Claims (17)
- Rouleau broyeur (1), avec un corps de base (10) ainsi que de nombreux éléments de protection contre l'usure (11 à 14) en métal dur, qui forment au moins une partie de la surface du rouleau,
le corps de base du rouleau présentant des évidements (10.1, 10.2, 10.3), qui s'étendent dans la direction périphérique, et, dans chaque évidement, plusieurs éléments de protection contre l'usure, qui sont disposés les uns derrière les autres, dans la direction périphérique,
caractérisé en ce que le corps de base du rouleau présente, au moins dans la région de chacune des extrémités de rouleau (10a, 10b), un évidement périphérique (10.1, 10.2), qui est ouvert vers le haut et vers la surface latérale du rouleau broyeur, et dans lequel les éléments de protection contre l'usure (11, 12) sont disposés, dans le sens périphérique. - Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure (11 à 14) s'étendent chacune sur la totalité de la périphérie.
- Rouleau broyeur selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure (11), associés aux évidements (10.1), sont fixés directement sur le corps de base du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure (11) sont fixés dans les évidements (10.1) périphériques de sorte que la matière du corps de base (10) ne soit nullement présente entre deux éléments de protection contre l'usure, disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction périphérique.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure (11) présentent entre eux un intervalle si faible qu'il n'existe entre eux aucune protection autogène contre l'usure.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est fixé sur un organe de support, ledit organe de support (15) consistant en un matériau de plus faible dureté, en particulier en acier.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est fixé par brasage fort sur un organe de support (15).
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est fixé sur un organe de support (15) et que le organe de support présente sur l'un de ses côtés l'élément de protection contre l'usure et sur son côté opposé un tenon (16), ledit tenon coopérant avec un alésage (10c) de conception adéquatement complémentaire, pratiqué dans le corps de base du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est fixé sur un organe de support (15) et que le organe de support présente, sur l'un de ses côtés, l'élément de protection contre l'usure et, sur son côté opposé, un tenon (16), ledit tenon de l'organe de support étant collé dans un alésage (10c) de conception adéquatement complémentaire, pratiqué dans le corps de base du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (10) du rouleau est aussi pourvu dans une région située entre les deux extrémités de rouleau (10a, 10b) d'éléments de protection contre l'usure, pour la protection de la surface du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure font saillie au-dessus du corps de base du rouleau, dans la région des extrémités du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure, vus d'en haut, sont de conception angulaire.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre des éléments de protection contre l'usure (11) voisins, est inférieur à 5 mm dans la direction périphérique, sur la surface du rouleau.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des éléments de protection contre l'usure (11) est située entre 20 et 100 mm dans la direction périphérique.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de protection contre l'usure est fixé sur un organe de support, ledit organe de support (15) consistant en un matériau de plus faible dureté, en particulier en acier, et que l'élément de protection contre l'usure prend appui sur le corps de base du rouleau par l'intermédiaire du organe de support.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement périphérique est prévu dans la région des bords (10a, 10b) du rouleau et que l'élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est disposé de sorte qu'il forme, avec un côté, une protection contre l'usure de la surface du rouleau et, avec un côté perpendiculaire à celui-ci, une protection contre l'usure pour le bord radialement extérieur d'une surface latérale du rouleau broyeur.
- Rouleau broyeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection contre l'usure (11) est fixé sur un organe de support (15), et maintient, sur un côté orienté vers la surface latérale du rouleau broyeur, un deuxième élément de protection contre l'usure (17).
