Claims (9)
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal (1), umfassendeinen Abführungskanal (4), der ein Anfangsende (5) und ein Schlussende (6) besitzt,ein Gebläse (7), das funktional mit dem Abführungskanal (4) verbunden ist, um Gas und Fremdstoffe in dem Abführungskanal zu bewegen (4),einen Motor zum Antrieb des Gebläses (7),eine plattenförmige Dichtfläche (2) zum Dichten des Anfangsendes (5) des Abführungskananals, welche Dichtfläche (2) eine Öffnung (5) des Anfangsendes des Abführungskanals hat und welche Dichtfläche (2) substantiell größer ist als der Querschnitt des Anfangsendes des Abführungskanals,
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Rauchkanal (4) in einem Abstand von der Öffnung (5) des Anfangsendes eine Durchführung (13) für Kehrleine gebildet ist.
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse ein Axialgebläse (7) ist.
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens eine Lichtquelle umfasst, aus der das Licht so ausgerichtet werden kann, dass es den aus dem Abführungskanal (4) ausgeströmten Gaslauf leuchtet.
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (10) eine Leuchtdiode ist (10).
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (10) in der Nähe des Schlussendes (6) des Abführungskanals ausgeführt ist.
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmige Dichtfläche (2) mit Biegeelementen (14) versehen ist, durch Biegen längs welcher die Größe der Dichtfläche (2) nach dem jeweiligen Bedarf angepasst werden kann.
- Unterdruckgebläse für Rauchkanal nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegeelemente (14) in die plattenförmige Dichtfläche (2) gebildete Nuten oder Vertiefungen sind.
- Kehrverfahren, in dem der zu kehrende Rauchkanal mit einem Unterdruckgebläse (1) für Rauchkanal abgeblasen wird, der ein Gebläse und eine plattenförmige Dichtfläche (2) umfasst, welcher Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:Dichten eines Anfansgsendes (5) des Abführungskanals des Gebläses gegen den abzublasenden Rauchkanal mittels der Dichtfläche (2),Anschalten des Gebläses (7) zum Absaugen von Gas und Fremdstoffen aus dem Rauchkanal,Kehren des Rauchkanals,
