Claims (11)
- Kettenzug mit einem Kettenrad zur formschlüssigen Übertragung der Hubkraft auf die Kette und einer im Bereich des Kettenrades angeordneten Kettenführung zur Führung der Kette, insbesondere Rundgliederkette, auf dem Kettenrad,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenführung (2), das Kettenrad (4) und die Kette (3) zu einer Baueinheit (1) zusammengefasst, die am Kettenzug (7) lösbar befestigt sind. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenführung (2) schwimmend auf dem Kettenrad (4) und der mit dem Kettenrad (4) im Eingriff befindlichen Kette (3) gelagert ist. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenführung (2) in Umlaufrichtung des Kettenrades (4) gesehen gegenüber dem Kettenzug (7), insbesondere dessen Getriebegehäuse (22), verdrehgesichert ist. - Kettenzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenführung (2) aus einem verschleißfesten Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist. - Kettenzug nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kettenrad (4) auf einer Ausgangswelle (16) eines Getriebes (12) des Kettenzugs (7) mittels eines Sicherungsringes (18) axial festgelegt ist und somit die Baueinheit (1) mit dem Kettenzug (7) verbunden wird. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Kettenzuges (7) angrenzend an das Ende der Ausgangswelle (16) ein Einbauraum (21) vorhanden ist, der so bemessen ist, dass die Baueinheit (1) von der Ausgangswelle (16) abgezogen und anschließend seitlich aus dem Kettenzug (7) herausgezogen werden kann. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Einbauraum (21) und die Baueinheit (1) mit einer Abdeckung (14) verschließbar beziehungsweise von dieser freigebbar sind und die Abdeckung (14) an dem Kettenzug (7) lösbar befestigt ist. - Kettenzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baueinheit (1) zusätzlich ein Entflechterblech (20) mit Bohrungen zur Durchführung des Lastrums und des Leertrums der Kette (3), ein an einem Ende der Kette (3) angeordnetes Endstück (5) und ein an dem anderen Ende der Kette (3) angeordnetes Hakengeschirr (6) aufweist. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Endstücks (5) und des Hakengeschirrs (6) jeweils mindestens ein Puffer (8) auf die Kette (3) aufgeschoben und daran befestigt ist und die Puffer (8) auch Bestandteile der Baueinheit (1) sind. - Kettenzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettenführung (2) von einem Gehäuse (2a) gebildet ist, im dem auch die Kette (3) und das Kettenrad (4) aufgenommen sind. - Kettenzug nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2a) der Kettenführung (2) zur Aufnahme der Kette (3) und das Kettenrad (4) längsgeteilt ist.
