine äußere Schürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (17) aufweist, die zumindest zum Teil in Kontakt zu einer radialen äußeren Fläche (40) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) kommt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze (5) durch einen Abschnitt gebildet wird, der auf einen Körper des Behälters aufgesteckt bzw. daran angestückelt wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement (6) rotationssymmetrisch ist, mit einem äußeren Durchmesser der zwischen 12 und 100 mm liegt.
  15. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger bzw. die Stütze (5) durch ein einziges Stück durch Formung aus Kunststoffmaterial verwirklicht ist, insbesondere mit Mitteln zur Festlegung auf einem Hals (9) des Behälters.
  16. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement (6) zumindest teilweise gegen einen freien Rand (55) der Stütze bzw. des Trägers (5) abgestützt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement zumindest teilweise durch einen freien Rand des Trägers bzw. der Stütze (5) gesperrt bzw. beabstandet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement zumindest einen kreisförmigen bzw. ringförmigen Durchlass (33) aufweist, der radial nach außen offen ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) in Bezug auf den Behälter festgelegt ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche in Bezug auf einen Teil des Behälters bewegbar ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement aus einem Schaum verwirklicht ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Verschlusskappe (8) des Behälters aufweist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe eingerichtet ist, um in einer dichtenden Weise auf dem Behälter festgelegt zu werden.
  24. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (X) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) mit einer Längsachse des Behälters zusammenfällt.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (X) der Befestigungsschürze bzw. -zylinderfläche (22) einen Winkel (α) mit einer longitudinalen Achse (Y) des Behälters erzeugt, der nicht 0 ist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine äußere Seitenwand (83) aufweist, und dadurch, dass das Produkt (P) in Kontakt zu dieser Seitenwand ist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt in einer nachgiebigen bzw. flexiblen Tasche (90) enthalten ist.
  28. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine äußere Seitenwand (83), die flexibel ist, aufweist, zu deren Innenseite die nachgiebige bzw. flexible Tasche angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass der Behälter mit einer Verschlusskappe (93) zum Einlassen von Luft ausgestattet ist, die einen Einlass von Luft in den Raum (91) zwischen der Tasche und der äußeren Seitenwand ermöglicht, und dadurch, dass die Tasche mit einer Verschlusskappe (96) zum Auslassen ausgestattet ist, die eine gleichgerichtete Zirkulation des Produktes hin zum Träger bzw. zur Stütze (5) und zum Applikationselement (6) ermöglicht.
  29. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ein kosmetisches Produkt (P) enthält.
  30. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aufweist:
    - einen ersten Raum, der einen Vorrat des Produktes enthält,
    - eine Seitenwand (10), die sich zwischen dem ersten Raum und dem Applikationselement erstreckt,
    - mindestens einen ersten Schacht (73), der sich an der Seitenwand abstützt,
    - einen zweiten Raum in Inneren des ersten Schachtes,
    - mindestens eine Öffnung, die die Seitenwand durchdringt, und in den ersten und zweiten Raum mündet,
    - einen dritten Raum (74), der dazu in der Lage ist, mit Produkt versorgt zu werden und der zumindest teilweise von dem zweiten Raum durch zumindest den ersten Schacht getrennt ist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aufweist:
    - einen ersten Raum, der einen Vorrat des Produktes enthält,
    - eine Seitenwand (10), die sich zwischen dem ersten Raum und dem Applikationselement erstreckt,
    - zumindest einen ersten Schacht, der an der Seitenwand abgestützt ist,
    - einen zweiten Raum (19) der innerhalb des ersten Schachtes ist,
    - mehrere Öffnungen (70), die in den ersten und zweiten Raum münden.
  32. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Einrichtung zur Verteilung (100) aufweist, die durch den Anwender bedienbar ist, um das Applikationselement mit Produkt zu versorgen.
  33. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese ein temporäres Verschlusssystem (107, 108) zu einer Verbindung zwischen einem Raum des Behälters, der das Produkt enthält, und dem Applikationselement aufweist.
