- Verfahren zur Reinigung der Mischtrommel (2) eines Transportbetonfahrzeugs (1), wobei die Mischtrommel (2) einen Einfüllbereich (3) und einen Auslaufbereich (4) für Transportbeton umfasst, mit nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritten:dem Einfahren des Transportbetonfahrzeugs (1) in einen Begrenzungsflächen (10, 11, 12, 13) eines Reinigungsbereichs (17) aufweisenden Reinigungsplatz (9),dem Reinigen von Innenseiten (7) und Außenseiten (8) des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) und des Auslaufbereichs (4, 6) der Fahrmischertrommel (2) mit aus Sprüh-/Spritzköpfen (14, 15; 23, 28, 37) austretenden Druckwasserstrahlen (16).
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckniveau und der aus den Sprüh-/Spritzköpfen (14, 15; 23, 28, 37) austretenden Druckwasserstrahlen (16) an einer Druckregelungseinheit (54) regelbar ist.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den Druckwasserstrahlen (16) abgespülte Betonreste einer unterhalb von Zulaufblechen (18) vorgesehenes Becken (19) oder einer Restbetonauswaschanlage (43) zugeführt werden oder unmittelbar über dem Auslaufbereich (4, 6) der Fahrmischertrommel einer Mulde (44) der Restbetonauswaschanlage (43) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über die Sprüh-/Spritzköpfen (14, 15; 23, 28, 37) ein über eine Dosiereinrichtung (50) zuführbares, Anbackungen von Beton hemmendes Trennmittel aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprüh-/Spritzköpfe (14, 15) in Begrenzungsflächen (10, 13) seitlich des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) und des Auslaufbereichs (4, 6) der Fahrmischertrommel (2) integriert sind sowie in eine den Reinigungsplatz (9) begrenzende Dachfläche (12) zur Reinigung der Innenseite (7) des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) der Fahrmischertrommel (2) integriert sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem oder mehrerer der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprüh-/Spritzköpfe (23, 28) an starren Armen (24, 25, 26) eines Rahmens (20) aufgenommen sind, welcher den Reinigungsbereich (17) eingrenzt und der Rahmen (20) innerhalb des Reinigungsplatzes (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (20) einen Zentralarm (26) aufweist, der an einem Rahmenquerträger (22, 27) aufgenommen ist und oberhalb des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) der in den Reinigungsplatz (9) eingefahrenen Fahrmischertrommel (2) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprüh-/Spritzköpfe (23, 28) an Gelenkarmen (31, 32), die über Antriebe (30) an einem Rahmen (20) in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung (42) verfahrbar sind, sowie an einem Rahmenquerträger (22, 27) aufgenommen sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkarme (31, 32) jeweils eine Gelenkstelle (33) aufweisen, an welcher ein erster Gelenkarmabschnitt (34) und ein zweiter Gelenkarmabschnitt (35) miteinander verbunden sind, die an die zu reinigende Außenseite (8) des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) und des Auslaufbereichs (4, 5) der Fahrmischertrommel (2) anstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an den Gelenkarmen (31, 32) aufgenommenen Sprüh-/Spritzköpfe (23, 28) in einer horizontalen Ebene (41) verschwenkbar sind sowie in einer zu dieser senkrecht verlaufenden Ebene (37) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß der Ansprüche 5, 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer den Reinigungsplatz (9) eine die gesamte Länge der Fahrmischertrommel (2) überdeckender Haltevorrichtung (40) aufgenommen ist, die eine Spritz-/Sprühleitung (45) umfasst, und an der der Fahrmischertrommel (2) zuweisenden Seite Sprüh-/Spritzköpfe (23) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß der Ansprüche 5, 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Reinigungsplatz (9) eine Dosiereinrichtung (50) eines Anbackungen von Beton hemmenden Trennmediums zum Auftrag auf die Innenseite (7) des Einfüllbereichs (3, 5) und des Auslaufbereichs (4, 6) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkarme (31, 32) um den Rahmen (20) verschwenkbar sind und zur Reinigung des Zulauftisches (44) an die Restbetonauswaschanlage (43) anstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckniveau den Sprüh-/Spritzvorrichtungen (14, 15, 23) über Regelventile (59) regelbar ist, die einem Hochdruckgerät (54) oder einem Anschluß einer örtlichen Wasserversorgung (58) zugeordnet sind.
