Abstract

Ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz (4), insbesondere Markise, zur Anbringung an Baukonstruktionen (1), insbesondere oberhalb von Bauten und Wintergärten, mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch (5), dessen vorderes Ende an einem Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, sowie mit mindestens zwei Führungsschienen (2, 3), auf denen Gleitteile, an denen das Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, verfahrbar geführt sind, wobei an jeder Führungsschiene (2, 3) mindestens ein Hebelarm (7, 8) angeordnet ist, dessen erstes Ende (9, 10) an dem entlang der Führungsschiene (2, 3) beweglichen Gleitteil, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende (11, 12) am Ausfahrprofil (6) entlang des Ausfahrprofils beweglich angelenkt ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz, insbesondere Markise, zur Anbringung an Baukonstruktionen, insbesondere oberhalb von Bauten und Wintergärten, mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch, dessen vorderes Ende an einem Ausfahrprofil befestigt ist, sowie mit mindestens zwei Führungsschienen, auf denen Gleitteile verfahrbar geführt sind.
Zur Beschattung einer Baukonstruktion, wie beispielsweise eines Wintergartens oder einer Pergola, ist es bekannt, an dieser Baukonstruktion einen ausfahrbaren Sonnenschutz anzubringen. Dabei ist es wünschenswert, den Sonnenschutz so zu gestalten, dass er seitlich und in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion hinausragt, um einen Schutz gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung zu bieten. Aus der DE 197 17 654 und der DE 40 15 995 ist es bekannt, das Ausfahrprofil so breit auszuführen, dass das Markisentuch zu beiden Seiten die Führungsschienen weit überragt. Dagegen wird der Bereich an der Vorderseite nicht oder nur wenig überragt.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Sonnenschutz der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass bei einfacher Konstruktion und Handhabung sowie bei geringer Bauhöhe ein beliebig weit in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion hinausragender Bereich überdeckt und beschattet wird, wobei beliebig weit in dem Sinne zu verstehen ist, dass der hinausragende Bereich nicht durch beispielsweise die Länge der Führungsschienen oder den Abstand zwischen den Führungsschienen beschränkt ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass an jeder Führungsschiene mindestens ein Hebelarm angeordnet ist, dessen erstes Ende an dem entlang der Führungsschiene beweglichen Gleitteil, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende am Ausfahrprofil entlang des Ausfahrprofils beweglich angelenkt ist oder dadurch, dass an jeder Führungsschiene mindestens ein Gelenkarm angeordnet ist, dessen erstes Ende an dem entlang der Führungsschiene beweglichen Gleitteil, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende am Ausfahrprofil angelenkt ist.
Hierdurch kann das Ausfahrprofil des Sonnenschutzes mit dem Tuch in Ausfahrrichtung über das vordere Ende der Führungsschienen und somit auch über das vordere Ende der Baukonstruktion, wie beispielsweise ein Wintergarten, hinausgefahren werden, so dass der Sonnenschutz den Wintergarten weit in Ausfahrrichtung überragt, so dass auch die Vorderseite des Objektes gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung beschattet ist und darüber hinaus auch eine Beschattung des Platzes vor der Baukonstruktion, wie beispielsweise einer Terrasse, möglich ist. Hierbei benötigt die einfache Konstruktion keine größere Bauhöhe. Die Ausfahrweite des erfindungsgemäßen Sonnenschutzes, das heißt der über die Baukonstruktion hinausragende Bereich, ist dabei nicht durch beispielsweise die Länge der Führungsschienen oder den Abstand zwischen den Führungsschienen beschränkt.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gegeben.
Bei der Verwendung von Hebelarmen wird vorgeschlagen, dass jedes der entlang des Ausfahrprofils beweglichen vorderen Enden der Hebelarme in jeweils einer Führung im Ausfahrprofil geführt wird, wobei die Führungen mehrerer Hebelarme in dem Ausfahrprofil übereinander angeordnet sein können, so dass sich die Verfahrwege der Enden der Hebelarme überschneiden können.
Die Hebelarme oder Gelenkarme können mittels Zug- oder Druckfedern, insbesondere Schraubenfedern oder Gasdruckfedern, beaufschlagt sein.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Schwenkebene der Hebelarme oder Gelenkarme gegenüber der Ebene der Führungsschienen insbesondere nach unten geneigt.
Die Gleitteile auf den Führungsschienen können durch Antriebsmittel, insbesondere ein umlaufendes Zugmittel, ein Zahnstangen/Ritzel-Getriebe, eine Gewindestange oder ein Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat angetrieben und mittels dieses Antriebsmittels entlang der Führungsschienen verfahrbar sein.
Die Endposition der Gleitteile auf den Führungsschienen kann durch eine Wegbegrenzung des Antriebsmittels definiert sein. Alternativ dazu kann die Endposition der Gleitteile auf den Führungsschienen durch einen Endanschlag an den Führungsschienen definiert sein.
Im völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand ragt der Sonnenschutz in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion, insbesondere einen Wintergarten, hinaus.
Vorzugsweise ragt der Sonnenschutz zumindest zu einer der beiden Seiten über die Baukonstruktion hinaus, so dass die Baukonstruktion an der Vorderseite und/oder seitlich gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung geschützt ist.
Die Gleitteile laufen auf der dem Dach abgewandten Seite der Führungsschienen, so dass der Sonnenschutz insgesamt oberhalb der Baukonstruktion, insbesondere des Wintergartens, angebracht ist.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindungen sind in den Zeichnungen in perspektivischer Ansicht dargestellt und werden im Folgenden näher beschrieben.

Auf der Oberseite einer Baukonstruktion 1, insbesondere eines Wintergartens, sind mindestens zwei Führungsschienen 2, 3 montiert. Die Führungsschienen 2, 3 können alternativ durch die Baukonstruktion 1 selbst gebildet sein.
Oberhalb der Baukonstruktion 1 ist ein ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz 4, insbesondere eine Markise, mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch 5, dessen vorderes Ende an einem Ausfahrprofil 6 befestigt ist, vorgesehen. Auf den Führungsschienen 2, 3 sind Gleitteile verfahrbar geführt. An jeder Führungsschiene 2, 3 ist ein Hebelarm 7, 8 angeordnet, dessen erstes Ende 9, 10 an dem entlang der Führungsschiene beweglichen Gleitteil, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende 11, 12 am Ausfahrprofil 6 entlang des Ausfahrprofils 6 beweglich angelenkt ist. Das entlang der Führungsschiene 2, 3 bewegliche Gleitteil, an dem das erste Ende 9, 10 der Hebelarme 7, 8 angelenkt ist, kann auch dadurch gebildet werden, dass der Anlenkbolzen der Hebelarme 9,10 verfahrbar in der Führungsschiene 2,3 geführt ist, so dass auf ein zusätzliches Bauteil wie ein Schlitten verzichtet werden kann.
Vorzugsweise ist jedes der entlang des Ausfahrprofils 6 beweglichen vorderen Enden 11, 12 der Hebelarme 7, 8 in jeweils einer Führung geführt, wobei die Führungen mehrerer Hebelarme 7, 8, vorzugsweise in dem Ausfahrprofil 6, übereinander angeordnet sind, so dass sich die Verfahrwege entlang der des Ausfahrprofils 6 beweglichen vorderen Enden 11, 12 kreuzen können, wie dies bei dem in Fig. 3 dargestellten, nur teilweise ausgefahrenen Zustand erkennbar wird.
Die Hebelarme 7, 8 sind mittels Zugfedern, insbesondere Schraubenfedern 13, 14 beaufschlagt , so dass ein Ausfahren des Sonnenschutzes über das Ende der Führungsschienen hinaus automatisch erfolgt, sobald von dem Tuchwickel das Tuch 5 weiter abgerollt wird.
Die Gleitteile können auf den Führungsschienen durch Antriebsmittel, insbesondere ein umlaufendes Zugmittel, ein Zahnstangen/Ritzel-Getriebe, eine Gewindestange oder ein Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat angetrieben sein und mittels eines solchen Antriebsmittels entlang der Führungsschiene 2, 3 verfahren werden.
Die Endposition der Gleitteile auf den Führungsschienen 2, 3 kann durch eine Wegbegrenzung des Antriebsmittels definiert sein oder alternativ durch einen Endanschlag an den Führungsschienen 2, 3.
Im völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand ragt der Sonnenschutz in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion 1 hinaus, so dass die Baukonstruktion nach vorne gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung geschützt wird, insbesondere kann auch der Platz vor der Baukonstruktion, wie beispielsweise eine Terrasse, durch den Sonnenschutz überragt werden und somit beschattet sein.
Weiterhin kann der Sonnenschutz zumindest zu einer der beiden Seiten über die Baukonstruktion hinausragen, so dass auch eine seitliche Beschattung gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung gegeben ist.
In einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4 ist an der Oberseite einer Baukonstruktion 1, die zwei Führungsschienen 2, 3 aufweist, ein ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz 4 mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch 5 vorgesehen.
Das vordere Ende des Tuches 5 ist an einem Ausfahrprofil 6 befestigt. An jeder Führungsschiene 2, 3 ist mindestens ein Gelenkarm 15, 16 angeordnet, dessen erstes Ende 17, 18 an einem entlang der Führungsschiene 2, 3 beweglichen Gleitteil, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende 19, 20 am Ausfahrprofil 6 angelenkt ist. Mittels der Gelenkarme 15, 16 kann der Sonnenschutz über das vordere Ende der Führungsschienen 2, 3 und somit auch über das vordere Ende der Baukonstruktion 1 in Ausfahrrichtung hinaus ausgefahren werden, so dass die vordere Seite der Baukonstruktion gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung beschattet ist.
In Fig. 5 dargestellt ist eine dritte Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Sonnenschutzes, der grundsätzlich einen ähnlichen Aufbau wie die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 4 aufweist (gleiche Bezugszeichen bezeichnen gleiche Bauteile), wobei hier die Schwenkebene der Gelenkarme 15, 16 gegenüber der Ebene der Führungsschienen 2, 3 um einen Winkel α nach unten geneigt ist.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform können die Hebelarme 7, 8 oder die Gelenkarme 15, 16 im teilweisen oder völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand gegenüber der Ebene der Führungsschienen 2, 3 nach oben und/oder unten schwenkbar sein.
Vorzugsweise kann ein verfahrbares Stützprofil als Tuchstützprofil 21 vorgesehen sein, an dem das Tuch anliegt und in Schwenkrichtung umgelenkt wird. Das Tuchstützprofil 21 ist vorzugsweise an den Führungsschienen 2, 3 vor und zurück verfahrbar. Hierzu kann es an den vorgesehenen Gleitteilen und/oder an gesonderten Schlittenelementen befestigt sein.
Im völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand ragt der Sonnenschutz in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion 1 hinaus.
Der Sonnenschutz kann so dimensioniert sein, dass er zumindest zu einer der beiden Seiten über die Baukonstruktion hinausragt, so dass die Baukonstruktion, insbesondere ein Wintergarten, auch seitlich gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung abgeschattet werden kann.
Vorzugsweise verläuft das erste Ausfahrprofil 6 auf der dem Dach der Baukonstruktion 1 abgewandten Seite der Führungschienen 2,3.
Der Sonnenschutz kann alternativ auch in der Weise ausgeführt sein, dass das Ausfahrprofil 6 zwischen den Führungsschienen 2, 3 geführt wird und somit in der Ebene der Führungsschienen 2, 3 liegt und in der Breite durch die Führungsschienen 2, 3 begrenzt ist. In diesem Fall kann der Sonnenschutz lediglich in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion 1 hinausragen.
Die über die Baukonstruktion hinausragende Ausfahrweite des erfindungsgemäßen Sonnenschutzes ist somit beliebig dimensionierbar und nicht von der Größe der abzuschattenden Baukonstruktion 1, insbesondere der Länge der Führungsschienen 2,3 abhängig, so dass die Baukonstruktion 1 in Ausfahrrichtung gegen schrägeinfallende Sonnenstrahlung abgeschattet werden kann und/oder ein Bereich in Ausfahrrichtung außerhalb der Baukonstruktion, beispielsweise eine Terrasse, überdeckt und ebenfalls abgeschattet werden kann.
Anstelle von Gleitteilen oder Schlitten können auch Wagen angeordnet sein.

Claims (18)

  1. Ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz (4), insbesondere Markise, zur Anbringung an Baukonstruktionen (1), insbesondere oberhalb von Bauten und Wintergärten, mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch (5), dessen vorderes Ende an einem Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, sowie mit mindestens zwei Führungsschienen (2, 3), auf denen Gleitteile oder Wagen, an denen das Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, verfahrbar geführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Führungsschiene (2, 3) mindestens ein Hebelarm (7, 8) angeordnet ist, dessen erstes Ende (9, 10) an dem entlang der Führungsschiene (2, 3) beweglichen Gleitteil oder Wagen, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende (11, 12) am Ausfahrprofil (6) entlang des Ausfahrprofils beweglich angelenkt ist.
  2. Ausfahrbarer Sonnenschutz (4), insbesondere Markise, zur Anbringung an Baukonstruktionen (1), insbesondere oberhalb von Bauten und Wintergärten, mit einem von einem Tuchwickel abrollbaren Tuch (5), dessen vorderes Ende an einem Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, sowie mit mindestens zwei Führungsschienen (2, 3), auf denen Gleitteile oder Wagen, an denen das Ausfahrprofil (6) befestigt ist, verfahrbar geführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jeder Führungsschiene (2, 3) mindestens ein Gelenkarm (15, 16) angeordnet ist, dessen erstes Ende (17, 18) an dem entlang der Führungsschiene (2, 3) beweglichen Gleitteil oder Wagen, insbesondere Schlitten, angelenkt ist und dessen zweites vorderes Ende (19, 20) am Ausfahrprofil (6) angelenkt ist.
  3. Sonnenschutz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der entlang des Ausfahrprofils (6) beweglichen vorderen Enden (11, 12) der Hebelarme (7, 8) in jeweils einer Führung geführt wird.
  4. Sonnenschutz nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen mehrerer Hebelarme (7, 8) in dem Ausfahrprofil (6) übereinander angeordnet sind.
  5. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelarme (7, 8) oder Gelenkarme (15, 16) mittels Zug- oder Druckfedern, insbesondere Schraubenfedern (13, 14) oder Gasdruckfedern, beaufschlagt sind.
  6. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkebene der Hebelarme (7, 8) oder Gelenkarme (15, 16) gegenüber der Ebene der Führungsschienen (2, 3) insbesondere nach unten geneigt ist.
  7. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebelarme (7, 8) oder Gelenkarme (15, 16) im teilweisen oder völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand gegenüber der Ebene der Führungsschienen (2, 3) nach oben und/oder unten schwenkbar ist.
  8. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitteile oder Wagen auf den Führungsschienen (2, 3) durch Antriebsmittel, insbesondere ein umlaufendes Zugmittel, ein Zahnstangen/Ritzel-Getriebe, eine Gewindestange oder ein Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat, angetrieben wird.
  9. Sonnenschutz nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition der Gleitteile oder Wagen auf den Führungsschienen (2, 3) durch eine Wegbegrenzung des Antriebsmittels definiert ist.
  10. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition der Gleitteile oder Wagen auf den Führungsschienen (2, 3) durch einen Endanschlag definiert ist.
  11. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sonnenschutz zumindest im völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand in Ausfahrrichtung über die Baukonstruktion (1) hinausragt.
  12. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sonnenschutz zumindest zu einer der beiden Seiten über die Baukonstruktion (1) hinausragt.
  13. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitteile oder Wagen auf der dem Dach abgewandten Seite der Führungsschienen läuft.
  14. Sonnenschutz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sonnenschutz zwischen den Führungsschienen (2, 3) geführt ist.
  15. Sonnenschutz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein an den Führungsschienen (2, 3) angeordnetes, insbesondere verfahrbares Tuchstützprofil (21) vorgesehen ist.
  16. Sonnenschutz nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tuchstützprofil (21) an den Gleitteilen oder Wagen direkt oder über Zwischenteile befestigt ist oder an zusätzlichen Gleitteilen oder Wagen direkt oder über Zwischenteile befestigt ist.
  17. Sonnenschutz nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tuchstützprofil (21) parallel zum Ausfahrprofil (6) angeordnet ist.
  18. Sonnenschutz nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Tuchstützprofils (21) in etwa der Länge des Ausfahrprofils (6) entspricht.
