Claims (6)
- Brotschneidemaschine mit einem Einlegebereich (13) für einen in Scheiben zu schneidenden Brotlaib, einer Schneideinrichtung (20), mit der von dem Brotlaib sukzessive jeweils eine Scheibe abschneidbar ist, einer Vorschubeinrichtung (1), mit deren Vorschubelement (2) das Brot aus dem Einlegebereich (13) auf die Schneideinrichtung (20) zu verschiebbar ist, mit einem dem Vorschubelement (2) zugeordneten Schneidguthalter (3), der in einer Haltestellung Bewegungen des Brotlaibs parallel zu einer Schnittebene verhindert und in einer Freigabestellung das Einlegen des Brotlaibs und das Entnehmen eines Reststücks ermöglicht, und mit einem Aufnahmebereich für die abgeschnittenen Scheiben, wobei der Schneidguthalter (3) ausgehend von einer Startposition (S), in der er sich in der Freigabestellung befindet, selbsttätig infolge der Vorschubbewegung in die Haltestellung überführbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine mechanische Kopplung zwischen einem Maschinengehäuse (12) und dem Schneidguthalter (3), die bei einer Relativbewegung der beiden vorgenannten Teile die Überführung des Schneidguthalters (3) von der Freigabestellung in die Haltestellung und/oder von der Haltestellung in die Freigabestellung bewirkt.
- Brotschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidguthalter (3) ein mit Zinken (5) versehener Greiferhaken ist, der schwenkbar an einer Greiferwelle (6) befestigt ist, die mittels eines Hebels (7) schwenkbar ist, dessen der Greiferwelle (6) abgewandtes Ende mit einer gehäusefest angeordneten Kulissenführung (18) zusammenwirkt.
- Brotschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulissenführung (18) in einer senkrecht zu einer Aufstandsfläche des Brotlaibs im Einlegebereich (13) verlaufenden Seitenwand (17) angeordnet ist.
- Brotschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigung der Kulissenführung (18) bei der Überführung des Schneidguthalters (3) von der Freigabestellung in die Haltestellung nach Verlassen der Startposition (S) betragsmäßig kleiner ist, als die Steigung der Kulissenführung (18) bei der Überführung des Schneidguthalters (3) von der Haltestellung in die Freigabestellung vor Erreichen der Endposition (E).
- Brotschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidguthalter (3) in der Endposition (E) so weit in Vorschubrichtung verschoben ist, dass ein Reststück des Brotlaibs sich nach seiner Freigabe im Entnahmebereich befindet oder selbsttätig dorthin bewegt.
- Brotschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubbewegung bei der Überführung des Schneidguthalters (3) von der Freigabestellung in die Haltestellung kontinuierlich ist und dass die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit in dieser Phase kleiner als beim anschließenden regulären Schneidbetrieb ist.
