Definitions

  • the present invention relates to devices for packaging and applying at least one cosmetic or dermatological product, for example a make-up or body care product, face or hair.
  • the product is likely to remain contained in the pores of the foam without being able to be applied, resulting in a loss of product, particularly in the case where the foam has to be cleaned several times during life of the device.
  • the application element can be difficult to achieve with a foam that would be both highly compressible so as to provide comfort of use but which nevertheless have sufficient strength for mounting on the device
  • the foam may generate during use an abrasion sensation that may not be desirable.
  • packaging and application devices are known in which the application surface is defined by a nonporous membrane traversed by one or more orifices.
  • Such devices are generally used for the application of a deodorant or massage product, for which the application conditions are less critical than for a makeup product, which often requires a relatively uniform deposit without defect. visible application.
  • the patent GB 1 170 341 discloses an applicator having an elastic membrane and a porous upper portion comprising a rubber foam coated with nylon ® .
  • applicators are known that are more particularly intended for the application of lipstick.
  • Such application devices are described in particular in the patents US 3,807,881 , US 5,131,773 and US 6,745,781 .
  • the application surface is defined by a flocked grid which can be made of a flexible material to facilitate its implementation on a support part. Such a grid is not intended to move relative to the support piece during application.
  • applicators for the application of a stain remover comprise, for example, a loop fabric resting on a rigid support, as disclosed in FIG. JP 5-28226 / 1993 .
  • the membrane is flexible and / or mounted on the support and / or the reservoir so as to present a possibility of deformation and / or displacement relative to the support and / or the reservoir leading to a reduction in volume of the internal space of the at least 0.1 ml.
  • Such a variation of the volume of the interior space can allow to create a slight overpressure facilitating the exit of the product.
  • the volume decrease may be at least 0.5 ml, more preferably at least 1 mol, more preferably at least 1.5 ml, 2 ml or 3 ml.
  • the decrease in volume may be due to a deformation of the membrane which may be flexible or to a displacement of the membrane when the latter is rigid.
