Claims (15)

  1. Broyeur agitateur avec une cuve de broyage et un arbre d'agitation tournant dans celle-ci, sur lequel plusieurs éléments broyeurs en forme de disque (12) formés de disques annulaires sont disposées en rangée, caractérisé en ce que chaque disque annulaire se compose de plusieurs segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70), ce qui permet de remplacer séparément des éléments broyeurs (12) sans démonter les autres éléments broyeurs de l'arbre d'agitation.
  2. Broyeur agitateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont assemblés à un moyeu (38).
  3. Broyeur agitateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (38) est en plusieurs parties et est relié aux segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) par des assemblages pouvant être défaits.
  4. Broyeur agitateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le joint de séparation (62, 62') entre les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) est décalé par rapport aux joints de séparation (64, 64') des segments de moyeu d'un angle de 15° à 90°.
  5. Broyeur agitateur selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 64, 66, 68, 70) sont reliés aux segments de moyeu par des assemblages vissés orientés parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (A) ou dans le sens radial.
  6. Broyeur agitateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les faces avant et/ou arrière des segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont munies au niveau des vissages de couvertures (78, 80) pouvant être mises en place a posteriori.
  7. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 64, 66, 68, 70) sont enduits et sont reliés au moyeu (38) par des éléments d'assemblage et les bras (28, 30) des éléments de disque butent bout à bout les uns sur les autres.
  8. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont reliés au moyeu (38) par des assemblages vissés qui s'étendent de la zone des ouvertures (36) jusqu'à la zone du moyeu (38).
  9. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (38) présente un épaulement radial (72) sur lequel les segments de disque (65, 66, 68, 70) sont fixés.
  10. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le disque annulaire se compose de deux à cinq segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) pouvant être serrés ensemble.
  11. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) s'appuient chacun sur une saillie vers l'avant et l'arrière (32, 34) sur des segments de disque voisins.
  12. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont munis d'un revêtement en plastique ou en caoutchouc (26).
  13. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments broyeurs (12) se composent de deux segments de disque qui possèdent des assemblages par rainure et clavette dans leurs bras.
  14. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont reliés directement entre eux par des dispositifs de goupilles ou de vissage ou de serrage sans qu'il y ait aucun moyeu.
  15. Broyeur agitateur selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les segments de disque (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 46, 48, 65, 66, 68, 70) sont munis d'ouvertures (30).
