Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbinderanordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Solche Verbinderanordnungen eignen sich insbesondere zum Ineinanderstecken von Steckgesichtern mit einer großen Anzahl von Steckerstiften, so daß die erforderliche Einfügungskraft groß ist. Durch den Querschieber mit Kulissenrampen, der über einen Schwenkhebel betätigt* wird, läßt sich das Einfügen durch Ausnutzung der Hebelgesetze erleichtern. Die dazu notwendigen Kulissennuten und Kulissensteine sind in der Regel an den breitesten Seitenwänden der 'Steckverbinder angebracht, wobei durch elastisches Verbiegen der Seitenwände die Kulissensteine in die an beiden Enden geschlossenen Kulissennuten eingeführt wurden. Wenn die Kulissensteine in den Nuten sitzen, schnappen die Seitenwände in ihre ursprüngliche Stellung elastisch zurück, so daß der Querschieber und/ oder der Schwenkhebel montiert sind. Diese Vorgehensweise eignet sich nicht für eine automatische Montage, was den Fertigungsprozeß verlängert und somit verteuert.
