Claims (7)
- Procédé de traitement d'envois plats, suivant lequel deux ou plusieurs piles, triées d'après l'ordre de distribution, d'envois dont les adresses de destination sont connues sont respectivement individualisées au moyen d'un équipement (3) d'individualisation et dirigées dans un parcours (4) de transport commun puis déposées en une pile commune dans l'ordre de transport, l'individualisation des piles se déroulant dans le temps de telle sorte que, dans le parcours (4) de transport, les envois réunis sont transportés dans l'ordre de distribution sur la base des adresses de destination connues, sachant que sont disposés sur le parcours (4) de transport une unité (6) d'identification pour déterminer les adresses de destination sur les envois et un agencement (7) de capteurs détectant les arêtes avant et arrière des envois, et procédé suivant lequel les envois sont ensuite répartis par un aiguillage (8) sur deux parcours (9, 10) de transport consécutifs, qui sont à nouveau réunis à leurs extrémités et dont au moins un comporte un module (11, 12) de freinage/accélération, sachant que les envois qui se succèdent en amont de l'aiguillage (8) sont, si l'unité (6) d'identification détermine un ordre de succession inversé, déplacés les uns par rapport aux autres dans le flux d'envois de telle sorte qu'une fois réunis, les envois sont transportés plus loin, afin d'être déposés en une pile, dans l'ordre correct et en respectant un intervalle minimal entre eux.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, suivant lequel, dans le cas d'un ordre de succession inversé, l'envoi respectivement antérieur dans le flux d'envois est, dans l'un (10) des deux parcours de transport consécutifs, déplacé vers l'arrière dans le flux d'envois au moyen d'un module (12) de freinage/accélération qui se trouve dans ce parcours, et l'envoi respectivement postérieur est, dans l'autre parcours (9) de transport consécutif, déplacé vers l'avant dans le flux d'envois au moyen d'un deuxième module (11) de freinage/accélération qui se trouve dans ce parcours.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, suivant lequel le parcours (9) de transport consécutif pour les envois à déplacer vers l'avant est plus court que le parcours (10) de transport pour les envois à déplacer vers l'arrière.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 3, suivant lequel le parcours (9) de transport consécutif pour les envois à déplacer vers l'avant ne comporte pas de module de freinage/accélération, et l'intervalle Lnéc minimal alors nécessaire s'obtient d'après la relation Lnéc = 0,5 * (2 * Lmin + Smax - Smin) , où Lmin = intervalle minimal, Smax = longueur maximale des envois, Smin = longueur minimale des envois.
- Dispositif de traitement d'envois plats, dans lequel deux ou plusieurs piles, triées d'après l'ordre de distribution, d'envois dont les adresses de destination sont connues sont réunies en séquence correcte d'après l'ordre de distribution, transportées puis stockées dans l'ordre de transport, comportant un équipement (3) respectif d'individualisation pour chaque pile et un parcours (4) de transport commun faisant suite aux équipements (3) d'individualisation, l'individualisation des piles se déroulant de telle sorte que, dans le parcours (4) de transport, les envois réunis sont transportés dans l'ordre de distribution sur la base des adresses de destination connues, sachant que sont disposés sur le parcours (4) de transport une unité (6) d'identification pour déterminer les adresses de destination sur les envois et un agencement (7) de capteurs détectant les arêtes avant et arrière des envois, et dispositif dans lequel le parcours (4) de transport commun est relié par l'intermédiaire d'un aiguillage (8) à deux parcours (9, 10) de transport consécutifs, qui sont à nouveau réunis à leurs extrémités et dont au moins un comporte un module (11, 12) de freinage/accélération, sachant que l'aiguillage (8) et le ou les modules (11, 12) de freinage/accélération peuvent être asservis de telle sorte que les envois qui se succèdent en amont de l'aiguillage (8) sont, si l'unité (6) d'identification détermine un ordre de succession inversé, déplacés les uns par rapport aux autres de telle sorte qu'une fois réunis, les envois sont transportés plus loin, afin d'être déposés en une pile, dans l'ordre correct et en respectant un intervalle minimal entre eux.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, dans lequel le parcours (9) de transport consécutif pour les envois à déplacer vers l'avant est plus court que le parcours (10) de transport pour les envois à déplacer vers l'arrière.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, dans lequel le parcours (9) de transport consécutif pour les envois à déplacer vers l'avant est réalisé sans module de freinage/accélération.
