Description

Verbinderanordnung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbinderanordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Solche Verbinderanordnungen eignen sich insbesondere zum Ineinanderstecken von Steckgesichtern mit einer großen Anzahl von Steckerstiften, so daß die erforderliche Einfügungskraft groß ist. Durch den Querschieber mit Kulissenrampen, der über einen Schwenkhebel betätigt* wird, läßt sich das Einfügen durch Ausnutzung der Hebelgesetze erleichtern. Die dazu notwendigen Kulissennuten und Kulissensteine sind in der Regel an den breitesten Seitenwänden der 'Steckverbinder angebracht, wobei durch elastisches Verbiegen der Seitenwände die Kulissensteine in die an beiden Enden geschlossenen Kulissennuten eingeführt wurden. Wenn die Kulissensteine in den Nuten sitzen, schnappen die Seitenwände in ihre ursprüngliche Stellung elastisch zurück, so daß der Querschieber und/ oder der Schwenkhebel montiert sind. Diese Vorgehensweise eignet sich nicht für eine automatische Montage, was den Fertigungsprozeß verlängert und somit verteuert. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Verbinderanordnung dahingehend zu verbessern, daß sie sich für eine maschinelle Montage eignet.
Diese Aufgabe wird anspruchsgemäß gelöst. In den Unteransprüchen sind Merkmale bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele gekennzeichnet.
Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, alle notwendigen Kulissen an einer Seite offen zu gestalten, so daß ein Aufbiegen von Gehäusewänden zur Einführung der Kulissensteine nicht notwendig wird. Weitere Vorkehrungen und bestimmte Anordnungsgeometrien der offenen Enden sorgen dafür, daß die Kulissensteine nicht unbeabsichtigt aus den Kulissennuten heraustreten können.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Darin zeigen:
Fig. 1 zwei komplementäre Gehäuse der erfindungsgemäßen Verbinderanordnung; Fig. 2 den von einem Schwenkhebel betätigten Querschieber; und Fig. 3 den Schwenkhebel in perspektivischer Ansicht.
In Fig. 1 erkennt man ein erstes Gehäuse 1, in dem eine Buchsenanordnung 4 das Steckgesicht bildet. An der Rückseite des Gehäuses 1 befinden sich die Lagerschalen 11 zur Aufnahme der Lagersteine 16 des Schwenkhebels 5 und Kreissegmentkulissen 9. Die Kreissegmentkulissen 9 sind an einem Ende durch eine gerade Verlängerung in Gegenrichtung zur Steckrichtung offen. Somit sind die Lagerschale 11 und die Kreissegmentkulisse 9 zur gleichen Seite hin offen, so daß der Schwenkhebel 5 von hinten in Steckrichtung mit seinen Kulissensteinen bzw. Lagersteinen 16, 18 eingeführt werden kann. Die Lagerschale 11 weist an einer Seite einen schräg zur Steckrichtung verlaufenden Federarm 17 auf, dessen freies Ende beim Einfügen des Lagersteins durch diesen weggeschwenkt wird, um in die Ausgangsstellung zurückzufedern, wenn der Lagerstein 16 seine Endposition erreicht hat. Dadurch wird der Lagerstein 16 in seiner Endstellung verriegelt.
Das zweite Gehäuse 2 weist eine komplementäre Anordnung Steckerstifte 3 auf. Ferner sind Kulissensteine 12a, 12b gezeigt, die in entsprechende Kulissennuten 7a, 7b des in Fig. 2 gezeigten Querschiebers 6 eingeführt werden. Auch die Kulissennuten 7a, 7b des Querschiebers 6 sind in Steckrichtung offen, so daß die Kulissensteine 12a, 12b ohne Verbiegen der Querschieberwände einführbar sind. Die rampenförmigen Kulissennuten 7a, 7b sind anders als die Kreissegmentkulissennuten 9 nicht durchgängig, sondern bilden lediglich Rillen in den Innenwänden der Querschieberwände 6. An den Öffnungen 7c, 7d sind Zungen mit Rastnasen 14 ausgebildet, wobei die schrägen Rastnasen von den Kulissensteinen 12a, 12b beim Einfügen überwunden werden müssen, um in die Kulissenrampen zu gelangen. Auf diese Weise ist die Verbindung verliersicher gestaltet und erlaubt ein schnelles maschinelles Einfügen der Verbinderteile ineinander.
Fig. 3 zeigt den Schwenkhebel 5 in perspektivischer Ansicht. Man erkennt die Lagersteine 16 und die Kulissen steine 18, die in an den Außenwänden des Querschiebers 6 angebrachten Nuten 8, die entgegen der Steckrichtμng offen sind, eingeführt werden und die den Querschieber bei Verdrehen des Schwenkhebels quer zur Steckrichtung verschieben, wodurch die Kulissensteine 12a, 12b die Rampen der Kulissen 7a, 7b hinaufwandern, wodurch gleichzeitig die beiden Steckverbindergehäuse 1, 2 aufeinander zu bewegt werden und Steckerstifte und Steckerbuchsen ineinandergeschoben werden.
Die vorstehende Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nicht einschränkend zu verstehen, sondern dient lediglich zur Erläuterung der in den Ansprüchen beschriebenen Erfindung.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verbinderanordnung mit einem ersten (1) und einem zweiten (2) Gehäuse, die jeweils eine Stecker- (3) bzw. Buchsen(4)- Anordnung aufnehmen und über einen von einem an einem Gehäuse gelagerten Schwenkhebel (5) gesteuerten Querschieber (6) mit Kulissenrampen (7a, 7b) zusammenführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Kulissennuten bzw. Rampen (7a, 7b, 8) und das Lager des Schwenkhebels in Steckrichtung offen sind, um ein Einfügen der jeweiligen Kulissen- bzw. Lagersteine zu ermöglichen.

Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Steckende des ersten Gehäuses gelegene Seite der Kulissenrampen (7a, 7b) des Querschiebers (6) jeweils eine zur Steckrichtung parallele Öffnung (7c, 7d) zur Aufnahme von am zweiten Gehäuse (2) entsprechend angeordneten Kulissensteinen (12a, 12b) aufweist und im Kulissenboden jeweils im Bereich der Öffnung erste Federrastarme (13a, 13b) ausgebildet sind.
3. Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Rastarme an ihrem freien Ende eine zur Öffnung hin schräg abfallende Rastnase (14) aufweisen, deren Rückseite zur Sperrung des Kulissensteins eine Rastschulter (15) hat.
4. Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (13a, 13b) der Kulissenrampen (7a, 7b) sich zum Steckende des ersten Gehäuses (1) hin aufweiten.
5. Verbinderanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkhebel (5) in zwei Lagerschalen (11) am ersten Gehäuse (1) gelagert ist, die in Steckrichtung offen sind und die Lagersteine (16) des Schwenkhebels (5) durch je einen zweiten elastischen Federarm (17) an einer Seite der Lager- schalenöff ung sichern.
6. Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten elastischen Federarme (17) an einem Ansatz des ersten Gehäuses (1) neben den Lagerschalen (11) angeordnet sind, derart, daß ihr freies Ende jeweils die Lagersteine (16) in den Lagerschalen (11) sichert.
7. Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten elastischen Federarme (17) sich schräg zur Steckrichtung erstrecken.
8. Verbinderanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuse (1) eine entgegen der Steckrichtung offene teilweise zur Lagerschale konzentrische Kreissegmentkulisse (9) aufweist.
9. Verbinderanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die offene Seite (10) der Kreissegmentkulisse (9) sich parallel zur Steckrichtung erstreckt.
10. Verbinderanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschieber (6) eine zur Steckrichtung parallele entgegen der Steckrichtung offene Kulisse (8) aufweist, die in unbetätigter Stellung des Schwenkhebels (5) unter der Öffnung der Kreissegmentkulisse liegt, um den jeweiligen Kulissenstein (18) des Schwenkhebels (5) aufzunehmen.
