Claims (13)

1. Beschattungsvorrichtung (S) für einen Baukörper (1), insbesondere für einen Wintergarten oder eine Pergola, mit einer Tuchrolle (2) zum Auf- und Abwickeln eines Markisentuches (3) und einem Antrieb (4) zum Drehen der Tuchrolle (2), wobei das Markisentuch (3) über Führungen in Führungsschienen (6) gehalten ist, die sich beidseitig des Markisentuches (3) in dessen Längsrichtung erstrecken und am Baukörper (1) befe­ stigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tuchrolle (2) ortsfest angeordnet und zwischen zwei Lagerwangen (7) gehalten ist, daß ein Ende (8) des Markisentuches (3) an einer Ausfallstange (9) befestigt ist, die beidseitig mit Führungselementen (5) in den Führungsschienen (6) ge­ halten ist und daß die Ausfallstange (9) mit zumindest einem Auslegerarm (10) verbunden ist, der im Bezug auf die Führungsschiene (6) ortsfest angeordnet ist und in einer durch das Markisentuch (3) bestimmten Endlage kraftbelastet ist.
2. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschienen (6) mit Abstandhaltern (13) am Baukörper (1) festgelegt sind.
3. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tragrohr (14) an den Führungsschienen (6) diese im rechten Winkel überspan­ nend festgelegt ist und am Tragrohr (14) die Lagerwan­ gen (7) gehalten sind.
4. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auslegerarm (10) zwi­ schen dem Baukörper (1) und dem Markisentuch (1) ange­ ordnet ist.
5. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (5) Rollen (15) umfassen, die in den Führungsschienen (6) abrollen.
6. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tuchrolle (2) von ei­ ner an dem Tragrohr (14) abgestützten, die Tuchrolle (2) übergreifenden Abdeckung (16) umgeben ist.
7. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (16) mit der Ausfallstange (9) die Tuchrolle (2) über einen Bogen von etwa 270° überragt.
8. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung (16) an ih­ rem der Ausfallstange (9) zugewandten Rand (18) einen Abstützrand (19) für das Markisentuch (3) trägt.
9. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei eingefahrenem Marki­ sentuch (3) die Ausfallstange (9) unter dem Abstütz­ rand (19) liegt.
10. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausfallstange (9) ei­ nen Volant aufnimmt.
11. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausfallstange (9) ein Antrieb für den Volant vorgesehen ist.
12. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Volant beidseitig in zweiten Führungsschienen (21), die sich den Führungs­ schienen (6) in einem Winkel (α)anschließen, geführt ist.
13. Beschattungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Volant frei hängend an­ geordnet ist.
