Claims (17)
- Einrichtung (1) zum Beschneiden eines Druckproduktes (2), das mit einer zu beschneidenden Seitenkante voraus einer aus einem stationären Schneidmesser (3) und wenigstens einem mit diesem auf einer kreisförmigen Schneidbahn (11) zusammenwirkenden, an einer umlaufenden Trommel (7) befestigten Gegenmesser (5) gebildeten Schneidvorrichtung (6) zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das etwa quer zur Drehrichtung des Gegenmessers (5) sich erstreckende Schneidmesser (3) eine entlang von aus Mantellinien eines aus der Schneidbahn (11) des Gegenmessers (5) gebildeten Zylindersektors (8) wendelartig verlaufende Schneidkante (9) aufweist, die an einem entlang der Mantellinien des Zylindersektors (8) verlaufenden Messerschaft (10) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerschaft (10) an einem Messerträger (12) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerschaft (10) leistenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerträger (12) eine der am Zylindersektor (8) wendelartig verlaufenden Schneidkante (9) entsprechend ansteigende/abfallende Aufspannfläche (14) zur Befestigung des Schneidmessers (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufspannende des Messerträgers (12) durch eine lösbar befestigte Aufspannleiste (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidmesser (3) an einem Rücken des Messerschafts (10) gegen einen Referenzanschlag (21) an dem Messerträger (12) positionierbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidmesser (3) und/oder das Gegenmesser (5) entlang der Schneidbahn (11) verstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (9) des Schneidmessers (3) durch eine Hartmetallklinge gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante (9) des Schneidmessers (3) auf einer von der Schneidbahn (11) abgewandten flachen Seite nachschleifbar ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerträger (12) um die Drehachse (4) des Gegenmessers (5) verschwenkbar und feststellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (6) eine rotierende Schneidtrommel (22) aufweist, an der wenigstens ein Gegenmesser (5) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenmesser (5) eine parallel zu den Mantellinien des durch die Kreisbahn (11) gebildeten Zylinders resp. zur Drehachse (4) der Schneidtrommel (22) verlaufende Messerkante aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenmesser (5) radial zur Drehachse (4) der Schneidtrommel (22) zustellbar ausgebildet und feststellbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidmesser 3) um die Drehachse (4) der Schneidtrommel 22) verschwenk- und feststellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidtrommel (22) durch mehrere die Tromelböden (31, 32) der Trommel (7) am Umfang verbindende, parallel zur Drehachse (4) verlaufende Traversen (33) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb der Schneidtrommel (22) ein an dem Messerträger (12) befestigter, Späne aufnehmender Sammelkanal (35) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelkanal (35) mit einer Absaugvorrichtung verbunden ist.
